Floyd needs to say something about Oscars mom or something. Pissed off aggressive Oscar is the fucking man.
-
Oh, yeah. Anything that Larry Clark does. that guy fucking blows. Kids, Bully, Ken Park, that dumb caveman shit. All those movies sucked, and he is a horrible director.
-
Dude...noone dislikes House Party. No one. if they do they need to be beaten viciously. Robin Harris is da sheet. I have to admit, most of the movies in this thread I like. Except Brown Bunny. Because fuck that movie.
-
Scarface definately. It is ridiculously long (way too long) and honestly, take away abunch of great one liners and a memorable ending you have nothing. Yet people act like its the greatest film ever. Its a decent mindless flick.
-
Eh. They lost to the better team. That simple. They would have needed to pull an upset to win. I don't see how any nugget fan has anything to complain about. A win would have been surprising.

There are plenty of those, but then the ones today suck so they get like 5 incredible knockouts, get some buzz, then get KTFO by some journeyman and the buzz is over. Tyson was actually GOOD along with being a nutjob. I think it is true. Freakish Athletes like Tyson are now playing football or any other sport that is not boxing when growing up, so now we have a pretty much horrible group of boxers. ANd not to mention the most famous boxer EVER is a trembling incoherant old man now. Ali is the face of boxing still even if people don't want to admit it. And at the end of the day, fucked up bearded Bill Russell or bitter Hank Aaron is a much better alternative than shakey Ali to most people.

You are right because fuck that movie.

Heller still needs a good throat choppin for being a sellout bitch last season. That ended my love of the character right there. Fucking asshole. I LOVE what they did with Doyles character there and Booth did a wonderful job going for tough and gruff to vunerable and sympathtic, right back to ruthless when telling alien fish lady what he would do if she tried to talk about their relationship. That is character depth right there.

He and Ben Gordon have probably the best looking strokes to me.

Dude, what are you talking about? Orlando Series: Game One: 28 points, 1 block, 3 steals 7 assist and 7 rebounds. 7-9 FT and 9-24 from the field. So 38% from the field that game although he did contribute quite alot. By the way, the Warriors won this game with the second closest scorer having 14 points. The team had 29 field goals and Baron provided 16 of them either by scoring or assist. What a HORRIBLE game. Game Two: His bad game. He had 11 points on 4-15 shooting 3 steals 1 block and 10 assist and 4 rebounds. Thus 26% from the field. Team had 34 field goals and he provided 14 of them. This was actually a bad game. this series IN SPITE of him? Come on dude. Please explain to me how that is not bias against the guy. Please explain away any of these games. He has ONE bad game they lose it, and the rest he puts up great numbers and carries the team and you are trying to give the credit to PJ Brown and David Wesley? Come on now. Now that Jersey series which you called "THe worse playoff performance in history" Game one: 23 points 5 assist, 6 rebounds and SEVEN steals, 9-23 from the field(39%). 14 of teams 36 field goals from him. Game two: 21 points, 7 assist, 5 rebounds 2 blocks and 1 steal 9-20 from the field(45%) 16 of teams 32 field goals. Game three: 26 points 7 rebounds 8 assist another SEVEN steals 9-24 shooting(37%) and 17 of teams 41 field goals. Game four: 20 points 5 rebounds 6 assist 4 steals. 5-19 shooting(26 percent) 11 of teams 27 field goals. Game five: 13 points, 8 assist, 2 steals 4-15 shooting. This is the game he was in foul trouble. this was a bad game, he only 37 minutes. So what you are basically saying is because he didn't shoot well, him leading the team in steals, assist, points, provided just about half of the teams offense, it was the WORSE playoff performance ever. And I am biased. He shot 48 percent from the field and 40 percent from three the year before in the platyoffs, but yeah...ignore that. He shot 45 perent from the field the next year to go with 20 points and 8 assist. But yeah...shooting 37.5 percent in 02 is his playoff profile in a nutshell. He is a volume scorer, just like Allen Iverson but just live Iverson can, has and will carry a team on his back.

I think it was Brooks that broke the streak. We all called him Token. I should sue South Park.

Oh fucking hell, work got in the way of my long post about Davis's playoff performances and I lost. I will just advise you to check out the stats from your own provided links again. I don't see how you can say the guy has played a bad playoff series as of yet. INCLUDING the one against Jersey. And I think you are being really nitpicky here. Basically in the games where baron shot great, was great on the boards, and great with his assist, you are saying that they don't count if the team didn't win. The argument is that Baron Davis is money in the playoffs. To say they won that Magic Series in SPITE of him is just plain ridiculous. They won 3 games and he had triple doubles in two of those wins where he outscored and outrebounded PJ Brown and Eden Cambell(combined in one of the games). And he shot 45% from the field for that series counting that horrible game 2 he had. He had ONE bad game in that series and that was the one they lost. I don't see how you can POSSIBLY say that they won that DESPITE him. They won BECAUSE of him plain and simple.

Seriously, the Knicks didn't have a white player since like Phil Jackson for awhile there. But it turns out that because Bill Wennington, Luc Longly, Toni Kukoc, Steve Kerr, John Paxon, Jack Haley, Jud Buchler (and his chest hair) and Will Purdue (I know I am forgetting someone) were on the Bulls they got more calls thus beat the all black Knicks.
-
Id actually put that in my favourite movies of all time list. How many people on this board have actually seen Airheads.... and enjoyed the film..I know I did I also put this in the "There are people that DIDN'T enjoy this film" pile.
-
The best thing about this story is how they randomly got quotes from Mike James and Alan Henderson. Who the fuck chose those two to get a quote from? And the mystery as to why the Knicks couldn't win a championship in the 90's is finally discovered.
-
Add all these to my list too. And I loved the second Matrix. Then I have to pretend the third one didn't exist.

Now that is complete and utter bullshit. Baron was hurt all the time but when he played he played like a mad man. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/players/3326/g...kvLYF?year=2004 He was traded after the Feb 23rd game I believe. Byron Scott didn't like his work ethic, which I don't think people will argue with, but he was busting his ass when Byron let him play. There were alot of "He came in and I didn't think he was in good enough shape so I sent him home" moments that year in New Orleans. He didn't force himself out, Byron Scott forced him out because he didn't want him on his team. King, your memory of the Magic series is insanely wrong. Baron carried them in the 4th quarter of those games, was a monster on the boards and assist and steals and was just great all around just like he did in that 7 game Miami series before he went down to (suprise) injury in game 7. Just like he carried the team beause all the other scorers went down to injury in that Philly Series the year before(he did to by the way). ANd he was pretty amazing in that series where they swept Miami and turned in another great series against the Bucks after that. So basically you are saying that a guy that has been pretty much great in all six playoff series that he has ever played in wasn't good because of his shooting percentage. If you are prepared to say that Raymond Felton was playing the two guard for the Bobcats and not another point in the back court, then you are right because I can't argue with the "Whatever position they say he is" thing. But I am going to say that a perimeter guy that is defending two guards, and being defended by two guards is a two guard and that the guy that is defended by the opposing small forward and is defending the opposing small forward, more times than not, is the small forward.

Once again, i am stressing this, Golden State is the better team in this matchup. While I do expect Dallas to somehow pull out game 6 (I am looking at the NBA officials LOVE of game 7's here) I still just don't think Dallas can beat this team 3 times in a row. I would like to point out that it was a great show of common sense by Steven Jackson to just leave after getting tossed and ignoring how incredibly ridiculous it was. Thats how you leave the court.
-
I know you hate steven Jackson but that was complete bullshit that he got two quick techs for clapping. Big win for the Mavs and some big shots for Dirk, but I expected them to win this game. A couple of horrid calls on the Warriors at the end but what really cost them was holding the ball and not keeping the pace pushed. That is how you play and they were double teaming your only halfcourt threat.

Loved all of these movies and own them all. Except Roxbury, but I watch it every time it comes on. I liked Karate Kid 3 only because I have never seen a movie where its about fighting and the led character gets his ass kicked the ENTIRE movie. Do you realize that all he got was one fucking throw in the entire movie. That was it. He got his as fucking stomped in EVERY fight scene in the movie and got ONE fucking shoulder throw and wins the match because the other guy kept losing points for kicking the shit out of him.
-
... Seriously. They have beaten 8 out of the last 9 times that they have played. When will people just admit that Golden State, in this matchup, is the better team.
-
Nah. The first three bulls championships were nearly as dominant as the last three(at least in the regular season). Plus, Grants back was on the decline already. And Dennis rodman was easily 3 times the player that Horace Grant was. I do think it is a good question though, about the 95 Bulls with grant. I think they might have taken the Magic. But they were just SO weak in the front court that year.

Whats with Fantastic going all Super-Skrull in the trailer?

I didn't know there were people that didn't like dirty work. I need to add Bedazzled too. Brendan Fraizer as multiple characters had me laughing pretty freaking hard. Armegeddon - apparently people hate this movie. Waterworld: People just hated on it because of the budget. It was a big hit, and one hell of a fun action movie. Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves- one of the first movies I bought on DVD. and The Postman - Yeah, I am fully aware of the sheer dumbness of that movie, but fuck that son. I still like it. So yeah...I think Kevin Costner gets a bad rap sometimes.

Um. No. PLAYOFF NUMBERS(which is the real thing here because they got eliminated in the PLAYOFFS not regular season: Pts: 93: 35.1 95: 31.5 96: 30.7 Stl: 93: 2.5 95: 2.3 96: 1.8 FG% 93: 50.0% 95: 48.0% 96: 48.0% Rebounds 93: 6.7 95: 6.5 96: 4.9 Assist 93: 6.7 95: 6.5 96: 4.9 FT% 93: 86% 95: 80% 96: 81% Minutes Played 93: 41 95: 42 96: 41 I don't see how you can argue that he wasn't the same unstoppable force putting up the same if not better numbers in 95 than he did in 96. The difference is that it was a better team in 96 than it was in 95 and THATS ALL. Dennis Rodman changed that team. He averaged 15 rebounds per game his first year with the bulls. In 95, Scottie pippen led the team with 8 rebounds per game followed by 6.7 by Will Purdue. In other words, Dennis rodman came in and out rebounded the Bulls top TWO rebounders from the year before. So you took the most effecient team in basketball and added a guy that would get the rebound if they did miss. Thats how you win 70+ games and that is why the bulls were better the next year. Jordan, in the playoffs, gave pretty much the same performance.
