    The Island.

*shrugs* I liked the Island. Plus, Scarlett was wearing that outfit....

I am still trying to figure out who is going to play the two for New Orleans, since they traded smith and the other two guard they have on the roster said "Hills of gold would not bring me back". Thats deep. But for all the "Chandler is garbage" people, you have to remember that his point guards have been Jamal Crawford and Kirk Hinrich. They ain't giving up the ball. He did what he was supposed to do well. He rebounded the ball and he played defense. That is a good addition for the Hornets. Paul, ?, Peja, West, and Chandler is going to be a strong starting lineup.

They don't need a Al "20 points and 10 rebounds a night" type of guy? Most of the points coming from the post? I think they could use him. Wallace, Harrington, Nocioni, Gordon and Hinrich with A strong bench looks pretty good.

Whats funny is that the bulls have like 5 small forwards now...very good ones, and could put together a package for most players in the league.

Hmmm...The hornets with Chandler, West, Peja, Mystery two guard and Paul....sounds good. I for one do not like the Joel Pryzbilla bashing in here. The guy is a beast on the boards and a great shot blocker. Nazer Mohammod wishes he was Joel Prysbilla.

I agree with that too. Sheed, in all honesty should be backing McDyess up right now. (seriously) Plus he has been shooting freethrows at a Ben Wallace pace. If I had to give one of those guys up, you give up Rasheed....although I have this sneaking feeling that despite all the bullshit on the court, Rasheed is lower on the being a dick totem pole than Ben.

    Little Man

I blame shawn for all this shit. If something were to happen to him, Marlon could go on and have a great career, but every goddamn time Marlon does something good for himself, you can just see Shawn poping up and saying "Now we should do a movie together!!" Damon and marlon are all the talent, although Low Down Dirty Shame was the SHIT when it came out (it has aged horribly, but hey.) Plus...keenan played in Glimmer Man. Steven Segal killin niggas with credit cards, man....Credit cards. You can't hate on anyone that had anything to do with that movie.

Um...not too big because Carmelo still would have been on the team and he does about half of the things that Tayshawn Prince does on the court. So the pistons lost a big man that hustles and gets rebounds. He couldn't cover a single decent big man one on one in the post, he was horrible on offense, and became a dick at the seasons went on. Fuck him. They do need to go big man searching. I say grab Joel Pryzbilla and call it a freakin day. And the Hawks starting lineup has become: Speedy Claxton, Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Sheldon Williams, Zaza Paculia. Not to shabby.

Piatkowski is unfortunately done I think. He had a brutal 2 years in Chicago. I attribute that to Scott Skiles being a fucking dick. Which by the way is the reason that the Ben Wallace thing will work in Chicago, because those two dicks should really mesh. If the Pistons were smart they would be trying to work a sign and trade with Chicago for Chandler. Chicago regrets that huge contract that they signed him to, and want to get rid of him, and most other teams ain't taking that contract on. They can get Ben and STILL be in great position in the free agent game this year or next.

Suns sign Eric Piatkowski. I personally like this pick up. Tim Thomas signs with the Clips, and honestly, I am happy at the money that saves the Suns. They can sign some even cheaper talent in the summer league and some undrafted rookies. And Maciej Lampe is back with the team in the summer league. I am still wondering who did Casey Jacobson piss of that they haven't resigned him yet.

That is a horrible trade for the Bucks. So they give up a guy that has allstar level potential at the point for another small forward....after they gave Bobby Simmons like a gazillion dollars the other year(unless they are going to play him at the 4). And why the hell would Toronto not push for Jamal Magloire in that deal too. They would have sured up the entire starting line up.

    2006 NBA Draft

mike d'antoni is full of it. just last week he was talking about a sleeper pick they had in mind, then they tried to trade one of their first rounders for a second rounder and cash. they know full well they were looking at that kid. In the case of Isaiah, you still take the guy you want with your pick anyway. Not like anyone in this draft was going to save next season anyway.

    2006 NBA Draft

The suns were going to take him at 27, so the Knicks weren't going to get him. From what I have heard of the guy, he is like a Shawn Marion Lite without the offense. Great on the boards and a great defender of 4 postitions. Mardy Collins, they were going to take him anyway, and he is 6'6" and can defend 3 and sometimes 4 positions. So I actually say Isaiah did a good job last night. But thats not a suprise. The guy should be a scout...not a GM or a Coach, but a scout. So yeah, as always he made great pick in the draft. You know, Marcus Williams is a really good player when he has good wing players(something the Knicks don't have). Plus, they have arguably 4 point guards on the roster. Marcus Williams would have been a horrible fucking pick for the Knicks, which is why I said last night that we were one Knick pick away from the Suns getting a shot at him, because Isaiah is too good of a draft guy. They suns wanted either Thabo Sefolosha, Carney, Sene, Renaldo Balkman or Hilton Armstrong(the "5 Guys" that D'Antoni said were off the board last night). The two guys that Isaiah picked last night are the best fit for the Knicks, unless you want to argue that Josh Boone would have been a better pick(which I wouldn't). And once again, people keep saying Portland didn't have to make some of the moves they made, they got rid of one of their many SF's(although they took on Raef's contract they got rid of Ratliffs) and the money they will have to pay Spanish Chocolate(honestly...that is a horrible nickname) isn't that much and gave them another pick in the draft.

    2006 NBA Draft

Why is everyone wailing on Portland. They are having one hell of a draft. Why did they trade up to get Aldridge? Because they got rid of another contract with the trade Greg Anthony you fucking idiot. So they are walking away with Roy, Aldridge, Rodriguiez and a project to sit on the end of the bench all in the first round. And they got rid of some trash on the bench. They have had a great draft. Screamin A giving them a D for their draft shows how stupid they are.

    2006 NBA Draft

I didn't realize the Heat got Dwayne Wade in that trade. Seriously, Shaq put up Chris Mihm numbers in the finals. And Phoenix i guess just saved a bunch of cap room and still have the Hawks first rounder next year to look forward to, but I really think they missed a great chance on building for the future here. Unless they really feel that Marcus williams was going to go all Khalid El-Amin on their ass in the offseasons, then okay.

    2006 NBA Draft

I Think Jersey has come away like bandits. It is a damn shame that Phoenix gave up a chance on this kid to save money, but at least there are still about 5 guys that I have high on my list that I think they are going to be looking at. That Brazillian kid, Lowry, that Spanish-Chocolate kid....any damn body to get Nash a reliable back up point.

Good god. There is no way the Lakers with that roster should be near cap trouble. Seriously, at least the Knicks have like 5-6 former allstars.

    2006 NBA Draft

Plus Dickau has proven to be a pretty good player in the league when he was given the starter time in New Orleans after the Darryl Armstrong trade. Telfair...he hasn't proven anything. I do say that Portland needs to decide who their starting point guard is going to be. I say Steve Blake with Jack backing him up. You can't build team chemistry with erratic minutes at the point guard position. Nothing is going to really help portland RIGHT NOW. They are incredibly young, and they lack vets. They need to get rid of Miles and Randolf, and I think that Aldridge is a pretty good replacement. Randolf would be a better rebounder if he tried, but we all know he isn't going to do that. I am intersted in what the Hawks are going to do with their pick. Just go a point. Throw more money at Joel Pryzbilla than anyone else and you have a solid lineup. Remember people...I am calling it...Hawks....Playoffs....this year.

If Diaw signs for 10 mil a year and Barbosa for 8 they are still going to be under the cap. Both guys would have to ask for some big ass deals to come to the level of putting the suns over the cap. Kurt Thomas and James Jones are going to easy compensate for that. Unless you are thinking they are going to trade Marion so they can hold on to Kurt fucking Thomas and James Jones.
