    Scary Movie 4

I am sorry, there is opinon and there is just fact. People getting hit in the head over and over for a hour and a half is not great comedy writing. If this had you laughing non stop you must really laugh at alot of stuff. Even shit I don't find funny, I can still see how people would find it funny. But Girl gets hit with baseball...then football...the car door, then tree...then wall...then door...then wall again....then wall again...that shit isn't funny.

    Dick moves by athletes

He and Chris Webber were late. They should be fined by the team unless they have a good excuse, which is pretty doubtful. I don't see it as some huge dick move. But seriously, don't play the fans of Philly card. They will turn on you in a second and they have plenty of times throughout Iverson career. The Philly sports writers have given him hell, and seroiulsy they are stupid for doing so. Allen Iverson provided this illusion that the team was better than they were. When he carried that otherwise crappy team to the Finals that year, people in Philly were acting like that is what they expect out of their team, despite the fact the Sixers were pretty much a bottom of the barrel franchise for well over a decade before Allen turned them around. Countless dumb trades and signings, he still kept a team that for should have been a lottery team honestly in the playoffs. I do think Philly should trade him because they aren't going to win a ring with him and they can rebuild for the future with what they get back from the trade. Hold on the Webber and let his contract run out and in 2-3 years you should have something. But I wouldn't call this a big Dick move honestly. I think they were told to stay in the back after getting there so late honestly, and I agree it did make Cheeks look bad but King could have definiately handled himself better in frount of the press.

    TSM 2006 NBA Playoffs thread

They gave up 37 points a game to Amare and 25 points a game to Nash against the pick and roll last year in the playoffs. They do switch well, but they basically never double anyone, which is why I think people think hey are a defensive team.

Yeah, but it allowed me to go on a rant about how overrated San Antonios defense is so I will just pretend that he meant Tony although obviously he didn't.

Chris Elliot and David Cross were a good reason to like the second one. And I know people want to hate, but Torrie Spelling was funny in that movie. The sex scene had me laughing.

    TSM 2006 NBA Playoffs thread

Okay...I am about to say it. The Spurs aren't a good defensive team. I know, I will get flack for this, but they have one guy that can play man defense, and one guy that is a good help shot blocker in Duncan, and then you are done. For all the talk about Parker getting by Nash at will last year, Nash got by Parker at will on the other end. For all the talk of how great the Spurs D was compared to the suns, all of their games went over 100 points and were close. The Pistons were scoring higher than normal under Larry Brown. The Spurs are a incredible offensive team that scores slowly which makes it appear that they are shutting people down. All they do is force fewer possesions for the other team. They have a Point guard that can get by anyone in the league, a big man that can score on basically everyone in the league one on one, a two guard that can get by anyone, and score incredibly well in the paint, a small forward that is deadly from the corner....they are a complete team, but only Bowen can play D and that is pretty much only at denying the ball from players. If you actually get the ball on him, he is really slow laterally and has no elevation so the Kobes and Carters of the league torch him. They are Pistons are a great defensive team. The Spurs have created the illusion of a great defensive team.

    ADB to Serial convertor

Okay, I have this Wacom Tablet, its is for Mac with ADB connector. I know for sure that it will work with PC if I can get the damn thing attached to it. I would prefer to connect through my PC's serial port instead of USB (I know that a ADB to USB connector but I would rather not use that) Does a ADB to Serial adaptor even exist? I am googling but its giving me all kinds of results.

    Scary Movie 4

No it doesn't. Studio animators have it fucking easy. Don't let the fact that you have been polygon modeling, vertex pulling and Nurb surface creating fool you. They have all this kick ass equipment that takes out alot of the modeling, animation, lighting, camera control and such. They just sit there all day and try to make hair bounce and make cool water. Oh yeah...Scary Movie 4 sucked a large amount. The first two kicked ass. I didn't see 3, but if this was a indication of where the pg-13 outings went...goddamn. Apparently people getting hit in the head with something is the funniest thing on earth. Because that was the joke 10,000 times. Oh...Carmen Electra is hot....

    24: Season 5

I don't like how logan has balls the size of grapefruits all of a sudden. The guy is the picture of indecision for two years and all of a sudden he is making the smart decision to cover his ass and not even breaking a sweat. Maybe its just because it wasn't a smooth character transition. Audrey...man...that girl is willing to die for some shit, isn't she? Whether breathing in gas or letting herself bleed to death, she isn't afraid to die. She has a bit of a mary sue complex about her though, which stops me from loving the character, but I like when she gets all gutsy. Makes me remember those 15 seconds in the start of season 4 that I thought she was hot...till i got a good look at her. Good ep though. Common sense should have told Heller what was going to happen and he was stupid for thinking otherwise. And friends...its time we start coming to terms with Aaron probably being dead.

I repeat, in no "what if" scenario, the ENTIRE GEORGIA BASKETBALL TEAM WAS SUSPENDED AND CONSISTED OF ALL BLACK PLAYERS AND NOONE FILED ANYTHING. They had a party full of alcohol and a stripper. Marcus Vick got suspended for the whole year because of it. In this case the ENTIRE GODDAMNED TEAM WAS THERE. This has nothing to do with black and white. If the school gets embarrassed(and the whole world knowing your Lacrosse team was having a drunken stripper attending party is embrassing) then they will act swiftly and decisively to show that they are against it.

    This week in the NBA

All bullshit aside, and I truely mean this...if the Lakers played Andrew Bynum, they would stand a better chance of winning. He is too big for any of the suns to cover and runs the floor pretty well. He would average 20 and 10 against the Suns inside defense. Heavy doses of Mihm, Brown, and Bynum would wear the suns down. But they aren't going to do that. They are going to try and outscore them and that isn't going to work.

    This week in the NBA

History smishtory. They can't stop Nash, they can't stop Marion...or Diaw, Eddie House is too quick for all of their guards. This is probably the only first round matchup in the west I am sure about the outcome. The Lakers can't beat the suns once for two years and all of a sudden they are going to beat them 4 times in 7 games? If this game happened say last week, the Lakers get swept in the season series again.

    This week in the NBA

What the hell is wrong with you people. The lakers haven't beaten the suns in nearly two freakin years. They finally win one when Nash doesn't play and all of a sudden they are going to take them in the playoffs? They don't stand a chance in this series. Yes I am saying that with this much confidence. They don't stand a single chance of beating the Suns in this series unless all of the newcomers choke, and the lakers would be having the same problem there. And Kobe will average 40 a game in the series. And they will get swept.

If it gets shut down, oh well-Duke LAX team not a match

If any college team gets exposed as having a drunken stripper party, and it gets put in the press, they are going to be suspended. Seriously, how many players probably have done the same, black or white. But if it gets put in the press, the school has to react like they are shocked and dismayed. It happens ALL the time in sports, so this crap about "if they were black" is bullshit. If this was a majority African American team accused of raping and beating a white girl, you are going to honestly going to say that the school wouldn't have done the same thing? Get off it. Georgia suspended the entire Georgia Basketball team before the tournament and they were all black. The NAACP wasn't there then. And Popick, seriously, minorities don't have that much pull in the media. This was made a big deal because this was a big school and a top ranked Lacrosse team. If this was East Cobb Community College's Flag Football team and it was the same scenario, it would have gotten one local news clip and that would have been it.

Would you care to explain the logic of Billups being the MVP of the league when Ben Wallace is clearly the MVP of the Pistons. Nash doesn't deserve it this year either and Parker will never win an MVP as long as Duncan's in the league. Because I am saying that Ben Wallace isn't the MVP of the Pistons. It isn't clearly. In the clutch, Billups is the one who bails them out. Defensively he does a monster of a job on the opposing teams guards, and is really underrated in that aspect by the fans. He All Defensive team selections show that some people notice. Ben while he is a great rebounder, and help defender, is a liability at the end of games. I don't see how anyone can be an MVP and you need to take them out of games in clutch situations. Would you care to explain how Nash or Billups aren't the MVP? Who is then? You want Nash to win MVP when he couldn't defend me one on one? Wallace is more important to the success of the Pistons than Billups is, so Chauncey's out. Marion is a legit MVP candidate in his own right, so that cancels out Nash's importance if two guys in the same starting 5 are getting legit consideration to be the league's most valuable player. As for who I'd give it to, I'd go with Nowitzki. He's getting 26.6, 9 & 3 on a team with ~60 wins and no other All-Star level players. I'd put LeBron second because Wade faded down the stretch and he didn't, Kobe 3rd even though he's the league's BEST player, Wade 4th and Nash 5th. Jason Terry, Josh Howard, and to some extent Jerry Stackhouse have been allstar caliber players for the Mavs. Then add Devin Harris and Marquis Daniels and the second teir guys on that team. Dallas is 2 deep at the CENTER position(Diop, Dampier), 2 deep at PF(Van Horn/Dirk), 3 deep at the two guard/SF position(Daniels, Stackhouse, Howard) and 3 deep at the point guard postion(Armstrong, Terry, Harris). They are a INCREDIBLY deep team. 10 players contribute consistantly for them. Not taking away from Dirks incredibly season, but I will argue that they are the deepest team in the NBA simply because they don't just have talent, they use all of it. I still think Dirk is up there in the running, but to pretend he did it by himself because the West was so crowded with Allstars is a little silly. Okay, and I am going to put it out here. Here goes. For all the love that Ben Wallace gets, and no doubt he is a pretty damn good player, he is no Dennis Rodman. Dennis never got one mention of MVP, but he was a better defender, rebounder, and offensive player than Ben Wallace. Like Dennis, Ben is the difference between a good team and a championship team, but like Dennis, remove him and his complete non threat on the offensive end and the team is still going to be elite. Its alway great to say how much he is doing, but honestly, there are no low post threats in the East outside of Shaq, the other guys are perimeter guys who put up big games against the Pistons because of how Ben drifts. He is a damn good defender, but so is Bruce Bowen. Niether one of them is an MVP. While you said you could score on Nash, Ben Wallace couldn't score on me. Chauncy Billups is a 6'4 point guard that demands a double team. He is what Jason Kidd was/is only with a monster offensive game. You are arguring that the guy that won Finals MVP one year and probably would have won it again had the pistons won last year isn't as big to the team as Ben Wallace? I will just have to disagree. Kobe Bryant being the games best OFFENSIVE player shouldn't get him the MVP this year. I am of the "winning is more important than stats" thinking and giving him the MVP is just a slap in the face to the award.

What portion of this case hasn't been wacky? The lady says she was raped, but can't distinguish between any of the players other than the fact that they were all white. DNA results return and reveal there is no physical link between the stripper and the players. Pictures have shown that she was in rough shape before she showed up at the house. Jesse Jackson wants the "criminals" to be put to justice, when there is absolutely no solid proof that anything happened. It has been a strange case from the get-go. I believe the woman was roughed up prior to the party. Was she raped? I don't know, but I don't believe she was raped at the party by any of the members of the lacrosse team. I believe she showed up to the party in terrible shape, didn't do her job properly, and the players decided not to pay her as much as she would've liked. What does she do to get back at them? Accuse them of rape. It sounds terrible, but that is what the world has come to. A: no Pictures have been shown. The defense claims they have some. B: The Evidence is that medical examiners determined that she had been sexually assualted, the woman belongs (including the money made for the party) along with some ripped off fingernails in the bathroom is physcial evidence linking the players (who where supposedly the lone attendees of the party. C: I don't see how anyone can come up with any type of assumptions, let alone what you have come up with. Was she raped...I don't know. DId these guys do it. I don't know. You don't either. The defense's job is to destroy the credibility of the accuser while the prosecution isn't allowed to destroy the credibility of the accused, so through the media, in all cases like this you will get the defense just teeing off on the accuser and no response. When the case is made, when all the evidence is brought forward, then I will be able to form a opinion, but a bunch of sensasionalist reporting isn't enough for me to say guilt or innocence, and it certainly isn't enough for me to come up with that scenario that you presented either.

See...shit like this is what I am talking about. The guy calls the cops saying someone won't get out of the car...he thinks she is drunk. The officer gets there and finds her passed out and believes that she is indeed drunk because of what the guy who called the cops said. So instead of saying "The officer was making an assuption" it is being reported that "Yeah...she was drunk...the cop said so". Ri-damn-diculous.
