They take catchy songs, change the lyrics to be harmless and without all the sexual innuendo, and have kids sing it thus making it acceptable for their kids to listen to popular music without the negative connotations. Thats the thing about your first album. You have notebooks of every lyric you had ever written sitting around waiting for you to get signed. So you pull all the best verses and lines that you have and put them on that album....then...well...you got nothing else. THats what has happened to Snoop. Spike without a soul didn't feel bad when he and Dru went on their lil killing spree in Season 5 even if he was in love with buffy after that. He tried to kill a girl in season 6 to see if the chip was still working. The only reason he would feel bad was because it disappointed buffy. I say that the soul thing is pretty universal. Harmony still wanted to kill people, she just didn't because she was afraid that Angel and Co. would kill her, not because she would feel bad. Their feelings without souls were pretty consistant. Just different reasonings led to different actions.

I mean, Carter is averaging 36 points, 7 rebounds, and shooting 52 percent (45 percent from 3) in the last 5 games for Jersey. that is a SICK line. Since the Alstar break, he has only dipped below the 20 point barrier once, and if not for that ho hum start of the year, he would be leading the leauge in scoring. Quite the resurgent year for Mr. Carter.

Remember. I am a Suns fan. Been a suns fan since Eddie Johnson, Jeff Horney, Kevin Johnson, Tom Chambers days. But I will say this. The Grizzlies are the better team. With Jason Williams, Bonzi Wells, Mike Miller, Shane Battier, Pau Gasol, Lorenzen Wright, Stromille Swift, Earl Watson hell, even Brian Cardinal, I think they are a better team than the suns. The Suns can put Nash, Stoudemire, and Marion, and MAYBE Jim Jackson as their best players, but Joe Johnson is VERY good some nights and non existant others, and Q is a streak shooter that is in a cold streak right now. After that, the suns bench consist of Leabro Barbosa(can score, but turnover prone) Walter McCarty(...) and Steven Hunter(will get you a block). The Griz have more depth and have just as many proven contributors(Battier, Gasol, Miller, Williams, Wells) as the suns (Amare, Marion, Nash, Jackson). The Griz in 8th is a product of a: a tough start and b: losing Gasol, Swift, Williams, Posey, and Wells for good chunks of the year....and they STILL took 8th place in the west.

Memphis Phoenix is going to be more of a fight than people think. Q is coming into the playoffs on another shooting slump and thats going to hurt. The Grizz have played phoenix very well during the season because they are a very physial team. Plus they are back to full strength, something they haven't been all year. This will not be a walk in the park. Neither will the Nuggets Spurs, because I tell ya, I really do feel that the Nuggets can take them in a 7 game series. I think that if Chicago had Deng and Curry, they would take the Wizards, but without them, I don't see it happening. Unless Gilber gets all excited and scores 40+ per game in the series thus shutting out the rest of his team. Then, the Bulls and their Defense would do something. BTW, has anyone seen what a MONSTER on the boards Chandler has become? He said his goals were to be NBA leading rebounder and defensive player of the year. He is getting pretty close to accomplishing one of those.
