Deng, Thomas, Hirnich, Noah and Thabo all fit into it. Especially Noah who can initiate the break himself. Plus he has jump shooters to spread the court, only no big to finish at the rim consistantly, but they do have a lottery pick to go after that. Its not a great job, but its definately better than the knicks. Also, I think its just that Kerr was trying to miromanage and that was bullshit. I mean, lets call it what it is. Mike D'Antoni had 2 bad defensive teams in his 4 years in Phoenix. one of his best defensive teams happened to be when Amare Stoudimire missed the whole year. Then he had another good defensive year last year when he used Thomas as the defensive anchor. The lack of focus on defense is because his best offensive weapon is a lazy fuck that doesn't want to play defense. And how can you say discipline Amare, when Amare whines about not getting touches in the media and you go to the coach and say "Hey, give Amare the ball". You obviously just took sides.

And its being reported they are throwing a HUGE contract at him. So much for the not adding big contracts. And honestly, i can;t think of a worse place to coach for D'Antoni than New York. David Lee would start though, so thats a plus. But besides that, its a team not built to do anything particularly well. They can't run, they can't grind it out half court, they can't even run a quick hitting offense. Its a team full of talent with no direction. that said: They should go for a real point guard, Crawford as your two unless you can move him for someone that has seen a shot they don't love, Q-Rich for now at the 3 but Wilson Chandler is the future at that spot, Lee at the 4 and just play Z-bo at the Center. A bench of Nate(ugh) Chandler and Jeffries will have to do for now, because you know you aren't going anything more than 8 deep. Ugh...he really should just take the Chicago job.

They would have lost to anyone. The games they won on the way to the finals featured them keeping the ball out of Sucky VonChokesalot hand. Stocktons three, Horney's layup, Ostertags block. All plays that fuck up would have fucked up. The bulls doubled stockton two years in a row to force him to pass to Malone with the game on the line and he turned it over both times. That dude really did suck ass. For people to put him in the All-Time PF list over Barkley or Mchale is embarrassing. (duncan is still a center. Fuck the spurs lineup chart) You say Malone chokes alot, yet would put Barkley ahead of him??????? wtf? WTF what? Barkley missed some shots at the end of games and such, but there is a difference between missing some and absolutey sucking ass at the end of games all the fucking time, which Malone did. All the time. Turnover by Malone, Missed freethrows by Malone, passing the ball to someone else with time running down so he didn't have to take the shot....thats Malones career. He was simply the worse crunch time player I have seen seeing as he sucked in crunch time for almost 20 years.

Okay, i am late to the party. A: The Suns aren't trading Steve fucking Nash. Even if you believe that the suns are going to be alottery team or something next year, he is still one of the most marketable guys in the NBA. You don't trade away money and get a losing record that will cut back on fans. Why would anyone fuck with their revenue like that. B: Fuck Billy Knight too, but at the same time, he tried to trade for Jose Calderon and the trade got blocked by the owners. then he tried to fire Mike Woodson last year and twice this year and the owners blocked that too. Outside of that disastorous Sheldon Williams at 5 pick and paying Speedy Claxton all that money, I think he hasn't done a BAD job as a GM. But fuck him, he can go. but if this leads to keeping the worse coach in the last 2 decades of the NBA, then fuck that move. C: Edwin, the NFL's system is pure bullshit and shouldn't be copied by anyone. Sure they cut guys that underperform. But 9-10 they are underperforming because of injuries sustained while doing their job. Its like if you were a cop and they could fire you for getting shot on a drug bust. Yes, technically you probably couldn't perform the job at the same capacity of when you got hired, but you got fucked up working for them. I like guarenteed contracts. If you are worried a guy might not perform, don't give him a big guarenteed contract. The ability for a guy to sign a contract and believe that they are making X amount of money, then get hurt playing for you and you say 'Oh, sorry...we aren't going to give you anymore money. Ever. And since you got hurt working for me, most other teams are going to think you can't come back so you are probably screwed for ever....but thanks for all that hard work in playing for me and ending your career." I think you would be hard pressed to find a big contract that wasn't worth it at some point. And if it wasn't it was a dumb signing in the first place. Juawn Howard never should have gotten 100 million dollars. Nor Glenn Robinson, nor that huge contract Brian Grant got. Those were always horrible deals. You can't blame the contract methods on those. You blame dumb GM/Owners. Some guys like Michael Finley, Jalen Rose, Penny Hardaway, and to a degree, Stephon Marbury, they earned those contracts and just because they weren't the same players at the end, doesn't exactly mean it was a bad contract. I have decided to pay this player 80 million dollars for his service for te next 4-5 years. Thats the contract. People should ignore Allan Houston being the highest paid player in the NBA his last season and realize that for the overall contract it wasn't that bad of a deal...wait...bad example...Allan Houston should have never been able to get that contract....

    Grand Theft Auto IV

Yeah, that mission is awesome. Also, it makes you really not want to die and replay missions. not because the Missions are hard or anything, its the long ass drive to most of them that you want to avoid I need to go ahead and go through the police computer and finish off the most wanted list and the other crimes so i can get that acheivement and start using the restore health code.

I guess the key to all chase missions is just to stay close until you get on a straight away and then just unload on them. At least thats what I do.

Eh, that's not that dumb. Posey is strictly a jumpshooter and Cassell at this point in his career is basically the same. In that scenario Pierce is the only guy who can hurt you one on one, so you double him and rely on your team defense to make rotations onto the jumpshooters. That's not an endorsement for Mark Jackson as coach though. I'm still holding out hope that Jeff Van Gundy will come back Thats why its dumb. You double pierce and you leave guys wide open doing the only thing they can do in a close game. You don't leave shooters. Period. Wide open three from Posey or Cassell is a better shot than contested one on one shot from Pierce and it creates a stagnant offense when doing so. Its that kind of crap that will get you beat down in close games.

Beats me. Listening to him commentate he always says moronic things that the coach should do and I just shake my head. Case in point, in the HAwks/Celtics series, doc rivers only had Paul Pierce of the big three in the game and put Posey and Cassell out there. He said that the hawks should be doubling Paul Pierce since he was the only scorer on the court. Its that dumb shit that makes me wonder what the hell kind of coach is he going to be.

Get behind is one thing, byt you were rooting for the guy to get injured because ESPN was hyping him, when they have been hyping the Celtics even more.

NBA Playoffs 2008 - Conference Semifinals

You know, I had planed to root for the celtics if my teams got eliminated, but I don't think its possible to lose more respect for a player as i did for Kevin Garnett in the first round. Constant shit talk is one thing, cheap shots is another. And even though part of me wants to still root for Ray Allen to get his ring, Go Cavs. Dama, can I ask a question? How is it you are so disgusted with ESPN's hype of Lebron that you were rooting for the Wizards to make dirty, injury causing fouls on him but the 4 sportscenter commercials, the dozens of sportscenter features, gatorade commercials and like 3 of those "there can only be one" commercials and a ridiculous bias of the ESPN commentators for the Celtics doesn't bother you not one bit?

I am pretty good at the driving now. But that doesnt mean it doesn't suck. Being good at something that sucks is just that. Despite being used to it, it shouldn't take a whole fucking city block for a a goddamn compact car to come to a complete stop like its a fucking big rig. Love the story, love the random stuff, love the shooting mechanics...love the game all around, but a game with so much driving, the horrid driving mechanics are ridiculously annoying.

For the bulls, no one would work there. They need to make some trades. quickly. they need a post player (look to Zach in New York for that) and after that, I think they are okay. Hinrich can't possibly suck that bad next year, they are going to lose Gordon(one would think), but they hopefully would sign and trade him to get a big that can actually score on the block. But I will never know with Chicago. I didn't understand how they got good in the first place until I noticed they went two years with none of their shooters giong through a real shooters slump. They are just a jumpshooting team and need to break that. So its more Pax than the coach. And to think....the Bulls could have had the Grinch up there if he had been willing to let go of Hinrich.

But you asked why Mike would get more love than Avery because Avery made the finals. Then they blew the finals. And they got there by beating a depleted team in the West Finals. Point is, that finals trip for Avery just doesn't count as much as one would think. People still remember the circumstance.

OI! Utah is only down 1. They mentioned it over on FreeDarko how the Hornets and more specifically Chris Paul's success will only motivate Deron Williams. It better... Deron is CP3's daddy on the court and the easiest path for Utah to the Finals would be through New Orleans. This is also true. Deron truely does own him in every matchup they have.

LOL. Ripper supports hate crimes! Anyway, does anyone think Avery Johnson should get more interest then Mike D'Antoni? I mean atleast he reached the finals... But probably wouldn't have made it if not for injuries to D'Antoni's team. I don't think that Chicago is the best place for Mike. He doesn't have anyone that can really finish at the rim the way Amare can. If some people would get off their fucking asses and fire mike woodson already, I think Atlanta would be the perfect place for him. That or Toronto.

So I accidentally killed Carmen in a bike accident. Then she called me from the hospital this once to pick her up, but the game randomly made me go on a mission (thus I didn't pick her up) and now I can't get the calls to go through. Is she gone for good? And Kiki, I missed the date with her like 2 times and now she is no longer on Lovermeat. Did I miss out on her too? Its alot of shit to juggle once you get to a certain point in the game. Alot of people to keep happy.

I feel less bad about the Suns losing to the Spurs because they probably would have gotten their asses handed to them against the Hornets. I am wondering why the Hack -a -Chan method hasn't come into play yet.

See. I don't think its possible for people to come away from this series without a differnet view of Atlanta. before the playoffs, ESPN would randomly take shots at the Hawks during highlights of any west coast team. A warriors game? They would take a shot at "If they were in the East they would be blah blah blah, but instead, we get the HAWKS in the playoffs" and "When a team like the HAWKS can be in the playoffs and a team like the Warriors are missing it, they need to reformat the entire playoff seeding". Notice how all that talk has died down when the hawks became the only team to force a game 7. Plus, they should get some national games next year. Sure, they lost big, but in gereral I think the concensus about the Hawks went from "That team just plain sucks" to "Josh Smith and Al Horford are only 22, Marvin Williams is 21-22....that is some future that team has there."

I guess this is the place I can bitch about that, because I was beyond pissed off yesterday at the commentary. I mean, seriously, the were congratulating Kevin Garnett for taking a premeditated cheap shot (and what should have been called a flagrant) on Zaza as a way to get back at a cheap shot from Zaza...you know, when Zaza got in his face for elbowing him. To on one had act like Marvin Williams, making a basketball play(a stupid one, no doubt and definately the ejection was the correct call) and accidentally taking out Rondo was the worse thing in the history of basketball, then a completely classes cowards shot from KG gets applauded was laughably bad. Mark Jackson claiming hte Hawks had no pride and didn't even try and were just happy with the tie was disgraceful too. But he just joined the party yesterday. Every game JVG has done he has been condensending to the Hawks and in that "The Celtics are letting them in this game" kinda talk instead of the Hawks just plain beating them. The Hawks lost. They came in all pumped up and missed what seemed like 10 layups in the first quarter and half, just putting the ball off the backboard hard and such, but they played one hell of a series. Although JVG feels as though anything good they did in the series was erased by the last game. Fuck him.
  25. I have till September..maybe. It might last longer but yeah. I am for some reason not worried yet....maybe because its all the way in September... But this is like a annual thing now....and in September/October everytime! So lets discuss the fun of looking for a job. I get to look for a job in a suit in the middle of Atlanta Summer!!!! YAY!!!!!!!
