Enemy of the State kicked AYASS and Bad Boys and Bad Boys II continued to kick ass(one more than two, but still...kick assage). I never have gotten the Independance Day hate. And vivica fox played a stripper without getting naked, and the end suggested that every country needed to have one suicide pilot to take down the things, but still...it was mindless fun.

Serenity will make a killing overseas (the Whedon fandom is bigger across the pond) and will pull a good 30 mil domestically (If Diary of a Angry Black woman can pull that much, this movie can too) DVD sales will push it even further. I won't be suprised if they don't do a huge marketing campain to keep the cost down. This is a long term earner.

Carlton didn't have any range. He can dance like Michael jackson, and is good hanging around rich people between this, In The House and Silver Spoons, but put him in a movie like Ticks and he can't play the "thug" conviencingly. He could play the fuck outta some chessin Mighty Pawns though.

I meant to add more and completely forgot. Lorens slow decent into what said "good night folks" and walked away in the final ep was one of the greatest things about the final season. It began before the Fred incident, and after giving himself that stirring speech in shells(i think it was shells, rights? The scene at the bar?) Angel starts his super secret plan that pretty much kills all the joy he had left in him. I think it was the only end to his character. Him duking it out in the ally wouldn't have felt right honestly. His good night folks and the coldness that he delivered the "I've heard you sing." line had me marking ot almost as much as the "But we won't care"line from Hamilton and Gunns "Lets make them memorable". Its just that this season was presented as a bunch of one shot shows, but when watched together, it was still one big arch the whole time "watch how much attention is paid to the little demon that pours hypnotic out of its wrist so Sabastious(sp?) could drink it...that was going to have to play a role later. And the fell bretheren at the party....) It was one of the finest seasons of the series, and with it, pushed it ahead of Buffy in the "which show was better" catagory.

Damn this season kicked so much ass. I have about 10 DVDs I haven't watched yet because I keep watching this season of angel over and over and over again. Yeah, it kicks some season 4 ass mole...sorry.

I don't know if it has anything to do with good looking. this chick is on the news non stop now, has book deals and movie deals on the table and is getting interviewed by people everyday. this part of the story, the guy is a friend of mine and used to work here with me. Not only has this part been cut down to one paragraph, he hasn't even gotten a name mention after he fought off the gun wielding killer pushed his girl into the apartment to save her and got struck with the gun twice in the head before the Nichols guy ran off. Even worse, alot of news agencies were calling him and his girl tourist or whatever. They didn't even bother to get this part right. Fucking media.
