The Black Thorn doesn't need a big history or even have to be mentioned before. Basically, it is still the senior partners plan. Just like Lindsey said, the Black Thorn are just the ones that can get the plan done because the Senior Partners are not on this plane of existance. So basically, they are just the hands of the bigger body. Unitl they senior partners put their final plan into the works, they probably were powerful but not controling everything. The black Thorns purpose is the bring forth the senior partners of the Wolf, Ram and Hart plan. Nothing more. There were many apocolypse..ses...(what is the plural for apocolypse?) overted in teh Buffyverse and for the most part none had anything to do with the other. This is more of the same. This is the senior Partners apocolypse which they didn't bring to a head till recently. There was no need worrying about them when there were other apocolyi to worry about. And it isn't the room o monsters that is suppose to be intimidating. It is the reprecussions of killing the Black Thorn members. Like Angel said. they aren't going to be a little peeved about this one and swear revenge. The Senior partners never really REALLY tried to kill angel because of all of the prophocies about him playing a role in their plans. He knows that this will make them say "screw that" and bring the hell fire down on them. That is the reprecussions. they know they can kill the Black Thorn members. What they also know is that they can't survive the reprecussions that Wolfram and Hart will bring down on them.

I thought Penny deal was a straight up for Danny Manning...both were ridiculously over paid guys with bad knees at the time... It might have been. If it was in the penny deal then nevermind.

That's true. I think that, right off the bat, the producers KNEW how to market Clay, while they still haven't figured it out for Ruben... Rubens album sold alot amoung blacks and R&B fans. Clay sold more amoung white youth and pop fans. There are a hell of alot more white youth and pop fans than there are black people and R&B fans...and smart people apparently. Ruben sold 2-3 million I do believe. And He had a good album. Therein lies the problem. By all accounts, Ruben's album is a very good one, but to not have it connect with the regular pop music audience is a failure in my mind. Not Ruben's failure, mind you, but the producers and record company's failure. I think that Kim's doing pretty well on the pop charts though... I think they marketed Ruben to the audience that his voice best suits him. Sorry 2004 would be a bad single if you are trying to get teh "Pop" audience, but the producers obviously saw that wasn't best for this guy and they went with a strong R&B thing. I don't view not being pop as a failure. As a R&B album, it was very good and successful.

Maybe they want to rope-a-dope the NBA. They're trading talent for draft picks --- and THEY SUCK AT DRAFTING PEOPLE. Good lord, outside of Terry, have they drafted anybody good in the last 10 years? -=Mike Chris Crawford showed that he can actually play when he got to get on the court the second half of this year. i think he put up 21 a game. He is pretty good. Boris Diaw is a freak of nature to watch. the guy is 6'9" - 6'10" and his idol was Magic Johnson growing up(his ball handling and Passing shows it). he is a great defender, but the guy can't score to save his life. He works on his O in the offseason then he will be something to see. Deon Glover is a good 6th man. Outside of that...no...they haven't drafted anyone of anytype of real talent.

You can't take the no real Christian approach on that. You readily ignore when the Muslim leaders scream at the top of their lungs that this is not the way of Islam, a true Muslim wouldn't do this, but try to use that when someone does something horrible in the name of christanity. It works both way. People continue to ignore the astronomical amount of muslim and islam followers that are not committing acts of terrorism and evil. A thousands of extremeist does represent the majorities feelings. We are talking about billions of people here.

Justin Guarlioinfosdinfo sucked so much on that first season. That dude gave week after week after week of bad performance while Tamara and Kelly was just smoking everything that got near the stage. How did you hit that shot consistently? I love NBA Live 95, and Coach K, and I thought I was pretty good. I might get into emulation just for those games. I'm sure you'd beat my ass though. But I was awesome at 97 & 98 on PS. That game had one release point. If you realased it at the right time, you would hit every shot in reasonable range and go about 50-60 percent from half court. And it is the same for every player. Shaq can knock down 3s at about 70 percent. The game wasn't slightly realistic, but hey...I am da MASTA. They changed it in 1996 so I was never as good at it as I was in 95. Fuckers. I'm sure you scored like 60 points a game with Dan Majerle.... Yeah, it changed in 96... didn't they add crossovers, etc...realism took the fun away. Actually, I usually had KJ averaging like 60 points, 30 assist, 20 rebounds 10 steals and 5 blocks. He would lead the league in like every statistical catagory. Everyone on the team would average at least 30. Damn i miss that game.
