Dude, all of the vodkas I named cost LESS than 5-8 bucks more than the Smirnoff and absolut. I don't get the goose because I an't afford it...although it does kick some ass. Smirnoff Silver and Black label are charcoal filtered and do bring the kickass. Skyy, as I said before, taste like alot of the cheaper vodkas, but has a pretty bottle and cost more...so basically, fuck them. I guess independant. I always vote for that one guy that is running for office so he can install a swimming pool or something in his back yard. Worse than Acclaim? Imo yes, but they come a close second. I have actually banned my friends from ever bringing EA games to my house. I don't see how anyone can objectively say that EA is lazy or untalented. Just this year alone, EA released quality games such as Madden 2004, NHL 2004, NBA Street Vol. 2, and Need for Speed Underground. I'd add SSX 3 to the list, but it wouldn't be fair to do so, since I haven't played it yet. I can understand people not liking EA games, but calling them "the laziest, most untalented fucks in the gaming industry" seems a bit biased and harsh. Back to the original topic- for some reason, I doubt this case will even go to trial. If it does, Sega and EA will probably settle out of court. I don't know about untalented, but lazy certainly is the case. Madden, Live and SSX Trickey are basically all the same games as their predicessors. In Maddens Case, the game hasn't changed since abou 2000 or 2001. All the while, other companies are making better games and EA is living off their name. Their Canadian brothers EA BIG however are the SHIOT and are the bright spot from their company IMO.

then why has no rock station in the history of american ever played avril lavigne or pink? pink having a few "rock"-styled songs on an album does not constitute being a rock artist. the beatles had a few country songs on the white album, does that make them country artists? ween made an entire album of country songs, does THAT make them country artists? The nomination was not for their entire body of music either. It was for their performances in those particular songs which were, like it or not, rock songs. And I have hear Eminem songs playing on rock stations so lets not say what radio stations play is what determines the genre of music.

Ok how many times did Sonny Perdue actually mention the flag? Or Mark Sanford in South Carolina for that matter? His campaign signs were his face over the Confederate flag. His major stance was the fact that Roy Barnes(former Georgia governer) didn't allow the people to vote on this flag. That was basically what his campaign stood on. He offered no ideas for education reform, he offered no state budget reforms...all he basically did was point out that Roy Barnes took their flag and he would guarentee a chance to get it back if he was governer. This got him major support from the rural white voters which were the difference maker in this race. So targeting those who are for the Confederate flag, as Dean said, is a good idea if you want to get elected. The difference of course being the Sonny Perdue didn't basically call of the people that wanted the flag back rednecks like Dean did. He also didn't put forth that Confederate flag waver=racist theme that Dean seemed to be taking. So basically, the Republicans in Georgia did the same thing, but they didn't do it like a fucking moron.

The saddest part of all of this is such a minimal amount of changes to a game engine that you have to change to make it legal, it is ridiculous. Anyone that gets sued and found guilty of this are beyound lazy.

Music is so ridiculously over catagorized now it is ridiculous. Would someone PLEASE explain to me how Michelle Branch, who plays acoustic rock, is not a rock artist. Like it or not, Avril is a rock vocalist. So is Pink(well...some of her songs. her album goes all over the place really...in a good way). Who the hell is rock if people that play ROCK riffs on traditional ROCK instruments being aren't. Since when is the level of complication in the music equated what genre it is. LL Cool J and Nelly rhyme like doctor suess, but dammitt, its still hip-hop. Christina Agularia and Ashanti are STILL R&B like it or not, and those girls are Rock vocalist. Accept it.

So...are we going to ignore that the state of georgia was won by the republicans on the back of the confederate flag and the republican party flat out said they were trying to attract? And to say that the Confederacy isn't celebrated in the south makes me wonder if you are talking about South America or South Dakota because in these southern states, it certainly is still celebrated.

Here is the problem. Season one is campy, ends with fuzzy happy endings and are one off shows that don't really matter. The dialouge is cute, the fight scenes suck....the first season is average TV with a few incredibly bright spots. Then there was season two when it became episodic. It had two parters. It had a one big story that it went with season long. It was like a 22 hour movie. The endings weren't all fuzzy...some of them were down right tragic. The fight scenes got better, and the Characters grew and developed and it became one of the great shows on television. But the problem is, Season 2 is also really REALLY good because of the characters that you know and have become invested in while watching season 1. Therefore, you NEED season 1 to get the full effect of season 2. And it is tough to get people to stick around for 12 eps of season 1.
