Something about this catagory is just not right. I fully agree. I see a bunch of pop-rock and pure pop artists on that list. And Lucinda Williams? I thought she was blues or something. Then again, try thinking of who should've been in that list instead... I can think of Tori Amos... and umm.... Tori Amos? Michelle Branch is pop Pink is just happy to be nominated? Avil is pop-punk Bonnie is out of place but acceptable Lucinda Williams is a piano player right? All of them do have acoustic rock songs and I do believe that is what they are nominated for. Acoustic Rock doesn't count anymore?

I personally think that if they had gilber set the pace (incredibly FAST 100% of the time) they would be a better team. And Jarvis Hayes is a better investment than Stack is.....I say keep Jarvis at the starting spot at the SF when JS get back honestly. I know, it sounds nuts, but hey, Hayes is my TRUE rookie of the year pick (although we all know Lebron is going to get it, deserve it or not). I think that Nintendo will continue to hold a Ea Sports-esque grasp over the handheld market. Just like Madden and Live still outsell every other sport franchise sheerly on familiarity despite other games being better, Nintendo has the handheld on lock. I still think that Sony will have a hard time cracking into it, even if their machine is better. When people see handhelds, they think Gameboy.
