    This week in the NBA

First thing that came to my mind. But I just don't get it. You have the best record in the west. You have had Marion/Nash/Amare together for 2 and a half seasons and have over 120 wins in those two seasons. you also got a western confernce finals and a semifinals out of it. So you blow it up?? That just makes no sense to me. I still felt the only team that could take the suns in the West are the spurs (no I am not in the belief that anyone has to "hope" to hang with the lakers right now). Now? I don't know.

Yeah...this completely changes their offense. Their offense always had to have a guy that could at least hit the mid range shot. Now they are going to a grind it out offense. ugh.. Kerr is either going to come off like a genius or a dumbass when this is all said and done. Or maybe Shaq has been Vincing it in Miami this year. All I know is that when the Suns play the Heat, Riley has to sit Shaq after 5 minutes because he can't keep up with the pace. What about that said "Well...lets add him!!!" I stand by my ugh.
  4. Damn Yuna, toss a spoiler in there in a couple of places. And yes, Turpin was pretty much the same thing as man woman boy only with more power. His love for her was only built on looking at her locked away and wanting her. Turpin had her locked away, only looked at her through the hole and wanted her. The Swank looking boy kept talking about stealing her, which is pretty much what the judge did. They were pretty much the same character. I still say the only likeable and pure character in the movie was Toby. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about that kid. He led a tough life, was basically rescued and professed that he would do anything for those who helped him. I am confused on how his mind worked. I mean, he felt that it was odd that Johanna didn't want to marry him when he asked. Not that she was 16 at the oldest and he was old as hell. Or that he raised her and was basically her father and he wanted to marry her. No...he just doesn't understand why she would be given paused. That doesn't scream shyness to me. It screams a certain type of conceit that many can not obtain. He never had a moment that I cared about him. Ms. Lovett was more evil and I felt more for her with the Toby scene and the ending and all the time she practically threw herself at Todd all with no result.

So, are the 1972 Miami Dolphins really the greatest team ever?

They are the best team to not win the Superbowl. Of course they will be remembered
  6. I am ready to shout "Fucking BULLSHIT" at the screen when I get Ninja Gaiden 2.

Oh get outta here its the most dangerous exposed position. You have some pocket presense and a offensive line, there is no way it is more dangers or exposed than reciever or running back. And legal if you play any other position. Yes, you can tackle a running back below the knees. Annoucers will say "Good job cutting his legs from under him" when it happens. If a blitz is coming and a running back goes low, they will say "good job taking out that line backer" You go for a sack and duck under a blocker and catch a QB's legs and you just murdered a baby or something. YES. Its is fair. because a reciever can hit a corner back all the way up the field. the whole play if they want to. Its foot ball. You don't want to get hit, come off the ball and get away from the corner. If they miss the hit, then you are walking down the sideline. I didn't say anything about dirty plays or cheap shots. Hitting the QB does not make you dirty. If you are low to the ground then his ass should be hit low. if he kinda ducks, I don't like seeing fines come a week later. Then if you hit him in the middle of his chest make sure you turned your head to the side or it is spearing and you are fined again. I am talking about having to throttle down on a player because the league loves its offensive guys and want to treat them like gold. If you don't want to be hit hard, move. If you don't want to see recivers getting killed out there, stop lofting the ball over the middle or leading them into a big hit. All the changes to the game have effected the defense in football. Because offense is more exciting they change to the rules to stop dominant defenses from being around. And its a load of babying crap. Play two hand touch if you want it to be all pussified.
  8. She reminds me of emily Watson there(who I would fuck without pause). Emily Watson and Helena Bonham Carter....I would do a lot of fucking there.

I guess guys not breaking their necks, legs, or getting any other serious injury is a bad thing because you don't want football in you words to be "pusified". Ridiculous What ever. Its bitch football. They practically have to let on on the QB now. you can't hit below the knees so all offensive lineman have to do is stay high. you can't hit above the shoulders. So you have all these rushers having to let up so they don't get penalized for touching the QB. And that flopping around because you got a light shove after you released the ball? The refs would have flagged you for being such a fucking girl back then. The "You can't touch recievers' crap is also annoying and cripples the defense. The offensive player can touch the defensive player all do though. Its fucking football. Its a sport where big men run into other big men at a high speed. get that fucking girly ass illegal contact, illegal hit to the qb bullshit outta here.

I don't think you can compare across time in football simply because football is pusified now. All that protect the QB, protect the recievers, the secondary can't touch anyone. Played in 72 rules, half of the patriots offensive starters would be injured after the first quarter. Wes Welker would be killed in the second quarter trying to go across the middle. Played by todays rules, the 72 team doesn't stand a chance. They would have 1000 yards in penalties by halftime.

How much are you getting back in taxes this year

Same thing here dude. I got back 1600 last year and it got cut in half because of a little increase in my income even though I paid almost twice as many taxes. being right at the edge of a tax bracket sucks ass.

as an all around player, he is up there. But he still tries to do to much at times. There are times where I am screaming for him to give the ball to the point guard instead of pushing the break (although he is one of the better outlet passers in the league). On offense, he is so content on not being seen as just a dunker that he doesn't finish strong around the basket at all and is constantly throwing up these wild layups. And his jumper is also streaky. So his turnovers, and he has the shot selection of Boston Antoine Walker. Those are the things that stop him from being a top ten player in the league for me. But pound for pound he is probably the best shot blocker I have ever seen, he has great playmaking abilities on the post(so of course we never run plays for him on the post) and he changes the game almost ever night on the defensive end which is just tough to do. Just to think, when this kid was a rookie, he couldn't dribble, or shoot. All he could do was dunk and pull off a good pass every now and then. Now he is playing his way to a max contract.

I would once again like to point out how it is bullshit that they tax unemployment pay, and pretty much double tax bonus checks and severence pay. Complete and total bullshit. I mean, they take 40 goddamn percent out of a severence pay check. What kind of bullshit is that? I am not going to have a fucking job you goddamn assholes! Then you take 40 percent, then take an additional whatever percent you have to pay out of each unemployment check(I am around 20 percent I think). BULLSHIT. Then they take all this goddamn tax money and use it on important stuff. Like finding out what MLB players took steroids and what happened to the Patriots illegal tapes.

This is the type of shit that annoys me at tax season.
  16. The rule is simple. If you don't like musicals, you aren't going to like a musical no matter what it is about. Its always going to be too much singing. I get so annoyed when I go to see some movie that is a musical and hear people groan when a new song starts. Its like me complaining in a horror movie because someone got killed or a martial arts movie because someone is getting in a fight. I think the man/girl guy that was trying to save Johanna was supposed to be the pure good of the movie(although I like to think it was Toby). Miss Lovett would be the evil and Todd would be the middle ground somewhere. Yes, I think that Miss Lovett was more evil than the Judge.
