Someone needs to check and see if Mike WOodson is betting against the Hawks. There is not knowing how to coach and there are pure commen sense blunders that he continues to make. The Hawks will be 2-4 after this loss to the Wizards. They should be 4-2 at worst with the losses coming to New Jersey and Boston. Instead he continues to find ways to give away games to teams. This time it was giving the watching the team turn to shit the second he put in Tyronne lue in the 2nd quarter and refusing to take him out AGAIN. All of the teams lapses of offense have come when Lue is in the game because much like when he was in washinton, and being accused of only passing the ball to Jordan, he only passes the ball to Joe, otherwise he holds the ball the entire shot clock and stops the offense. On defense, he can't stop anyone and is ruining otherwise solid defense efforts all over the floor. He is also completely ignoring how much better the team plays with Salim Stoudimire on the floor, they lose nothing offensively or defensively when he is the sub for Acie Law, yet he keeps going to Lue. SOMEONE has to fire this guy or this season is going to be lost.

Falcons win 2 in a row and are 2 games out of first place in the NFC South. That is pretty fucking bad.

If you are taking threes early in the shot clock while up by over 20-30 late in the 4th with your starters still in, you are running up the score adn I support 80's fouls out there. Otherwise, its all fair game.

Noah will be a better Ben Wallace. He won't be as freakish a rebounder but defensively and energy wise, he will be Wallace, without being a whiney bitch on the offensive end. And once again, I think the Celtics lack of depth is severly overrated.

Directv right now is $9.99 for their 70+ HD Channels. It may/may not go up as planned in December to $15 if you want all the hD channels. After 2 years of spending $10 for 7 hd channels, $15 for over 100 (by the end of the year) sounds like a bargain. You know its not really a hundred channels though, right? Kinda like how Comcast talked about how they will have over 400 HD choices by the end of the year, counting each and every movie or show they will have in HD along with all the channels. Direct TV is counting each channel of the NFL network, and regional stuff that not everyone will get. Fucking lying fuckers. Both of them.

That Celtics team is damn good. I like the Hawks effort, but with Perkins and Garnett at the rim, it is really tough to score in there. And not that it would have made a difference, the refs were trying to hard to be the stars of this game. They were calling all types of bullshit fouls on everyone from both sides and just killing the flow of the game.

You can hook a antenna up to your TV and get alot of HD channels (Like NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, and CW) so you don't HAVE to pay for a receiver. That alone was worth it for me anyway. My 32inch flat tube HDTV was about 100 bucks more than the SD version. Well worth the money.

I think if you can't see that much of a difference between HD and SD TV, then you need your eyes seriously checked. They are night and day different. I would say its is a much bigger jump from VHS (well...a new VHS) and DVD in picture quality. But its not like SDTV is horrible looking crap or anything, so I can understand not wanting to upgrade. I personally love the picture quality of a HDTV once you get it home and tweek it out of those "THIS IS THE COLOR BLUE!!!!!!!!!" bright ass store settings. I find myself watching shit just because its so beautiful on the screen.

No, I have a 160 hard drive with two partitions. One 40 gig and one 120. Using, say Total Commander, I can account for were all but 25 gigs of the 120 gig drive is. It kinda just disappeared one day, all at once. I had about 30 gigs left on the drive and then it suddenly went to 5. I'll just format the thing when I get a new one, but I did find that very strange.
