McCants should be solid, if not possibly spectacular. He is a shooter and scorer. Apparantly when he worked out for the T-Wolves, he hit an ungodly 64-75 3-pointers. The only red flag for me is he kind of shoots his mouth off when the press is around and the stomach problems he was facing through the middle portion of last season with the Tar Heels.

I remember some times where Jeff Jarrett as a horseman hopeful in WCW in 96-97 during the hot NWO period getting booed even though the horsemen were faces at the time. Also, Hogan was getting booed during the 92 Royal Rumble.

I saw Bewitched on Friday and was saddened because it was the first time Will Ferrell's act didn't click for me on any level. He had zero chemistry with Nicole Kidman and the ending literally came out of nowhere, but then again I saw it was directed by Nora Ephron, who I consider to be hugely overrated. A thumbs down for me and I can see why it dropped to #7 this last weekend.

From what I've read, this Punk run with the title sounds fantastic and could get angle of the year if it continues on this pace.

Wrestler who should have retired young
Dangerous A replied to Epic Reine's topic in General Wrestling
Dynamite Kid. At least he might've still been able to walk. -
I find it funny that a lot of people like the Mexicools, but it seems almost like fate that they will end up getting killed by a guy like Taker or JBL all because they'll say something like "I need to look strong for such and such event, I need to kill some small guys, NOW!"

Jacklyn Lick is another one. Not as nice on the eyes as the others mentioned, but she just seems dirty as all hell.

First off, keep my name out of your posts, especially when you say I'm doing something and I'm not. I never posted blurbs about the differences between "24" and WWE. The only time I've mentioned "24" is once and I said I didn't agree with when they were doing it. Have you even read any of my posts here? Don't go throwing my name out there recklessly when you don't have content to back it up. And I'll state myself for the 3rd or 4th time already, I'm disappointed moreso than offended by the angle. Yes, I've deduced it's a TV show, but that doesn't mean I like to stand by idly while a show I invest my time, energy, and sometimes money into does stupid angles. There is nothing wrong with having standards and expectations. Just because it's wrestling doesn't mean I have to like it when it sucks. WWE doesn't have to do this angle, but they are. That makes me disappointed in them. I've never said I was a better person for not liking the angle, but it doesn't make me a douchebag or whatever a person like Rick Scaia other posters are calling people who didn't like the angle.

Other softie Skinamax gals of note I can think of are Stacey Burke, Beverly Lynne, Shauna O Brien, and Druw Berrymore.

Totally forgot about her. She is still hot, but ranks 3rd on my personal fave list behind Nikki Fritz and Kim Yates. Fritz comes off like she's a pro and Yates seems like the innocent gal who loves sex. She reminds me of Kristin Davis's character from Sex in the City in that she comes off conservative in general, but can be a cat in the sack. I used to have Kira Reed at the top of my list because she sort of looked like Jules Asner from E!, but the other 2 gals just have more for me IMO. Not that Kira has anything wrong. She looks like she legit loves what she's doing, but the other 2 just do it for me. As for Tane McClure, she is excellent, but she has had a ton of work (plastic surgery) done that makes her come off really fake. I know Nikki Fritz has probrably had just as much work done, but she's brunnette and that does it for me whereas Tane is blonde and comes off more fake to me. Plus while most of these gals can't act out of a paperbag, Tane is the worst of these 4.

I saw too much of the first episode and knew everything that was coming. I'll give this another look or two before making a better judgment, but for now it's just kind of eh.

Cena Jericho isn't going to last the next 7 or so weeks, so I think they'll blow that off on free TV and have Edge take on Cena at Summerslam. If they feel JBL is above a US title feud with Benoit, I could see him in a 3 way with Batista and Hassan, although I shudder at the thought of how that match will pan out since JBL would be the best worker of the 3 and that is not saying much.

To say this royally sucks is an understatement. This man was one of the lynchpins of NJPW during it's great run in the early-mid 90's. His feud with Naoya Ogawa drew some of the most heat I've ever seen for pro wrestling. When I read on Meltz's site that a Japanese legend passed away, I too was expecting a lesser known. This is a huge shock to me and other fans of Hashimoto's work. I'm really at a loss for other words, so if I find them, I'll chime back in here.

I guess WalMart has the best price from what I've read. I've only seen it go for $34.00 or higher and there is no way in hell I am paying for old footage and paying over $25 for it.

It was reported in the latest Observer that Vince McMahon himself was very impressed with the debut of the Mexicools and loves the energy they have brought in their segments. I'd like to pray Vince continues to be impressed and protect them. Of course, this is WWE and that won't last for long.

Since January, I've been sort of dieting. On weekdays, I eat a decent breakfast, piece of fruit an hour before working out. (which I do instead of taking lunch at work) For lunch (the meal) I eat either a 6 inch sandwich from Subway or get a small or medium sized Jamba Juice. For dinner, I eat either a chicken caesar salad or portion controlled TV dinner. On weekends, I eat what I want. Key thing is to hit the gym 4-5 days a week and doing a weight training program mixed with 20-30 minutes of cardio. I dropped about 25 ibs. in roughly 3 months and have felt pretty good since.

The Best Match These Eyes Have Seen
Dangerous A commented on a blog entry in I post on TSM and all I got was this lousy blog.
Seeing as how you loved that tag match (it's the best tag match I've ever seen most days, 12/6/96 Misawa/Akiyam v. Kawada/Taue sometimes gets the nod) I'd recommend a joshi tag match that, while is only a half notch below 6/9/95, it's worth checking out. 3/27/94: Shinobu Kandori & Akira Hokuto vs. Aja Kong & Bull Nakano. It is THE best women's tag match I've ever seen and only a notch below Hokuto vs. Kandori from DreamSlam. Check it out if you get a chance to download it. (since I know that is how you acquire some of your matches) -

Bravo, RRR and HTQ. Bravo. There isn't much to add that hasn't already been said by you two. -

Stemming from the latest Roster cut, who in the mid/low card do you feel is safe from the dreaded Roster cut? Please, no obvious ME'ers need to be mentioned. Raw Shelton Hurricane Marty Jannetty (even though he hasn't been used, being HBK's friend has perks) Snitsky SD Mexicools Christian Booker Orlando Regal (being HHH's bud has it's perks as well)

Direction for Hassan's Character on SmackDown
Dangerous A replied to The Mandarin's topic in The WWE Folder
RRR, you need to include some necrophilia for this angle so it can be complete. -
JBL feuding with the BWO is not good, especially for business. If in with the right person, JBL is a good ME heel right now. An "insider" feud with a low/midcard mock act will do no one any good. I was at the SD taping in Sacramento and about 98% of the 10,000 or so people that were there had no idea what was going on or who the BWO even were.

Direction for Hassan's Character on SmackDown
Dangerous A replied to The Mandarin's topic in The WWE Folder
You've just summed up Hassan's entire WWE run in 4 words, my friend. Personally, the direction he needs to go is back to wrestling school to work on his in ring skills, or lack thereof. Take Cena with you while you're at it.
