You know, I'd love to and I think we'd do good business together, but I don't think this board can afford either of our services, and the politics and egos involved... the finish would be so contrived that the readers would log off with this empty feeling in their stomachs... I'd say Banky and CWM in a tag match together against some jobber-posters; they're ratings for some reason and at the very least, the jobbers would get a rub... but that's my suggestion; I'm not the booker here.

I didn't forget about that and I didn't even buy the show - the Flair/Jericho feud was horrible and continued Jerichos burial.

Oh, I remembered. Inara = Mal's comforting side. We see in the opening of Serenity Mal taking a more nurturing approach to a soldier saying that they're not going to die because god won't let pretty people die... when that soldier dies, Mal doesn't even react - he becomes cold. Inara represents the warmer side of the former Mal. Jayne represents the wilder side. In "The Message" we see Mal go a lil crazy in the flashback "Here I am, come and get me". Current Mal is a lot more reserved and calculated and won't take that many dumbass risks - he's too worried. This is best represented when Jayne calls him a coward after backing out of the deal with Badger in Serenity. ... and then there's book and kaylee as the other 4. Also, in Serenity, I LOOOOOVED how River reacted to 2 things. At first I didn't really "get" it, but after watching the whole show it makes sense. Her being afraid of the Medical Room wasn't because Kaylee was shot (as I originally thought it was), it was because she has a natural fear of them because she was operated on by the Blue Sun corp. And another is when she was afraid of the gun - at first I thought it's because guns kill and hurt and that's why she's afraid of it... but then after Ariel I realized it's because they trained her to become a killer and that's why she's afraid of them - because she associates guns with the BSC.

Saying that anything is "forgettable" on something that PEOPLE PAY FOR is silly.

Well my initial comment in the ROTK thread, IIRC, was meant to be a joke whereas I was intentionally acting like a crazed fanboy - I had hoped I've been posted here long enough for people to tell when I am acting up or not, but I guess I still need a lil work. It wasn't taken that way, and it evolved from there. I swear, I'm workin on that. It's just that... I'm petty. Jesus Christ Mole, if I had to find examples of you writing needless responses I'd be here all night and well into the work-week. Just throw in a line of content, that's all I ask. I'm really surprised more people don't like me. I feel almost... inadequate. I hope these .... will get me some points with TC. I subscribe to the Roger Ebert belief that I can't tell you what's funny and I can't tell you what to get off on - but I can say what's good. Comedy, for the most part, doesn't make for "good" storylines. At least, not for "good" main event storylines. I don't say "oooh, I got to see this now!" when something funny happens. I think the only time this past year when something funny happened that made me want to see a match more was with Quinton Jackson making fun of Wanderlei Silva in an interview before Pride 26 - "why you on yo knees Wanderlei" and calling him names in different languages. And that was funny in the "holy shit I can't believe he's saying that about Silva!" "Silva is going to kill him" kinda way.

Cause he's a tool. I'll expand on that. My primary reason for disliking Downhome is that he likes to announce that he's a big pro wrestling fan any chance he gets. We know, why else would you be on this board and posting in the wrestling forums if you weren't? He's also, apparently, the biggest mark of every wrestler in the world. He likes to declare things, basically... as if the whole world needs to know what he thinks and "believes" (the current buzzword he is using). Plus he's a hypocrite. Whenever we have a "discussion" and I call him a name (say, a gigantic tool), he puts his head in the sand or cups his ears and takes his ball and goes home - all-the-while calling you childish for calling him a name (what, exactly, is "childish" then, DH?). His views on wrestling don't so much bother me enough to dislike him (hate being something reserved for people I, you know, actually know), but he wouldn't be the first person I'd sign to my booking team As for Mole, I like Mole, but he annoys me sometimes with his one-line replies...
