It's pretty obvious what they're going to do. For about 3 or 4 weeks (on heat), have random people get beat up. Tommy Dreamer, Lance Storm, Johnny Ace, Goldust, Spike Dudley, etc... have them all turn to Stevie for assistance (cause it's Stevie Night Heat). In the meantime, have Nowinski show up and ring announce or play time keeper or something. He's happy to be back, his injury has changed him, he no longer believes that Harvard is the be-all, end-all. Then, finally, one of the victims gets a good look at the attackers sweater, and it has an "H" on it. This leads Stevie to conclude that it's Nowinski. He confronts Christopher and Christopher denies it immediately. Stevie then says he is watching Nowinski and the next time it happens, he's going to get fired from SNH. Sure enough, in a sting, they catch Nowinski red-handed - but they soon realize that it's not Christopher Nowinski, it's CHRIS HARVARD - his split personality. They then find out that Christopher "changes" into Chris after he falls asleep; that he's not consciously doing all these bad acts, but rather, is sleepwalking. They question Harvard and ask him why is he attacking everyone and Chris says it's because he's sick of all the uneducated scum in the lockerroom and that he's "purifying" the WWE so that his 'master' can finally return. It is revealed through conversations with Christopher that it's not part of his natural sleep cycle, that there is someone trying to put him to sleep. They call this person "The DreamMaster" and believe that it's the same person who wants to "purify" the WWE for his return. They then interrogate Harvard to find out who his master is, and he says "who else? It's the leader of any university...", he also says that his master will be showing up NEXT WEEK. On that show, Stevie is in the middle of the ring with all the other wrestlers who were jumped by Harvard. Harvard is also in the ring going nuts because his master is finally coming. The show closes when the lights go out - and when they come back on there is a chalkboard that has "Not Yet" written on it with the initials "D.D." written under. The next week Christopher Nowinski comes to the ring and says that he's sick and tired of being used, that he wants to know the truth and that he's calling out D.D. Finally, music plays and it's revealed to be... DEAN DOUGLAS! Of course, everyone knows that Dean Douglas is really Shane Douglas, and Shane explains that in order to manipulate Chris Harvard he had to become someone that Chris would follow. He used Chris to take out all the people from his past, to help clear his way so he can take over Stevie Night Heat and make it the Franchise Hour. This leads to a small feud with Nowinski, before Nowinski learns that Chris Harvard was never really a split-personality, but that Chris Harvard was the true him. So he alligns with Shane Douglas to take on Stevie for the rights to own Heat.

Smackdown usually is better than what the spoilers make it out to be. Right now it's clockin 5 on the Rudometer - I'm thinkin it could go as high as 20 before the day is done (if they suck on Benoits dick a ton, if the crusiermatches are good). Of course, the Rudometer goes up to 200 (Metric System) so...

Smackdown still has wrestlers I give a damn about. They're booked horribly, but I still care about em enough to get mad when they're used improperly. Let's see. -Dragon jobs -London jobs -Moore job Then they have the gall to put on a cruiserweight title match and expect people to care? This is ridiculous. IT'S CALLED A "DIVISION" FOR A REASON! Jobbing Yang in his first match. This is Team Angle all over again... start them off a lil strong before jobbing them to the face... yeah, that didn't work very well for them either. At least make it a DQ in his first match, if you're not going to give him the win. YES! BENOIT! JONES! Kurt's Sloppy Seconds!! Yeah, Homer was more of a real father in the early seasons. He actually had motivation and thought - rather than the evil, mindless, self-centred ass he became and is today. He actually had heart. My only problem was that he wasn't all that funny. In 3,4,5 he had a nice mix of heart and humour.

South Park tends to do themselves in with the gross-out humour. I like the more subdued eps. like the one where the parents had to kick their kids out of the house and have them run-away so they wouldn't abduct them... that was so fucking brilliant. They tied it all together with the Mongolians and the Wall... Season 1 is pretty bad. Season 2 has its moments and you can see the tide turn. Season 3 was awesome, though. That's when it "changed" (for the better). Season 4 and 5 was the pinnacle IMO, where that change was maximized to its full potential. Season 6 and 7 were good and if it were on 99% of the other shows out there, they would have been the best seasons of those shows. Season 6 was alot like season 2 in that it showed hints of failure. It featured more "gimmicky" eps. which would become a signature of the "later" simpsons episodes. But it also featured some really good episodes as well (Itchy and Scratchy Land, for example). Season 7 marked the "change" (more homer eps., more "pop culture" eps.) - though it did have some good shows. 8 and 9 lacked the consistency that the other seasons had but still came up with some worthwhile shows. They should have pulled a Seinfeld and ended it here. The rest isn't worth talking about.

I don't care about the love triangle. I don't have any reason to care. I think my Torrie Wilson Shirt idea and "What is it with Canadians and trying to put their name in everything" lines were better... but you can't deny the genius in having Christians music start with Lita moaning. He wouldn't have it for that long, cause it would get annoying after a few weeks. In other news, me thinks Steph or Gerwitz were big Sixteen Candles fans.

It's just a way to work in the "Stratus-phere" concept. Your disrespect to PRIDE is noted... *scowls* *looks sad* *slowly walks over and picks PRIDE tape up* *mutters*

But the hope isn't founded in anything. It's more of a "I wish people would have seen this show". If it was an expectedly good show and nobody tuned in, then there could be disappointment. You know, like me and PRIDE Final Conflict - a fantastic show that you knew would be good, but people didn't watch cause people are stupid.

Mondays show was a "base show" which set the foundation for next week. WWE probably expected people who did not watch the PPV to watch RAW to see what happened with Austin and Bischoff and who the new GM is. From there they attempted to "hook" the audience with various storylines (take your pick: Kane/Goldberg, HHH/Goldberg, Jericho/Trish, Christian/Lita/Matt Hardy, RVD/Orton). (Hopefully for the WWE) People will become attached to at least one of these programs and watch next week with the added incentive of Raw Roulette and gimmick matches. The key now is to "blow up" a fued at next weeks RAW - be it Kane vs. Goldberg (best bet), Trish and Jericho, HHH and Evolution - so fans can "hold on" to that series until at least the Royal Rumble, at the most WM.

South Park is what the Simpsons try to be, but really shouldn't try to be... South Park satirizes Pop Culture and the neurosis associated with it, while the Simpsons was more of a spin on the Nuclear Family. Each had their own morals attatched - the Simpsons usually went for the more broad "Love God, Love Family" lesson, while South Park was "Priests are dirty, Everyone is a hypocrite". The Simpsons have grown more cynical in their age and don't do it nearly as well or as smartly as South Park. At least, I don't think they do. But then again, I still look at Springfield in Yellow, while they've changed it to White. I believe Lisa never should have became a vegetarian, Homer shouldn't have been a homophobe, and hullapalooza should have just been Peter Frampton... *sigh*

And not bad, although you hope for more when the shows unexpectedly good like it was. Not to agree that it was good (it just wasn't "bad"), but if it's *unexpected*, then why would people tune in?
