An Idea Guaranteed to make WWE Money

Ok, I will simplify this... I'm a tape dealer. Now, I could do 2 things. Mass Produce 10 Popular Tapes and sell them for $10 each, and basically only take 2 days to make them. or. Customize tapes for each individual customer, sell them for $20, and spend a week on making them. Which is more efficient? Which costs less? Yes, I know, you will say "but the WWE has better technology".. WWE has someone else produce their DVD's. For the WWE to do this, they would have to purchase their own capital equipment, and then place their video library into it, then set up a system, then buy the discs, then produce labels... etc. etc. etc. Ok, how much do you think this all would cost and implement? Hmm? 50 Million? (very generous here) The market is in decline. How much do you think Wrestling fans will give them? How many wrestling fans would be willing to do this? How much does the avg wrestling fan need? Would they be happy with 3 DVD's worth of video? Do they even know about "hidden gems" and what not? Meanwhile, their DVD market is growing with the system they have, and they are making money on it. Hmm, this is a tough one..

An Idea Guaranteed to make WWE Money

Clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. So let's go back to what I originally said. "Economies of Scale, look it up"

An Idea Guaranteed to make WWE Money

It is MUCH cheaper and more profitable to do the thing they are doing right now and that is mass producing single dvd's. It's just not economically sound to do all this individual stuff. There's a reason why the printing press and the assembly line are considered 2 of the most important inventions ever.

    SMACKDOWN! SPOILERS

Well, logically, there should be a pool full of shit tonight... since they have increased the amount each week. Logically.

    The Joe Schmo Show

Man, I must have said "HUTCH~!" a dozen times tonight, in proclamation of his greatness. But seriously, if Hutch wins... I'm gonna fuckin flip. The way they have slid him down to the final 3 is nothing short of pure genius. But fuck, he shouldn't win!! Brian is the fuckin man. The guy plays the lovable loser so well... even if he is a bit of an exhibitionist. *shudders*. HUTCH!

    Raw Rating Rises

Oh I find Flair enjoyable, in that "dance for me monkey, you're a good monkey" kinda way.

An Idea Guaranteed to make WWE Money

It's called economies of scale... look into it.

    Raw Rating Rises

Maybe it's because I can't stand Michaels and don't think much of Flair (and hate Flair marks) that I didn't really enjoy that.

    Raw Rating Rises

Yeah, we have one of the worst promo men vs. some insane old dude.. fantastic chemistry.

    What happened to Bill DeMott?

Or what was the point of having demot squash all those cruiserweights when they did nothing with him... you know, other than having him job to Nathan Jones - who, they subsequently did nothing with.

    Raw Rating Rises

Whoa Whoa Whoa.. First Cena vs. Angle and now this? Two Hart vs. Austin angle's in one promotion at one time??? Could we handle all that greatness??

    The writing team

What happened? Well, someone decided to run a football promotion and put their daughter in charge of creative. The WWE does have long-term plans; unfortunately, those long-term plans usually involve HHH and the Mcmahons. Their main problem - aside from pushing the 'wrong' people - is that they don't care about the 'little things'.

    Raw Rating Rises

Seriously, given the LOW rating last week, this week would be up by default and is STILL below yearly average and especially below quarterly avg.

    Raw Rating Rises

No one with sense. Which of course, excludes the WWE booking team.

    The Hypocrisy

Notice how Martin didn't jump on JR's multiple fumbles? No wonder he writes for Dave.

    Raw Rating Rises

    Urge to begin ratings report...rising.
  20. RavishingRickRudo

    The Hypocrisy

Well, Todd Martin is a JR-Grade moron, so that's not surprising.

    Live Raw Thoughts

They were testing the waters with Coach. Given that they pulled JR back before he was scheduled means that Coach didn't get a positive review; but given that Coach is still working for the company, they probably think "he'll grow into it", as if the last 3 years haven't been enough time.

Ok seriously this is just asinine....

*Vince discreetly hands driver a blue mask and puts finger to lips and whispers* Vince: Ssshh, it's a work. Now go drive...
  23. RavishingRickRudo

Ok seriously this is just asinine....

I would be more dangerous to have the Limo go on it's own rather than having someone in it.

    Live Raw Thoughts

Well what Pride's have you seen? His Pride 25 announcing was the best announcing I have ever heard in anything. Doesn't bring insight? Poor Mankinnd.

To show how much JR loves Austin

It's all leading up to Austin vs. Jericho... It HAS TO. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IT HAS TO.
