    Smackdown Spoilers

Cause someone in the WWE told him it was going to be a title switch?

    Smackdown Spoilers

Well, if what Angle says is true - maybe Cena and Angle are a possible challenge to Los Guerreros with Angle turning heel.

    Smackdown Spoilers

It's quite simple. Los Guerreros have no reason to tag with Eddie as US champion. So the first thing they do after Chavo's return is to have them win the titles so they can be together for a reason - just so they can break up, lose the titles when Chavo turns on Eddie thus giving the turn more meaning (in theory) and setting up a one-on-one US title match.

If Los Guerreros winning the titles isn't a sign of their impending break up, I don't know what is... Kinda Ironic, isn't it?

Um, one shouldn't be afraid to post spoilers in a spoilers thread.

    Smackdown Spoilers

I don't want to waste my time with the crap. The WWE is naturally predictable, so knowing exactly what is going to happen won't really take anything away.

Triple H pins first film roles

He scares you in that pic?? http://www.sherdog.net/forums/attachment.p...&postid=2367275 Piss yourself. He is said to be a nice guy. He likes Mel Gibson and Bruce Willis rather than Clint Eastwood and Bruce Lee. He has a 3 1/2 year old daughter and a loving wife. He collects classic cars. He enjoys watching music and comedy programs on TV. But you know that deep down inside that this man is pure evil and can destroy you. He's societies dirty lil secret; mainly because he is society personified. On the outside he's completely mundane; a placid russian who's calm exterior is perhaps too calm. It's not so much a front as it is an acceptance. This is what life has given him and he's ok with it. He is the milkman, the gym teacher, the insurance salesman. He has male pattern baldness, he has love-handles, he'll be turning 27 in about 2 weeks. This is him. He's like you or me. The only difference is that when he fights, even when holding back all that rage and fury, even when wearing that stoic mask, you can still see a lil bit of that anger, a lil bit of that evil. It's an amazing mystique that you can only catch in pictures and moments like the one above. I believe that was taken after his fight with Fujita at Pride 26 - a fight where he "accidently" got rocked with a right club from the Japanese fighter and almost got KO'd. It was the first time he ever showed weakness, but he regained his composure and ended up winning the fight with an incredibly tight choke. That picture above is him looking at you, looking at society, and saying "Look what I have done. Is this what you wanted? Look what he made me do. This is the true me." Fedor fucking rules.

    Jericho is Back....

And by "Jesus" I mean "Chris Benoit". But everyone already knew that

    Jericho is Back....

No. If anything, you did the right thing by questioning is faith in regards to his treatment of Smarks everywhere. Jesus would never get pissed off at something like that.

Now that I think of it, the WWE could bring the Russian Top Team in as Accountants/heavies for Vince McMahon... The Russian Top Team

Triple H pins first film roles

Yeah, I guess I would be pleased. But Jacksons promos would be WWE-ized and lose their appeal... I couldn't part with Fedor in MMA. That's where he belongs. In the WWE he'd have to pull back on the punches plus Vince wouldn't "get" the mystique of the ordinary-looking-guy-being-the-scariest-man-on-the-planet.

Depends on how they were used. If they were used in a more "real" context, and their matches were a mix of MMA and Wrestling, then I would love that. I'm a big supporter of UFC and WWE teaming up because it could benefit both. I would see them on a weekly basis, rather than 4/5 times a year (at best), so in that way I would be happy as well. But it's a different feeling when watching wrestling and MMA - there's much more excitement (for me) watching them fight. There's that sense that of "anything can happen" which the WWE wishes they could have, plus the technical (and even psychological and emotional) aspects cannot really be duplicated. There are plenty of good fighters out there to fill the gap that aren't getting chances simply because there's only so much room on a card. MMA is developing so fast that I'm sure the supply is greater than the demand right now, so if anything it would become balanced if the WWE 'raided' Pride and UFC. However, Pride is too smart for that to happen - since they are connected with Inoki and New Japan. The UFC on the otherhand is often sloppy with their talent and now, I believe, are only signing guys to 1-fight contracts; so the chances are greater for UFC talent to get stolen (though UFC is not close to being as good at building up stars than Pride is - they tend to drop the ball quite frequently when the chance arises to make a storyline or capitalize on a fighters success). Hell, they couldn't hold on to their heavyweight champion (barnett), middleweight champion (Bustamante) and lightweight champion (Pulver). Quinton Jackson has actually said that his game plan was to go to Pride, then go to New Japan, then go to the WWE... that was when he was first starting out and things probably have changed, but it wouldn't surprise me. Tito at WM was something really cool to see as well. But some exciting MMA fighters wouldn't really be able to cross-over very well. Bang Ludwig is an incredibly exciting fighter but he's a toothpick. Randy Couture is awesome but he's not pretty enough. And some fighters like Bas Rutten and Kevin Randleman have done pro-stuff with New Japan and Zero-One, and from what I have heard they have done pretty well for themselves there (Bas said he is still interested in wrestling for New Japan but they haven't gotten back to him, and I am watching a Randleman video right now and his look and his vertical leap would be perfect for the WWE). Anyways, I am rambling. Meltzer said that former Pride announcer Stephen Quadros has applied for an announcers position in the WWE - they would be stupid not to pick him up as he is one of the best PBP-guys in the world right now and would be a smarks wet-dream as he can do it all (so in otherwords, he won't get picked up) and when he tries to "sell" something, he doesn't sound like a used car salesman (coughJRcough)

Curry, I just received an e-mail from WWE-Films, they want me and you to write the screenplay for "Brothaz and Sistaz". I said we'd think about it, and they promised us a 3 picture deal with a directors option on 1 of them. They want a separate screenplay for Linda, Vince, and JR. Whattya say??

    Question about SK Raw Rant

I wanted to see how strong they'd make Goldberg given that they made him look like a complete bitch for the past few weeks. When HHH got the live mic you could see him thinking. I was like "oh, this should be good" and expected a smark-ass remark... and he came through in spades. HHH = Smark.

    Question about SK Raw Rant

I'm disappointed that Skeith didn't make light of HHH's brilliant line about the mircophone and goldberg.... I giggled like a school girl on that one. But yeah, a lot of things were referenced that Dave has said-in-the-past during that commentary. Coach not knowing (or bothering to know) any moves was mentioned on WOL on Sunday, JR not being pretty enough, the WWE only wanting "good looking" commentators, etc.
