And then, at the height of shittyness, he put down large cities as elitist and snobbish. NYC needs to revoke this guy's card to ever cross the Hudson again.

That the McCain proxy went nuclear about a National Enquirer story caused some to believe the campaign is making bad stories about her to complain about the press.
