Makes sense. I'm guessing the most Jesus-like politician wasn't around in our lifetimes.
-
Yep. We all know about how God is unwilling to help the poor because they're too lazy to work.
-
No, but deflated conservatives join a lot of Americans in not going to the polls. But hey, I reccomend they do that anyway. 'Sides, God told Pat Robertson that Bush is going to win, so there's no need for Reupblicans to go to the polls this year, right?
-
But... But Time is a liberal rag making partisan attacks against the administration! Thousands of deluded Republicans CAN'T be wrong!
-
History shows terrorist attacks don't happen here consistantly. It's usually a number of years before the next one happens. I'm glad to see that George W has decided to turn Republicans off from the polls this year by giving a few ounces of legitimacy to illegal immigrants. His assistance in defeating him is certainly appreciated.

The problem with Colmes isn't that he's not given enough time, though I think he definitely doesn't get a fair share. The problem is he isn't wisely using what he has. The Democrats have moved on to taking the fight to Bush, and Colmes seems to think we're still in the post-9/11 moments where nobody would dare speak out against the President because it seemed unpatriotic. The President is the failing on the left side of that show, but Fox's whole bias went from hardly noticable to full-tilt when GW went for election. Moreso than than any other Republican prior to 2000, they seem to love Dubya with the passion of a thousand suns.

Bush Seeks New Rights for Foreign Workers
Jobber of the Week replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in Current Events
Immigrants? Yes. Businesses? Not if it was unprofitable. But that contrasts with being hands-off on business to the point of foolishness. -
Dear President Bush, You sold yourself as a conservative. STOP SPENDING.

September 11 Scammer Gets Two Years In Prison for
Jobber of the Week replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in Current Events
It says "at least" two years. I think it's embezzlement, and should get as good a fine as one would get for embezzling 80 grand should get you. -
Bush Seeks New Rights for Foreign Workers

So rather than investigate and crack down on companies hiring illegals, they legitimize it? WHAT!? -
Who will be the Mystery Guest Entrant(s)
Jobber of the Week replied to Slickster's topic in The WWE Folder
My guesses: 1. Deadman Taker 2. Ricky Steamboat 3. Jesse Ventura This would bring Ventura (who's MSNBC show was canned) in to move to the announce seat, and set up that Steamboat/Flair double retirement match. -

Did anyone consider that a fan could be going, or simply filled with dust? My computer used to sound like a train was going to come through the room. The itty bitty fan on the video card was dying. I just got a new card than replace the fan, but oh well.

Of course it is. I'm not exactly a Dean supporter, but I didn't exactly agree with the way he's getting attacked there either. Just 'cause I'd vote for him doesn't mean I'm going to be the first guy to stand up and defend him, same with Clinton. Well, maybe in your school. In my school it never really happened. I think the most we got as to knowing who goes where was that the disciple books (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, etc) were in the New Testament.

I used to enjoy Michael Savage a long time ago for much the same reason, he was a good laugh. But then the rightwing started making themselves a force in the government again, and suddently foolish people started actually taking Savage as having a shred of credibility, and then all the funny stuff about Chineese running the US government disappeared.

Taliban apologizes for bomb
Jobber of the Week replied to Jobber of the Week's topic in Current Events
I'd say a bomb going off near a school brings a whole new meaning to "the kids on the street", wouldn't you? *runs, ducking the rotten fruit from the liberals and the gunfire from the conservatives* -
Even I didn't watch the show Monday. I went to the movies instead.

If you asked me what testament Job was in when I was a religious person, I wouldn't have been able to tell you. I'm never sure why everyone sees Dean's religion thing as any sort of backtrack or waffle. It wasn't exactly like he called himself The Athiests' Candidate or something.

You wanted a quote from a Republican that said that liberal thinking led to a major terrorist attack. 9/11 isn't specifically mentioned, but here's Hannity saying Clinton was leaving us open for attacks from the likes of Saddam Hussein, and now you're saying there's a big difference between this and that and the other. Go figure. All I know is, if you consider these Hitler ads to be sponsored by the Democrats (they aren't), then all it means is that both play this game. http://afr.com/review/2003/04/24/FFXSKHT7UED.html

Assuming you're using Nero, which most people do, look for Burn Image, then in the box with file types, look for Cuesheet (*.cue)

There's a guy called Frank Miller who draws a comic called Sin City. He owns all copyright to use that name in video games. Thus, this is a fake. Or at least, the title isn't official. However, the original GTA featured Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas (San Francisco clone). Many players complained about how flat and boring Vice City was. San Francisco has a lot of hills. Rockstar opened up an office in San Francisco recently. Hmmm?
