Queer Eye for the Fandom Guy [amusing little fic]
Jobber of the Week replied to Yuna_Firerose's topic in Television & Film
This is because I need to score points with the hip Republican Krew up in Current Events. -
I still have boxed copies of Bards Tale, The Black Cauldron, and Tass Times in Tonetown.

Some Hogan feuds have had the most amazing matches. The problem is that such a vast majority of the guy's career has been filled with foregone conclusion thanks to his 80s God Push and his backstage politics. Hogan/Rock 2002 returned a level of energy in the guy's career only previously seen in Hogan/Andre and Hogan/Warrior. Foley is up there, but is unique because he works through sympathy. Any guy that could take the kind of bumps he does would probably have some kind of toughman "bring it on" gimmick, but Foley's such a lovable guy that it just seems wrong to see him get brutalized so much. Flair's old-school heel character with the women, limos, and tinted glasses is genious and is what The Rock should have done if McMahon wasn't playing stupid last year. The guy was a scoundrel who was completely unfaithful and untrustworthy, and even when crowds majorily booed it for him, there was always that small heel section cheering for Flair.

I've heard that Mumia hate is timeless, but didn't think it would result in a two year thread bump.

Aw, come on. You know you're waiting for "SmackDown: Ass Clown" and "Raw: Legend Killer."

I have an All-In-Wonder (TV Wonder hardware bolted onto video card) and I'm not having problems. If you can't find any answers here, I'd reccomend asking the forums at Rage3D as they specialize in ATI stuff.

I defy you to find one political commentator on either side who doesn't use sources friendly to his/her own argument. Franken at least does his research, and quite thoroughly. The credit really goes to the Kennedy School of Government Graduate students. Topic is really starting to sway out of hand. I'd still wish you would expand on this:

N.Y. to Require Self-Extinguishing Cigs

It's not. The truth you will find if you watch the Penn & Teller episode dealing with it. He's right on a technicality. Second-hand smoke does cause long-term cancer damage to children, and provides various short-term irritations for people of all ages. -
Backstage RAW Notes: HBK, Foley, Morale

Uh.. Does Lesnar's heel run count? If not, uh, Billy Gunn is my best guess. -
Nah, really? It wasn't so much the opinion why I typed it in so much as it was the information.

Man, it's a sad when I have to start quoting Franken. Oh well, at least what it presents is well researched. Pointless liberal partisan wanking will be snipped and marked appropriately. This leads into a chapter about how the Bush administration undid a lot of that and missed some obvious warnings due to being dedicated to inaction, but my hands are fucking exhausted.

Is the USA ready for a female president?

Except that I have heard real conservatives say that women should enjoy that role more. Honestly. They seem to be the nutjob kind of conservatives that listen to Michael Savage on a regular basis, though. -
Kevin Nahs officially gone from the WWE!

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, HE IS.. THE HITMAN!" *Bret plays to the crowd, Buffer tries to remember the name of the guy he's announcing* "BRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEETTTT!" -

I don't understand all the markout about Ahstin. It's just punching and kicking until thec Old Stone Stunnre. If they guy's promos weren't absolutely infectious, he wouldn't be over. But then the same is true of Teh Rokc and I like him, too. -

Dude, Kevin Nahs carried Batista to ****1/2. If they only pushed Nahs more and gave him a match against Beonit, it could have been MOTY 2004. But fine, give Nahs to TWA, Vinec Rusos could do ten times the job booking Nahs than McMan did. -

With Kevin Nash, Kevin Nahs, and Kevin Test, there were just too many Kevins to go around. So Kevin Nahs had to be cut. I'd just like to apologize to all Kevin Nahs fans who are disappointed at this news. But now your Nahs shirts will have big eBay value, at least. -
Uh, why?

What do you consider true conservative women? The most traditional Conservative view of women is the housewife who does inconsequential housecleaning and talking on the phone with friends, while the man does the work, takes the credit, and makes the mark upon the world. The way Dean has been grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory, I still think there's enough time for Hillary to run in and steal his frontrunner position. -
Uh.. Okay? I didn't read that whole thing, but I did read the bolded parts and agreed with it. Did I miss something?

Yep, all gay men are like this. And all black guys use the "shizzle my nizzle" stuff, too. -
Nathan Jones is a quitter

Kurt Angle's neck begs to differ on the chair thing. Cena's comment about "political b.s." makes up for his sticking up for Nathan Jones. -

Living an area where a ton of apartment complexes have burned down because of someone's errant cigarette, ruining the homes and belongings of usually about a dozen, I can't say I really mind it. -

This thread is up there with the Kamui thread in the "Long Time Coming" list. -
He never hits the SSP correctly... All he needs to do is rip his pants up on TV and he's already better than Orton. EVOLUTION IS A TWISTED KNEE AN OLD MAN AND TWO STEROID FREAKS KIDMAN LOOKS LIKE HE'S BEEN DIPPED IN GREASE

Am I the only one who liked the Flock look? At least it would keep him from looking even older.
