Scholarships don't pay them. Scholarships allow them to live at the school and cover costs. Paying athletes (especially football and basketball because of the immense popularity and crappy graduation rates) seems like a no-brainer, imo.

Personal opinion. Nemo was OK, but nothing special to me and I liked Toy Story over Toy Story 2.
