Boston v. Ottawa tomorrow, Chris. Chara returns for the first time since giving up the middling Senators for the inadequate Bruins. Is Big Z going to be booed out of the building, or are people going to be too busy tending to Redden's numerous injuries to notice? Find out tomorrow at 7!

Lots of pulp for me. Seems more natural-like. When you eat an orange, you don't squeeze the juice in your mouth and discard the non-rind part. You eat the orange wedges. Those are pulp. Taste fine to me. My favorite juice is cranberry. I'm always down for generic or brand name cranberry cocktail.

Do they at least give you a frame with it?

I have to give them credit though since they have to replace Timlin, who should be in some kid's glue bottle right now, and Embree, who were a couple of retread veteran pitchers when they came aboard. Sure, they're trying to catch lightning in a bottle again, but what else is out there? Hansen disappointed last season, Delcarmen might close (just my guess and probably best candidate for it, off the top of my head)....who's left? Donnelly is a good pickup for a 28 year old pitcher who has value solely for throwing left-handed. They wanted Romero badly two years ago and finally got him. Great.

- Michael walks out "Christmas is canceled." Stanley: "You can't take away holidays." Michael: "Keep it up Stanley and you'll lose New Years." Stanley: "And what does that mean?" Michael: "Jim, take New Year's away from Stanley." Then they pan to Jim and his face was priceless. I rewinded it about 4 times because it was that great. Jim: "Will they still air Rudolph?" I also lol'ed at Dwight: Michael, we're short 1 robe. Michael: (without skipping a beat) Take Toby's.

I noticed that too. I joked to the gal (who is not from New England) that this is the most attention that will be paid to the Bruins since they dealt Thornton and probably more attention than they got when they were actually, you know, good and stuff.

That's how these fucking show interrupting cunts should be handled. The best part is, Rogan won't apologize like neutered Michael Richards did.

I'm a jinx. 4-2 Habs on two quick goals that they had no business scoring.
-
The refs have since swallowed the whistles and a very, very good game has resulted. Savard has both Bruins goals and Toivonen is absolutely standing on his head right now.
-
Apparently the refs have decided that the Habs will not lose on Bob Gainey night. Alberts draws an interference penalty for playing defense, Chistov gets interference for Samsonov standing in his way, Savard gets tripping for being tripped by a Hab and having the Hab fall on him on the way down. Great night.

Again, where is the evidence that Bagwell was on the gas? That his body fell apart? Injuries or AGING?

Worked 6-3 and I hooked up my surround sound on the cd player this afternoon. Now, instead of having to crank the stereo, I have a speaker in every room of our apartment.

I have Tetris, Paintball, Bowling and Poker. My gal had the best bowling game on her old phone. I must have bowled 6 '300' games on it, it was easy and pretty fun. Can't find it now though.

CG, I'm expecting the opposite tonight with the Habs/Bruins game. I think both teams are going to play an emotional game due to both teams having off-ice things being on their minds. I think the Habs win tonight, because quite frankly, the Bruins do not have a replacement the caliber of Kessel right now (sure he only has 9 points and is a -8, but his replacement is Yan Stastny) and the Habs haven't lost anyone on their roster. I'm thinking this will be an emotional game for both sides and will effect them worse for the next few weeks.

I was just thinking that...is anyone really a homer on the Hockey threads? CanadianChris ...I don't know if that's true, I just went with the most obvious name I could think of It'd probably be me, actually as I have very little interest in hockey outside of the Northeast and Atlantic Divisions, specifically Boston. I watch Canucks games with the gal, but for the most part, I'm watching the Bruins or someone else in the East. Max, I feel bad for you with having only Tampa and Florida to watch. You've gotten shafted living in FLA. I have the center ice thing on cable, so I can watch pretty much any game on any night. I do watch parts of some games, but if it's not the Bruins or the Canucks, I'm not watching it all the way through.

http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?showtopic=37502 There are, but they're only allowed to talk about soccer in there.

Oh by the way, the Bruins 19 year old future, winger Phil Kessel has testicular cancer. http://cbs4boston.com/local/local_story_345230707.html

I heard the audio of Gwen Stefani's performance and I think it might be the worst musical appearance in the history of SNL, including the Ashleeeeee Simpson clusterfuck.

I might agree had you not contradicted yourself in the next sentence. "After Its Lifespan Ended" (at least to me) means that the games aren't good anymore and the characters are being constantly beaten into the ground in the same rehashed crap. The games still feature Mario and the same cast of characters, but they're in new situations and genres and the games are still fresh and selling well. That's not an ended lifespan.

Technically, our "office" is in Tallahassee, so it's a far place to go for a little shindig. Plus I don't think my company would be too into shelling out the big dough on a party when you consider that we're pretty far down on the payscale compared to other states and other companies in the area.

It says Spoilers in the title of the thread, mole.

Yeah, picked it up in a Wal-Mart bargain bin for like 6 bucks. Apparently it's Miller's inspiration for The 300? That's what I heard, so it could be pure conjecture. How does that look like Miller's inspiration for 300 in any way? The story is. It tells the story of the Battle of Thermopylae, which begat a little thing called Western Civilization and stuff. 300 is based off of Miller's graphic novel. He didn't write the story though.

http://imdb.com/title/tt0055719/ A great flick. Comes pretty cheap too. My gal's brother has it, got it online for about 8 bucks.
