I'm really digging the Joker's makeup. Lots of hype for it, but so far it looks like its worth it.

A couple of thoughts on Mania that I would like to get some input on
AntiLeaf33 replied to a topic in General Wrestling
WrestleMania X-Seven is still my favorite Mania. It pretty much had everything you look for in a WWE PPV. It had a great technical match (Benoit/Angle), had a fun spot fest (TLC), great curtain jerker (Jericho/Regal) and a man even title change which had the "hometown hero" win, and it still gave us a curveball ending at the end of the PPV with Austin's heel turn and aligning with Vince. WrestleMania XIX had a lot of potential great moments, but most were either booked poorly (Jericho/Michaels and HHH/Booker) or just plain fucked up (Brock's SSP) -
Congress Asks Vince McMahon For WWE Testing Details & Results

Hopefully this will lead to smaller talented wrestlers getting pushes over the typical juiced up guys they push now -
Who do you want to win the WWE Championship Match at SummerSlam?
AntiLeaf33 replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in The WWE Folder
Once HHH and HBK are back, RAW is going to be a pretty full house. Unless RAW goes to 3 hours in the fall, then I can see a few guys contracts "expiring" and head over to Smackdown to even things out a little bit. -
Here's a few that I got a chuckle out of He showed them... well, that makes sense I guess..... Gold I gotta see a video of this one Gotta hate when that happens I got a good laugh out of that one

Memorable examples of WWE, burying a wrestler while..

Lita really did get a raw deal on her way out the door. Weither or not she was a heel at the time, she was one of the major iconic figures for the womens division, and definately helped redifine what a woman can really do in the ring. As for Jericho, I really liked the way he left actually. He wasn't retiring or anything, and he always played a cry-baby whiny heel, so it made sense for him to get thrown out kicking and screaming. -
You know, I've never actually watched OTE '98 all the way through. I could have downloaded it a hundred times over, but I guess I really don't want to watch a wrestler die on PPV that bad.

Hell, I don't even mind Orton winning the belt, taking on Triple H and beating him the first time, only to win the rematch. At least then Orton can have 2 months or so as champ which is twice as long as his last reign -
I'll agree with King Kong. That movie did not need to run as long as it did.

Yeah, I heard about that. Eric spent the night in Jail and Jordan got charged for underage drinking Sounds like a hell of a party

Backbreaker Not enough spaces for backbreaker On a side note, all of these renamed moves are fucking me up big time -
When Was The Last Time You Were Surprised By A Match Finish?

Didn't Edge pull the tights? I'm like 99% the first victory against Batista wasn't clean. There was a little of a tight pulling at around 2 or so. Either way, I loved the fact that Edge no-sold the spinebuster to get the pin -

Orton for no other reason but to freshen up the title picture. -
The problem with Lashley's style is that he really hasn't defined his style. He looks like a big, powerful guy, but he doesn't do many "power" moves. He has the amatuer background but he really doesn't utalize that either. Like mentioned above, his mostly a kick/punch/shoulder blocking machine

Rey hasn't made his return to TV yet. This was just a dark match/warm up for him to get back into ring shape

Haven't tried Parallels, but we have been using VMware for a while at college....it's pretty bad ass

Nevermind....TSN.ca has a list of arbitration dates
-
Good deal by the Sens and Emery. Your not overpaying the guy, but your not exactly short-changning him either. Also, does anyone have a list of the Arbitration dates that are coming up? Or have they been announced?

Thats one way of passing your belt to someone else without doing the job..... -
ECW could definatley benefit from a couple of call ups. Hell, bring up Colt Cabana so at least Punk has someone to team up with, and have Dreamer spend all of his time jobbing in the mid-card like he should

It's only a matter of time before one of these drunk, coked out, spoiled Hollywood bitches drive drunk and kill someone. I'd love to see them or their PR talk their way out of that one

Thats good to laugh at, but then turns to disgust when he shows up on my TV -
Jesus, Batista gets ANOTHER title shot?

You know, every time I see a big, impact spot like that, I am always impressed how the WWE's production staff always change camera angles at the moment of impact so that you won't really notice the miss. Also, from what I saw of RAW last night, it looked like they had a lower angle camera they were using a nice bit. Gotta say that I was a fan of it. It made you feel closer to the ring without having a camera man ringside/on the apron.

This is T...N...A! You know they can't do anything logically when it comes to their title picture. Nor can they push seriously and consistently push anyone now who isn't a WWE outcast or a WCW retiree. Their whole roster other than Abyss, Sting, Angle, and Joe look like a bunch of complete and total losers. Hell, Angle and Sting are your only consistently pushed people on even that short list. I mean, the last X Division champ lasted what...four days before Joe stomped him and another former X Division champ in a triple threat match? Thats why I have a hard time following TNA. They really don't know what the hell they are at half of the time. And am I only one who is confused that they don't post the results for their PPV's on their website after a PPV is over?
