As nice as it would be to make per buy, would you really want to run the risk of essentially giving people a perfect quality version of the film to bootleg? Seems like a double-edged sword if you ask me.

I really have nothing against Nitro, but right now, he does not seem like a World Champion. The guy is good with a hell of a lot of potential, but with him as the Champion, ECW looks weak as hell (not that it ever looked overly strong to start with). I'd say have Benoit or Punk beat him for the title, and start an uppercard fued with the other top face who is not Champ.

Well, only the Blue Jackets debuted their new jerseys at the draft. Click On a cool note, TJ Brennan was drafted 31st overall by the Sabres. He is the first ever St. John's Fog Devil to be drafted to the NHL. Mario Kempe was drafted by the Flyers with the 122nd pick, the Sabres got Jean-Simon Allard with the 147th pick, and Matt Fillier was picked up by the Kings at 188. This is pretty cool considering the Fog Devils are only a second year team.

Actually, I didn't find that cover as bad as I thought it was going to be. I guess I set my self up for a horrible cover, and all I heard was a mediocre to bad cover. Her "cover" of Chop Suey by SOAD I accidentally downloaded years ago, however, was fucking horrible.

Angelo Esposito would be a hell of a pick up for the Habs. I saw him play a few games in St. John's last year and he scored the nicest goal I've ever seen live, against my hometown Fog Devils. As for the rest of the moves listed above, they sound decent. If St. Louis is looking for a decent goalie to challenge for the started job, then they should have a look at Aebi when he becomes a free agent on July 1. I really don't think you can hold his Montreal days against him, as that town is brutal on goalies anyway.

I don't really mind any of that Bruins stuff. They aren't changing it completely, and besides, they have changed their unis up a few times over the last few years anyway.

Isn't he pretty similar to the build of Edge (yeah, Edge does have 4 inches on Punk) or that of a young, heelish Shawn Michaels? You don't need to be the biggest guy to be an effective heel, you just need that X factor that the main stream audience would want to boo. If Punk can start cutting the "I'm striagh Edge so I'm better then you" promos, that should get him som pretty good heat. Hell, even a quick segment with Austin having a beer could work miracles for him.

Slate/bronze/black worked well for them. It matched the Wizards, and are sort of DC colors in that you see them on seals and stuff at press conferences. The old Caps sweaters from the Landover years looked cheap and dated as fuck from day one. Why would you recreate any aspect of that era? Start fresh. If they touch Chicago's sweaters, which they surely will, I'm going to be pissed. The other updates I've heard about (serifs on the Bruins' B, an anime-style turquoise/orange San Jose Shark, Senators using the Angry Cartoon Senator full-time, something that inexplicably makes the Lightning look worse) have me worried. Ugh...who comes up with the shit anyway?

This going to be retarded if every single jersey follows the same horizontal stripe pattern. What makes an NHL jersey so nice is that every jersey has something unique about it. I don't care if they adopt the material for every jersey if they are better for the players, but they don't need to fuck around with designs that already work. As for the Caps jersey above; I don't mind the updated old school logo, but the rest of the sweater really isn't doing it for me.

So you think Armstrong wasn't doing a good job as a Ref because he was doing his job of doing the shoulder check? Did you not watch any of the old NWA days, there refs did that all the time. Ref's should check the shoulders most of the time as it makes the matches seem more realistic. Armstrong did his job as a ref correctly the entire match. It's all about getting the balance right between portraying it as a sport and portraying it as entertainment. I think the ref got that balance wrong last night. Does anyone else think that CM Punk has underperformed since coming to WWE? I haven't seen his ROH stuff but when he was coming in all I was hearing was how he was one of the top workers in America full stop. I mean he's good, but he ahsn't had any classic matches in a year in WWE, and in his match against Burke at JD I thought Burke looked better. Punk probably hasn't reached his potential in WWE yet. His stuff in ROH was amazing, but it was a different pace, and you can do a lot more in a match. Right now it looks like Punk is trying to find a good mix between what he can do, and what WWE management want to see him do in a match. I think his match with Benoit on Sunday should really help display what he can do in the ring.

But ECW has way too many heels right now, there is no point in turning either one of them. Sure it would make for a better fued, but who wants to watch a TV show where there is 1 major face, and every other face on the show is a glorified jobber?

In terms of boxed sets, a "Greatest Rivalries" set would be a pretty good watch. I thought I heard someone mention something about a set like that, but it might have just been someone else suggesting it.

I know this sounds lame, but at a WWE House Show a few months ago in St. John's Val was one of the most over guys of the night....and he was wrestling Dan Fucking Rodiemer!!! His pop rivaled that of John Cena that night. Then again, that was one town, and most places couldn't give 2 shits about Val......too bad Maybe it's because Val is Canadian, and nobody knows who Dan Rodimer/Rodman is? Probably. All the same, Val tried a Russian Leg Sweep and Rodman blocked it, so the crowd started a mad "Russian Leg Sweep" chant, and after Val hit it, we all went ape shit. The crowd then chanted for a Russian Leg Sweep during every match for the rest of the night, with only Johnny Nitro doing one (Who also got a huge pop for doing it)
