Actually both camps you mentioned are reasonable priced. BTT and Chute Boxe are also quite affordable. Quite a few place don't charge their pros to train, instead taking a cut of their fight pay cheque instead. The only extortionate gyms around I have heard of is the Legends MMA gym Couture and Rutten are setting up and some of the Gracie Barra gyms around.

I don't believe Tito has ever trained in a gi but Lister has said he's a solid brown belt in the past. He obviously has solid sub defense and ground control and prefers to win by GnP that risk losing position by going for a submission. It's his game and it works well, even if it can be boring (see Cote vs Tito).

It's a bit pricy but Bas Rutten's DVDs of Combat are pretty comprehensive and great value for money given their content.

Try overhand grip pull ups and doing push ups on your knuckles with your fists placed horizontally. That should help with your delts if you are avoiding weights. As for basic videos for grappling, it depends on if you want to focus on gi or no gi training.

The one that started this thread (from the Apple web site) actually is the real trailer. All the shots of Venom in the first one you posted look like they're from the Alien movies with some Venom eyes edited on and all the shots of Spiderman/Goblin/Mary Jane stuff were from the other 2 Spiderman movies (with his suit color changed in some cases). There were also shots from other movies in there (I noticed Die Hard, The Mummy, In Good Company). Don't get all defensive just cause people pointed out that they're not real trailers/posters, you didn't do anything wrong or something. I'm not defensive, I just tried my best to help contribute but it seems my contributions weren't much use it seems since I'm not as analytical or informed as most you lot on these trailers and their content. The first one I posted up has allegedly been shown in France and is apparently legit. You can tell simply by the footage as well as it's composition and editing. I mean I think it would be quite hard for them to get James Franco in for a fan made one let alone afford those effects. The second, as it states on the Youtube page, is the work of some guy called Spidey8, hence the Superman music. Whether or not any of that footage is real I have no clue, but it looks pretty swank either way IMO. If it's not in the movie and just the work of one guy kudos to him I guess. He must have some pretty good software. So does no one have anything to say about the new Goblin/Venom footage? Is that Flash Thompson making out with Gwen Stacy while Pete looks on jealous? It looks like there's a funeral too. Who for? I'm guessing Harry. It also looks like he will go for a ride with the basic Goblin gear as seen in the official teaser trailer before suiting up fully towards the end.

I'd actually wear the third. I hope it does win so I can pick it up. The first is practically asking for it's wearer to get an ass kicking, the second has a nice design but is very similar to a couple of his other recent ones. I think the third is best as it's simple and I'm sure a lot of amateur and freestyle wrestlers out there would pick it up also.

Actually, if you watch Spiderman 2 you'll notice Conners has already lost his arm. I haven't watched it in a few months to be honest. Both times I did watch it I was pretty high and tired at a friend's house. So, my apologies for being an idiot and ignorant of this. My bad. Still, I'd like to the symbiote bust out while Connors is working on a lizard serum experiment in another part of the lab or something along those lines, causing all kinds of bad shit to happen and leaving Connors in hospital with burns scabs that look like they are scaling over until the next flick when they can put him to use. The headline about Spider being a murderer could be down to someone seeing "some black thing crawling away over the rooftops" and then next thing they know Spidey is swinging around with a new costume so Jameson tries to frame up Spidey for Connors hospitalisation.

Perhaps when the symbiote escapes Connor will lose his arm in the melee... wishful thinking, I know, but come on... Incidentally, I reckon whoever has leaked this footage and compiled these trailers is gonna have a hell of lawsuit on his hands. You can tell they lack the polish of being official trailers but watching the symbiote escape and then jump at the camera was awesome.

Pause it at 47 seconds and at 52 seconds for a decent glimpse of the mask and full spider symbol respectively. I'm guessing the minor 4th villain gets killed by Spidey, possibly while the symbiote is out using Peter to fight crime while his body is asleep, from the headlines in the trailer.

Bollocks. I've heard Chameleon batted about as a possible 4th villain. If number 4 is the Lizard (they've established Connors, they've got to use him) and Mysterio that would actually be kind of lame IMO.

Lizard or Venom? If it's Lizard, we've got our fourth villain. The tail makes me think a Doc Connors experiment goes wrong and he becomes the Lizard. Otherwise the green is kind of misleading if it is Venom.

Horinaka won on 3 takedowns worth 1 point each, from what I've heard he didn't engage Jean Jacques on the ground for long at any point so JJ didn't even have the chance to rack up points for sub attempts (which were worth 3 points). Meh. Aoki would've simply broken Hironaka's arm again had he tried that with him. Silva apparently was "pacing himself" in that fight actually. He could have went out to finish and went hard but he chose to pace himself so he could 1) test his cardio that he'd been training up for the tournament 2) be able to rest after a half-rate performance before giving a 100% performance against Rampage. You can feel free to dismiss this but it's what Silva told my buddy who attended his seminar last year so even though it may be a bit of a BS for a poor performance but there's probably some truth to it. It still doesn't explain his lack of effort in the rematch. Also, considering a good number of Brazilians would be willing to work fights between teammates, it's not much of a stretch to think Silva would intentionally take it easy on Yoshida for some reason. JJ is getting old now. Apparently he still tapped BJ Penn 5 times in a row recently when he visited but he basically didn't get to play his game against Hironaka from what I have heard so it's not surprising he lost. I think that was actually Frank Trigg as a bit of an in joke. Randy's funniest moment was when he was beating down one guy on a table, another ran at him, Randy threw the guy and then start being on him... then the guy on the table goes to get up, realises how the other guy is getting beat down hard so just lies back down without saying a word. I believe Rampage has signed a deal with WFA at this point because the UFC weren't willing to give him the money and hype he wanted whereas the WFA want to try position him as their posterboy. Anyone heard more about these rumoured Bas vs Kimo and Rampage vs Lindland fights?

No. K-1 pay the best. PRIDE is still the number 1 MMA only promotion in the world although obviously Shooto's lineage means it's the most respected organisation. Only a handful of people in the UFC make six figures or more. Chuck earns more from endorsements (Xyience in particular) than he does from the UFC. Wanderlei has said many times he's rich enough to retire so really anything the UFC offers him money wise is inconsequential, it's what they can offer in terms of marketing him that will appeal to him. He has also said before he prefers the ring to the cage and is calling out Lil Nog right now for the PRIDE show they are planning for the fall in the USA so I don't think Wand is even that interested in going to the UFC right now. Also apparently Ninja was willing to go to the UFC but Chute Boxe turned down the offer on the grounds it was insulting so unless they are willing to dig deep I doubt we'll see any CB fighters in UFC, let alone their franchise player. I believe Rampage recently referred to them as "U Fight Cheap" and passed on the deal they apparently talked about so obviously others in the business disagree with Chuck even at this point.
