Teams pitch inside to Ortiz on occasion. The problem is that if they bust him in too much, he'll turn on one and go long. Ortiz is a better hitter than people give him credit for. Plus, why take the chance of hitting Ortiz when Ramirez is right behind him? The Yanks don't really pitch inside to Ortiz. They're stuck on the Ortiz/Myers matchup. The Yankees don't pitch inside much at all, to anyone. And at this point in the season, I'd take my chances pitching to Ramirez over Ortiz. Granted that won't last forever, but as the Sox broadcasters pointed out, he can't string good at bats together right now.

Nobody said he was trying to injure Arroyo. And he popped up after his clean, hard slide to throw an elbow at Pedroia. Hey- I'll take A-Rod on my team 7 days a week. Julian Tavarez can start, he does it every year in winter league. People just assume that the only baseball occurs in the majors. No one said he couldn't start. It's just that he generally sucks when he does. Exactly.

Tavarez outpitches Mussina and the Sox take the second game. Julian really pitching for a job, it seems.

Or the C's will draft him, get impatient and trade him when he'll become an All-Star and win championships.

First of all, I hardly ever post in the WWE folder. Thank you for reminding me why. I just find it hard to believe that JR saying something stupid in kayfabe is A) new or B) really worth talking about. I've no problem with lots of active topics, but I do think it should be about something at least halfway important.

Actually, that makeup seems more "real" if it is the result of exposure to chemicals. Seemingly, it would not have perfect lines.
