That must be so awful for you. Almost an entire decade?

Don't lump us all in together. Interesting theory. But you realize that Roy is a Yankees fan, don't you? Doesn't really apply there. I think Boston fans clutch so tightly to a winning combination, like they did with Schilling/Pedro, Bird/McHale/Parish, etc. Believe it or not, Boston fans don't always think about the Yankees. You're also forgetting the slew of Patriots fans who hate the Red Sox. I think there are a few of those around here (Roy included). #1 There is absolutely no reason for LT to bring in Belichick's name. Be pissed at the other Patriots, I know I would be. It's not like Belichick sat there and taught his team the victory dance they were going to do if they won. That was just fucking stupid. I don't blame him for being mad, but he needs to stop and think about who he's really mad at. #2 As far as the Jets go, the first loss didn't show anything out of the ordinary. Pats got beat, coach was bummed. Big deal. The second loss was a mess after the game b/c of all the pointless media coverage around the coaches. And he apologized for it immediately after. #3 I assume you're referring to Willie and the Colts. You show me where Belichick told Willie to fake an injury, and I'll be the first in line to stone him. Did Willie fake it? Yeah, probably. But that's not on the coach. "The players play the game, not the coach." -LT. Willie has been around the block a few times, he's capable of making his own decisions. And as I recall, the Colts had a few downs to punch that ball in, and they didn't. #4 It's spelled B-E-L-I-C-H-I-C-K. You'd think if the media was sucking his cock so much, people would've seen his name enough to spell it correctly. EDIT: If I'm going to be a dick about spelling Belichick, I should be able to spell slew.

I'll watch it because it'll be entertaining. I'm just saying that most of these fans, are only fans because they are succesful. If the Colts/Pats/Bears/Saints all finish with a sub .500 season, do you think there would be as many bandwagon fans there are? Maybe its just myself in my area, but people around here jump different teams pretty frequently. Well, it's not like the NFL has a great selection of Canadian teams for people to support.

Listening to Buck/Aikman was just painful. My jaw dropped when I heard Buck saying something like, "I wish I knew what the difference between 3/8 and 1/2 and 5/8 was..." talking about cleat size.
-
Yeah. LT, Merriman and Phillips all got banged up a bit in-game.
-
After the field goal to put the Pats ahead, I still had visions of LT just breaking one loose and it all being a moot point. I'd be pissy if I were him too. But I wouldn't call out the opposing coach, especially after making such a big deal in pregame interviews about how the game is played by the players and not the coaches.
-
...Yeah. At least there's that...
-
I'll be first in line to say that Brady played pretty shitty at times today. 3 INTs is 3 INTs no matter what way you look at it. Props to the Pats offensive line, the Chargers secondary and LT- all had great games.

I don't understand how people who claim to be football fans don't appreciate drives like that. With the exception of Chargers fans, there's no reason to be hating. That last drive was great football.

"We get constant positive coverage then act like the Oakland Raiders winning their first game of the season...where's the respect?" They base that shit off of expert's picks b/c they use the motivation of being underdogs to win. Whatever works, baby.

I wonder who wants this game less...

The Rock : The best to ever grace a professional wrestling ring?
Boon replied to a topic in General Wrestling
Does the E plan on releasing some kind of Anthology DVD set for The Rock? -
Whatever the outcome of today's game, I can sleep tonight knowing that the Colts D will be exposed as the frauds they are next week.
-
Uhhhhh... That's completely untrue. The NFC East got 3 of 4 teams in the playoffs. That's pretty damn good. Being the best of the worst doesn't make one good.
-
Ugh. Why couldn't Indy put up 31?

The Colts will see a consistant dose of the Ravens running game, even if they get down early. Billick will have a comittment to the running game regardless. And if the Colts put too much emphasis on stopping the Ravens rushing, McNair will find Todd Heap, Derrick Mason or Mark Clayton deep all day long. How'd that work out for LJ and Herm?

Looks like the same bald cap he wore in the season premiere as the old version of him.

Is anybody else getting sick of all the gay stuff JD does? I mean, he's in love with his pregnant girlfriend, but he's taking pictures of naked Keith in a gas station...

....And Nick Dinsmore collects another check.

Euphoria, Pt. II was the one with Foreman on his death bed, his dad comes to see him, his conflict with Cameron comes to a head, etc. Omar Epps thoroughly carried the episode on his shoulders. Great addition to a solid list.
-
No. No? Considering the offense only scored 17 points and went 1/8 on third down conversions, I think he did a pretty damn good job. Unless your contension is that he wasn't responsible for the defense.

"I'd call my Dad, if I had one..." Could be good.

You're forgetting all the backstage shennanigans that will undoubtedly occur, b/c that's what makes a wrestling show good.
