The correct answer is "I have a favorite team (or two), and I cheer for whoever is playing against the Yankees." Because once they're beat, no one really cares much for the other team. But when they're up against the Yanks, rah rah and all that other stuff. You can like more then one team if they share mutual interests- Sort of like that lame ass "I like two teams, the Red Sox and whoever beats the Yankees" line. The Sox are my #1, but if I had to pick a #2, it'd be the Mets, b/c they hate the Yankees, too, and I still <3 Pedro.

Broccoli, yo. The only food that I ever vomitted after I ate it. Also dislike- pickles, seafood and Chinese. Side note- my ex-girlfriend also used to drink pickle juice. It was God-awful.

I was the best man at my brother's wedding- it really depends on your family how important the role is. If he's got nobody else, I'd say help him out. You won't have to do much, other then give a toast and stand there looking pretty. Be straight with him on your decision- if you don't want to do it, say you don't want to b/c you don't feel like you know him well enough to fulfill responsibilities as the Best Man. If you want to do it- seems pretty apparent how to tell him.

Settle down, slapnuts. For Christ's sake, you're getting all worked up over freaking high school. A lot of high school proms have themes- they pick one song and that's the last song they play at the end of the night. Jesus, monkey, calm yourself. Mine was Green Day's "Time of Your Life" or, as I pointed out it's other name, "Good Riddance." I thought it was very appropriate, b/c it was symbolic of my hatred for people in high school- it was an awful song to dance to and a boneheaded move to make. I laughed at the people who picked it the entire time.

Pedro circa 1997-1999 was freaking ridiculous. If they had 1999 Pedro, I could see your argument, but Pedro 2005 isn't the main difference. The main difference is the entire pitching staff- Pedro 2005 would've helped, but when you stack your rotation w/ #3 guys, your closer is gone, and your middle relief is dreadful, you can't expect to win. Granted, last night's performace by Wells was good enough to win (if Graffanino makes that play, the Sox get out of the inning 4-1 or 4-2 at the worst). But a best-case scenario Game 5 w/ either Clement or Arroyo does not look promising, especially w/ the Sox all of a sudden not being able to figure out Contreras.

We are a frustrating bunch- but just look at who we cheer for- the Sox are hit-or-miss on such a high level that we can't help but go along for the ride. I haven't forgotten those come back series, but have you forgotten that this is a MUCH different team this year?

Well- Wake usually pitches well when the Sox need him to, Schilling would go in Game 4 and the Sox are great at home- anything can happen in Game 5- the Sox usually pwn Contreras, so they might still pull it out of the fire. Wait- what am I saying? Freaking bums blew it- back to our "oh so close but oh so far" ways.

B's and Havs come down to the wire, w/ a penalty costing the B's the game with 22 seconds left.
