Let's not forget, Gibbs won 3 superbowls with 3 different QB. If Ramsey keeps getting better, he will be arguably better then Doug Williams and/or Mark Rypien, even though Rypien had a ludicrous season that superbowl year. I know it remains to be seen, but as a Skins fan, it is hard to contain the excitement.

Oh and after reading on Irene's experience with the Real World and how they do their edit jobs......I am willing to bet a bundle of cash that all the interviews of Brad talking about how he doesn't know if he can stay faithful, DID NOT take place on the first day or two, possibly even the first week of the tapings, and was just cut & paste in order to manipulate the viewer.

Each successive season of the Real World makes me less and less a constant viewer. I mean for christ sakes, even Frankie the "punk rock" girl tried to get with your typical cookie cutter FRAT BOY. WTF? The producers actually looked like they put it in sometype of effort this season to get people from different backrounds, however after the first episode it seems like it is another season of "hey we all like to drink, party and hook-up ya'll"

The details of the offer say it would give Gibbs full control. When he coached the Skins before he had Bobby Beathard as the GM. I am not really sure of the details in the statement, "full control" though.

I like GTA3 & Vice city a lot but for me to go out and buy another GTA, there better be enough new stuff and different stuff about the game to make it worth while.

Raven's Nest esp. Dancin' Stevie Richards bWo Taz/Sabu buildup to Barely Legal was fucking CHOICE(even though their ecw arena rematch was a better match then their barely legal match) Three Way Dance gimmick matches were great. So much better then Triple Theat. The Eliminators/Gangstas feud was gold Malenko/Guererro feud Beulah/Kimona lesbian angle Francine's crush on Stevie Francine turning on Pitbulls plenty more....

using a real dog for odie is pure shit.

is Rickey Henderson retired yet? If so, get him in ASAP.

So, is Stevie Richards officially a man now?
NoCalMike replied to Downhome's topic in The WWE Folder
well for starters, Stevie/Victoria is not a soap opera angle like Jericho/Trish. Secondly, For Jericho to be involved in this angle with Trish is almost taking a step back for him, as he should be past the point of needing a female valet to be over. Stevie & Victoria show up together and are "together" most of the time, but there isn't some huge angle with backstage promos every 20 mins. I swear the Trish/Jericho angle is something right out of a teenage drama movie like "she's all that" except their acting is a lot worse. -
If you have a Frys Electronics near you, you will see that they have dedicated an entire wall to Pride/UFC. Oh and "King of the Cage" too.

I found out the problem. I ordered one at a bar, and I didn't realize that the drink is more of a "shooter" drink rather then a boilermaker type drink. I didn't know you weren't supposed to use the entire can/bottle of guiness.

.....and to think, people claim it is the gays that are ruining the sanctity of marriage....

Stevie is great, Victoria is good. Here's hoping they get sometype of push. -
We all know it's coming, so what stupid reason is Lawler going to wrestle for tonight and who does he pin? I have a feeling he is going over the coach tonight.

I remember when people shit all over WCW for doing this back in the day. They made me put on my jacket over my ECW shirt. At the WWE show a guy with a headseat threatened that I wouldn't get on tv and people in my section would be mad, I just laughed and I still ended up on TV since it is kind of hard to block me when I am in the front row and UT/Foley are wrestling outside the ring in my face.....

Umm, Peja Stojakovic should be STARTING this year. He has basically carried the Kings while Webber has been hurt and the only weak part of his game(defense) has been greatly improved this season. Does Kobe really deserve to start this year?

Well yeah, the 9/11 terrorists weren't exactly over hear proclaiming Islamic Jihad and how they would kick it all off. Hell they practically engorged themselves in as much american pop culture as possible until those scumfucks executed their plan. So this notion of, "ok all you possible terrorist sympathizers over there and all you bush-fanatics right here in front" taking place in the name of national security is kind of weak.

I am a "leftist" and have never been to moveon.org ever. Obviously ads comparing Bush to Hitler are lame, stupid and just plain wrong, but damn MikeSC you have probably given this left wing extremist site more hits then any lefty on this board.

I think my GrammarTron 3000 just exploded. And yes, Lawler will go over on tonight. Probably against Rico, since it's fun to gay-bash, especially in the South. scroll up one post above you buddy, I already pointed out my grammar error......

Art Monk should be in the Football HOF......EOS. When he retired he had the most receptions ever. (Rice, Carter have recently broken the record I think someone else did too). The only thing holding Monk back is that he never had that one career defining game and/or moment. However that shouldn't matter. On a numbers basis Monk should be a sure thing, but assholes like Peter King won't vote for him.....Trust me though, if Lynn Swann is in the fucking HOF......then Monk should have been 1st ballot.

oh btw, I screwed up the title of the thread.....

It's a little more than 5-10. The thing is, if you're that passioned to go out and protest, you're probably part of the "bush is a nazi, blood for oil crowd". There are many rationale, fair people who don't support Bush but they're likely not going to go out and try to cause a stir and if they are, they're chanting and cheering along with whoever's making the most noise, mob mentality and all of that... Sorry but I disagree. You can be passionate about something without going over the line. Things like war(meaning disagreeing with it) can bring people out, rational and clear thinking people, mind you. Unfortunately it also brings out the "I only eat raw foods" groups who are there to push their own agendas as well. Just look at the way the media handled the war protesting. Every website you went to had the same one or two pictures of some idiotic sign, and then wrote of some long editorial piece of protestors. I can only imagine what Ann Coulter produced after seeing it. Never did the media seek out rational thinking people for a discussion, they were there searching for the zaniest cooks in the bunch.
-
One thing of note is though, if there is a group of 5000 people and maybe 5-10 have signs like, "Bush and the nazi war machine" or stupid shit like that, and the media is just covering that group. That is just irresponsible coverage and quite insulting to the other 4500 folks there for reasonable discussion/debate, and on top of that it would not support a "liberal media bias" opinion, since focusing on the few cooks in a group is hardly a fair representation.

Well so far the Arnold experiment has been pretty lackluster if you ask me. I know it hasn't been very long but hell the Davis recall effort started less then 2 months after he was re-elected. Arnold repealed the car tax which was popular, but now is in a quandry on how to raise the much needed funds, and as far as social issues, he has been dead in the water, I haven't heard a peep from him regarding all the liberal social views he talked about during the election. Hell, I live in Sacramento, CA and have seen him being interviewed by Sean Hannity more times then I see him on the local news.
