No, I'm avoiding putting faith in crap "science" that has yet to be correct in the entire existence of it. yet, you've put so much faith in the......bible!?! Without a second thought. If we want to go down that road, where does it stop? Should gay marriage be only the first step into how the bible dictates the way I live? Marriage is not only a religious institution see. You can be legally married by a judge, which means marriage in fact by law does not HAVE TO do anything with god and/or religion. So therefore I don't see how people can say marriage = religion = bible = jesus.....etc.

I'm with you on the fur but I think PETA should stfu period. Well the thing is I am sure that sometime long ago, PETA may have possibly been a relevent group with some valid points on how animals are abused in certain situations, but their modern day tactics and just downright stupidity has left them alone in the battle for animal superiority.

Most people that support banning gay marriage are indeed religiously motivated though and that is a fact. If you take out the religion factor, then there is not really a good argument to be made, and don't give me this "protecting the sanctity of marriage" line of bullshit that is such a popular phrase to be using these days. With that being said, one's religion should not dictate how someone else should be able to live or pursue their happiness.

I did jury duty a couple of years ago and got on for a week long trial. My work paid me my regular salary, for basically being on a trial for 5 hours a day. Plus I was in the middle of downtown where all the action is during lunch hour(we got 2 hours for lunch). So to me, as long as your employer pays for it, it is damn well worth it to serve.

I am a bit confused. First off, I haven't seen it yet, so try to not use spoilers when you explain. Everyone is saying the flick ends a bunch of times, now do you all mean, it has different actual outcomes that are shown, or it is just doing the old trick of fading to black but it not being the ending?

I am going to see this flick on Friday. I enjoyed the first two and thought they were good solid flicks, but not "OMG THE BEST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN" calibur movies. I will let my feelings be known after I watch it Friday.

I don't know if Foley still has enough to make Orton a star the way he made HHH a star. Foley is not as over as he needs to be for that to happen. The crowd's respone was lukewarm at best everytime Bischoff or Foley would elude to him getting back into the ring. Add to the fact that he is out of shape, and hasn't been in the ring for awhile. The circumstances are totally different from when he played job boy to HHH. I wouldn't doubt a NON-over Orton is holding the WWE title by WM, if not only for Orton being HHH's so-called "pet project" As Triple H said himself, he is going to do ANYTHING POSSIBLE to get them over, which leads me to believe he will make sure they get as much air time, wins, belts etc......until they get over. Which also makes me believe HHH will get him the world title belt whether he is over or not.

Sable & Torrie are two of the more bland divas in the WWE. They aren't bad looking but I am tired of the Blonde, big fake tits, fake tan - wash rinse repeat formula. At this point I'd much rather see Lita, Molly and/or Victoria in playboy if for no other reason then to see a different look put out there as being "beautiful"

As fun as the midnight showing might be , it is NOTHING compared to the midnight showings for Star Wars. I have been to both and the Star Wars midnight showings are just 100x more looney then LOTR. With that being said I still would have gone to the midnight showing tonight if I didn't have to be up for work in the morning.......I mean a 3:20 movie......that means if it starts on time then you have 10-15mins of previews so you are looking at being at the theater until 4am.......ugh.

Smart people got rich and stupid people own worthless bags of beans they paid hundreds of dollars for. Exactly. Although I own a "Republican" Beanie Baby (or whatever generic brand it's called) that I got from McDonald's years ago. Didn't wait outside the store for hours in order to get it though. I saw it, thought "neat" and bought it. Now the cats have yet another chew toy... Ye, we got a free collectors Beanie Baby for working during the promotion, and mine went straight onto the carpet with a bit o' catnip sprinkled on it for the cats....

If there was one person worthy of torture that I could turn a blind eye too, it would definately be this guy.
