The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

Andrew coming back and standing up to Angel=Awesome Great episode, and it brings up a very interesting plot twist. With the Scooby Gang not trusting Angel, could this lead to some confrontation between them and the Fang Gang? Yeah I know, its doubtful they could get all the actors for it, but still, I love the idea. Oh and I enjoyed that last conversation between Spike and Angel. It was excellent way of showing how they're different, and yet alike in so many ways. -
Guess he's more of a Bill Murray Fan.

Good point. They almost seemed to resemble Lindsey and Lilah from season 2. Oh, and we need to see the bear again before the season's over. -
Found this when I was messing around on amazon.com. Ringside Edition of Beyond the Mat

Actually, I'm not quite sure if I liked the fight. I want slapfight Harmony back instead. She shouldn't be doing backflips. I think the reason she was doing backflips and such this time, was because she was pretty ticked off, and unlike the slapfight with Xander, felt her unlife was actually threatened. -
I am. And as far the Pats-Colts game, even if Indy gets beat, I'm pretty damn happy they made it his far, and proved a lot of critics wrong along the way.

It'd better, its been far too long since I've seen wade duck on tv.

In the good news department, Victoria remains hot as ever, if not more so. -

Yeah, he gets one weak looking punch from Vader and he staggers out like he got blasted with a chair or something. -
Don't mean to sound like a picky arse, but Brian Pillman once explained how that works. When you hit a dropkick, you push your legs out expecting to make impact with the chest of your opponent, so you adjust your body accordingly. When you miss the dropkick, you don't make contact with the opponent, meaning your feet are not able to push off from the opponents body, thus causing you to land awkwardly and knocking the wind out of you. Damn, I do sound like a picky arse Huh, I never knew that. Well, since I'm too lazy to go back and change it, just ignore mine.

I know this is a bit late, but its a rather interesting bit of news. Take-Two registers GTA: San Andreas Software publisher submits the now-likely title of next Grand Theft Auto game to the U.S. Trademark Office. Grand Theft Auto fans looking to shoot up Las Vegas are likely in for a disappointment. Two weeks before Amazon UK began taking pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto: Sin City--the Las Vegas-set title inspired by a 2003 April Fool's Day post on Shacknews.com--Take-Two quietly registered a different title. On December 17, 2003, Take-Two registered three titles--GTA: San Andreas, GTA 5, and GTA 6--with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Since Vice City was the fourth game in the Grand Theft Auto series* it would seem that the next installment in the series will be either called GTA 5 or GTA: San Andreas. (Vice City is technically the fifth game in the series, which includes the largely overlooked expansion to the original GTA, Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969.) While Take-Two referred to the next GTA as "Grand Theft Auto 5" in a conference call earlier this year, San Andreas is the more likely title. San Andreas, a hybrid of Los Angeles and San Francisco, is the only city featured in the original Grand Theft Auto yet to make an appearance in the next-generation game (Liberty City was in GTAIII and Vice City showed up in an eponymous game). The San Andreas theory is further backed up by the fact that Take-Two has not registered "GTA: Sin City" or "Grand Theft Auto: Sin City" with the Trademark Office. Interestingly, Take-Two registered only titles with the "GTA" acronym, and did not register "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas", "Grand Theft Auto 5," or "Grand Theft Auto 6." This indicates they may be following in the footsteps of KFC (nee Kentucky Fried Chicken) in using acronyms to make a potentially unpalatable product more easily consumable by the mainstream. Rockstar representatives had not responded to GameSpot inquiries as of press time. Credit: Gamespot.com

90) Even though the they have the same reaction, a wrestler missing someone with a dropkick causes far more damage to them than if they actually hit it.

I was actually thinking of that movie "Junior". My thought was because I remembered this piece of dialogue from the episode Sheila: Now, that's just the kind of unawareness that we need to fight against. Sit down, boys. [they hop on the sofa. She sits in the middle and opens the book. Softly, she reads] You see boys, sometimes, when babies are born, they're born as twins. But sometimes the twins get hooked together, and they're born as Siamese twins. [a picture of two adults attached by the side of the head is shown] The Boys: Gross! Sheila: But sometimes, after the Siamese twins are joined together, one of the twins dies before birth. The living baby is born with the dead baby still attached. [stan is frightened] Sometimes, this dead twin is inside the living person, so even you could have a dead twin inside you and not even know it! [now, Cartman is frightened. He and Stan rush out of there] Stan: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Cartman: AAAAA! Let me live! AAAAA!

Maybe he heard what happened to Darla. I want to see what he plans to do Wolfram and Hart and more specifically the senior partners. -

"What's mine is mine, and what's yours is mine too!" Repo man fuckin ruled. As far as gimmicks go I'd say Borne Again (obviouslly) 3 Count The Nutty Trio (Daffney, Crowbar, and David Flair) and I though it really doesn't count, Positively Kanyon should have been around a lot longer. He was one of the few bright spots in WCW in 2000. Oh and the Mean Street Posse too.

I'm surprised no one's said this one yet. Bubba Ray Dudley: A pair of pants. Nobody wants to see those those legs pal. Booker: A free pass out of mid-card hell.
