They did a prototypical version of that on a recent Smackdown with Londrick, the Pitbulls, and James/Stevens. Was pretty fun and felt rather fresh as far as three team matches go.

From PWInsider.com 80s star "Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin has been added, at least for now, to the WWE Creative team. He has been with the company since Sunday's No Mercy PPV. He has taken the place of Michael Hayes, who is now the lead writer of Smackdown, as Mike Johnson reported last week. Garvin is said to have the "Mike Rotonda" look in that he has packed on some pounds since we saw him last. He also is missing most of the trademark long hair that helped distinguish him back in the day. According to sources, thus far Garvin, who worked in recent years as a pilot, hasn't stood out or looked out of place in his new role. Well, some more of the Freebirds (WCW version) in WWE. Get Armstrong to dress up as Badstreet, bring up Ray Gordy, find Rocky King and they can beat the SS for the tag belts.

Anybody else think an attack on Balls by somebody is possible at some point? Just have a feeling.

I find it funny Dupree, Cena, RVD, and Booker were all in the mid-card fighting for the US title, and two years later the latter three have all been world champions, while Dupree is jerking the curtain, jobbing to the newcomer.

If I was merely listening to this, and heard only the acting, I would mistake it for porn. Bad porn.

The crowd was really into Punk and Dupree in their various roles. Punk won clean. 2 - Kevin Thorne w/ Ariel vs. Tommy Dreamer - Tommy Dreamer had a lot of fans in the ICT tonight. Lots of Tommy chants. Francine escorted him to ringside but then disappeared, so no catfights tonight. Dreamer won clean. 3 - Sabu, RVD & The Sandman vs. The Big Show, Test & Matt Striker - A great 6-man tag. All the spots you'd expect. RVD was the most over of the six. RVD, Sabu & Sandman won clean. Sandman walked right beside me on his way to the ring, so I might make it on tv.If you see a hot and stylin tan guy in a blue shirt holding a beer up as he goes by, then it's me! *That was it for ECW. No Extreme Rules matches, No Diva Strip Poker. The crowd didn't mind though, numerous ECW chants during the show.

Booker won't have any PPV challengers until Armageddon. He's likely leading the Smackdown team at SS, so they can do Booker-Benoit, Booker-Taker, or Booker-Batista in December. Wouldn't surprise me if they did HIAC there as well. Honestly I don't think he's losing it until the Rumble anyway.

So what's Carlito do for the next month? IC Title division with Crazy, Hardy, Nitro, Masters, and Shelton?
