Damn, Styles is shooting.
-
Well, Orton was drafted around the same time Show was so the contract could have expired like Randy's did.
-
Holy Shit!
-
Shame King Booker's not there. Would have killed to see the WWE and ECW reaction to his entrance.
-
Please tell me Cena didn't quote Miz just now.
-
Taker (That's wishful thinking though.) I can see that as a Wrestlemania 23 program myself. Its either him or Lashley.
-
No Orton on Smackdown makes me curious what Batista's Summer/Early Fall program's going to be.
-
Well Joey and JR are our commentators. Orton, Edge, Big Show, Lashley, Tatanka, Hardy, Finlay, Henry, Shelton, Carlito are in the battle royal for WWE. Sandman, Angle, Al Snow, Stevie, Balls, Funk, Dreamer, Guido are in for ECW. Couldn't get the last two.
-
I think this was probably odd booking for the show in light of the WWE vs. ECW special tomorrow so they could mention aspects of it come Friday. I suspect a great deal of the booking directions will become clear after ONS2.

From PWInsider.com Velocity: Sho Funaki d. Mike Knox. Tatanka d. Seth James. Gunner Scott d. Colt Cabana. The Pitbulls (Kid Kash & Jamie Knoble) d. Sterling James Keenan & Jon Bolen. Matt Hardy d. Simon Dean. Smackdown: William Regal comes out and talks about last week’s Smackdown as footage is shown. Bobby Lashley jumps Regal from out of the crowd and the fight breaks out onto the announce table. Agents and referees rush out from the back to separate the two. It is announced as Lashley v. Regal, with the stipulation being if Lashley wins he gets a match with King Booker. Psicosis (w/ Super Crazy) d. Brian Kendrick (w/ Paul London) Match saw a great finish with Psicosis giving Kendrick a version of a belly-to-belly from the top rope. After the match, The Great Khali came down and dominated all four men. Vito (wearing a white dress) d. Nunzio Bobby Lashley d. William Regal via count-out as King Booker and Queen Sharmell look on from a makeshift throne. Mark Henry d. Raymond Rowe in a squash match Mr. Kennedy d. Scotty 2 Hotty in his return match Smackdown Bikini Contest w/ Ashley, Jillian, Kristal, and Michelle McCool McCool rants on about how the media portrays teachers and refuses to disrobe. Ashley Massaro wins. Michael Cole then gets in the ring and says he hears rumors that Paul Heyman is trying to get Rey Mysterio to jump to ECW, and Cole wants Heyman to set the record straight. Tazz interrupts Cole, and says that he doesn’t know about Rey, but he knows that he has made up his mind. Tazz says that he is going back home, to the place where he belongs. He says that he had a lot of fun with the WWE on Smackdown, but he’s done. Tazz then walks out and meets with Heyman and they hug. Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring to confront Paul Heyman. He says that ECW gave him his start in the United States, but he is living a dream in the WWE and on Smackdown. He says he isn’t going anywhere. Heyman wishes Rey the best of luck this Sunday and tonight against Finlay, because he says Rey is going to need it. Heyman then joins Cole for commentary. Finlay d. Rey Mysterio after Sabu poses as a distraction and Finlay hits Rey with his shillelagh and his Emerald Fusion finisher. Sabu then places Rey on a table outside the ring, springboards off the top rope, and delivers a leg drop to Rey through the table. Smackdown goes off the air. Dark Match: The Undertaker d. Mark Henry & The Great Khali Khali got caught up in the ropes while Undertaker chokeslammed Henry for the win. Biggest Pops: 1. The Undertaker 2. Bobby Lashley 3. Rey Mysterio 4. Matt Hardy 5. Ken Kennedy Biggest Heat: 1. William Regal 2. King Booker 3. Finlay 4. Mark Henry 5. Michelle McCool

For those worried regarding a possible Mark Henry world title push: - Following JBL's injury, it was planned to have Mark Henry defeat Rey Mysterio for the World Heavyweight Title and build to a match with Batista at SummerSlam. As of now, those plans have been scrapped. By Inside Pulse lifted from the Observer apparently.
-
Haas was bouncing off the ropes after getting in the ring and knocked Lillian off the apron accidently. She may have just been carried out.
-
For some reason Booker strikes me as having more victories: 2001 WCW Title win, Judgement Day 2005, and Angle's last Smackdown match of 2005.
-
Now I want Tatanka vs. Tanaka at the WWE vs. ECW special just to see JR go insane trying to call it, especially after they announce the special guest referee... Pat Tanaka.
-
Got it. I'll edit the post.
-
edit: What were likely fake spoilers from the torch. Here's a link if you want to check them out. edit: And it would seem those are fake as the Torch has taken those down as well.

Possible case of human to human spread of Bird Flu
BorneAgain replied to RepoMan's topic in Current Events
True. If/When it hits Spanish Flu levels, NOW then its a pandemic. -
Good lord what does Smackdown have left? King Booker Rey Finlay Khali Henry Lashley. There's your upper-mid card and main event scene until Orton, Batista, and Kennedy are back.
-
Well Holy shit. Smackdown is fucked even more so.
-
And Paul Heyman won't stop raiding Eric Bischoff's talent.
-
Cena's in really odd spot. Not being jobbed out or make to look bad, but not quite in the main event either as the focus of the show. Even with the build to One Night Stand he's in a bit of a limbo.
-
So much for a Nitro punishment.
-
Nothing like dedicating the edition of Raw with two Kanes to the veterans.
-
Oh my God, I bet that's the angle they run with. Paul Bearer has had the real Kane locked up again, and he just escaped! It makes an odd sort of sense. Why Kane was the "happy freak" character in fall 2002, why it took only one tombstone for Taker to beat him at WMXX, why he suddenly had the desire to have a family via Lita in 2004. I can see them using it as a ret con for the past 4 years of crap they've done to the character.
-
Watch this turn out to be that the real Kane has been missing since 2002 and that the one we see is a fake Kane who's been masquerading as him hence the lack of scars.
