To reiterate an earlier post, I'll still wonder how well the audience will recieve Rey after NWO, as the creative team apparently believes that after such a dramatic failure last night, that him going to the WM main event will somehow make him more of an underdog, and provide an inspriational build-up for the PPV.

I'm not sure how long this heat will last past the Mysterio feud to be honest. And if they do indeed make a four way with him Rey, Taker, and Angle, I can easily see Orton getting lost in the shuffle. Could be wrong, though.

Even if this does lead to a three way with Angle-Orton-Rey (Not saying that it will, but theoretically) would anyone even care about Mysterio after tonight?

JBL and Finlay beat Benoit and Lashley after Booker nailed Benoit with a Chair Matt Hardy beat Simon Dean. It is announced that Hardy and a Partner vs MNM at No Way Out Kurt Angle and Undertaker Beat MNM and Mark Henry. After the match, Taker gives Henry a Tombstone Eh, at least tag with Benoit/Finlay has potential. edit: If a mod could add "airing" after 2/17 int the title I would be most grateful.

Odd/Funny stuff with the No Way Out Press Conference. Orton and Angle smiling/laughing throughout it, both smirking after Kurt's "Randy Orton is a homosexual" comment. Also weird to see Booker and Benoit shake hands despite the feud. Seems like everybody partlially forgot kayfabe and decided to have a good time.

I demand a handicap match of Finlay against more midgets with Kennedy as ring announcer and Booker as commentator. *After Finlay lariats the shit out of one of the midgets* Booker: Shades of Stan Hansen!! Kennedy: HANSEN!!!

No Way Out, Eddie nonsense aside, could be decent. Taker-Angle, Benoit-Booker (Possible Gimmick match), Mexicools-MNM-London/Kendrick (hopefully), hell even Orton/Mysterio could be okay from a technical standpoint.

I can't imagine that the WWE would actually screw over a wrestler heavily associated with a family in front of them just to get a heel over... *Remembers the May 28, 2001 Raw in Calgary and the Montreal ending of Benoit/Austin in front of the Hart Family* Oh, my mistake.

I just now realized where this all ultimately going; Orton doing a satitical recreation of Eddie's demise, with sombero on head and chimichanga in his mouth when "Eddie" collapses. Complete with Chavo Guerrero cameo. Is such a scenario out of the question at this point?

Alternate set of spoilers from Scherer, with the Cruiser's match intact. *There was a fatal four way match where the winner would get a shot at Booker T's US Title at No Way Out. Chris Benoit beat Matt Hardy, JBL and Orlando Jordan. The stip is that Booker has to defend the belt himself or lose it. *Melina came out and did a challenge to any tag team to take on MNM in a non-title match. They beat Brian Kendrick and Paul London. Oh, Melina also made overtures to Matt Hardy so he may be joining her stable. *Randy Orton came out in Eddie's low rider and then started to rip on Eddie's book. Yep, they really did that. Rey Mysterio came out and they did a pull-apart. They will wrestle at No Way Out for Rey's WrestleMania main event match. *There was a juniors tag match where, I think, Tzuki and Octagoncito took on Mascarita Sagrada and Valencia. Fit Finlay came out and destroyed all four. *Gregory Helms beat Nunzio to retain the Cruiserweight Title. Kid Kash came out at the end and I believe the two will wrestle on next week's show. *Lashley challenged JBL to a match at No Way Out. Jillian Hall accepted while JBL looked unhappy that she did. *Booker T and Sharmell opened their car trunk and there were a bunch of worms in there. *The main event was Undertaker vs. Mark Henry. Taker had the match won when MNM came out and joined Henry in a three on one beat down. Kurt Angle came out and made the save so Teddy Long made a match for next week's show: Angle and Taker vs. MNM and Henry
