TNA stupidity so great it warrants its own thread
Star Ocean 3 replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in TNA Wrestling
kinda like this message board yeah, i said it -
Yeah, another good episode. It's kind of ominous knowing that LAX will have to lose to 3D eventually, though.
-
Put Rock vs. Hogan on last and have Jericho retain.
-
That's why I didn't make that argument.

The three teams in the league with the most points....are all in the Bestern Conference.

This show looked pretty good, except for the usual crap like VKM and co., I guess. Christian is a man who can carry a show as the champ. I don't care about Joe. What is really the point of blabbing on and on here about how poorly the company is doing? I don't buy PPVs, but that has nothing to do with how much I like the product.

Some of these topics are ridiculous. Poster tournament? TSM Wiki? How anyone could be so interested in this board to participate in activities like those is beyond me. The 20 greatest threads will start soon, by the way. By the end of the Hermetic Lunar Week Calendar year.

I watched a marathon of MXC today, and they kept airing commmercials for the Saturday night lineup with Don West screaming in the voice over. Radical.
-
Actually, Impact's pretty good. I don't know what people are complaining about. Christian as the champ on a two hour show doing backstage bits with Tomko and Steiner would be awesome.

So this is an annual thing and I never even noticed? I kind of remember it last year. Apparently I was in it two or three years ago, and people voted for the KKK over me. I want no part of this.

I just witnessed my first drive-thru experience.

I will be starting a feature surveying the 20 best, most outrageous threads in the history of TheSmartMarks.com Forums! As the most prolific member, I feel apt to examine the science behind what has made these threads great, memorable, and all-around awesome. With such an incredible cast of posters like "Star Ocean 3" and "Rob Edwards," who can resist a look into this? advertisement A site with such a glamorous history demands a list such as this! Yes, there is the Classic Folder, but how much can you really trust a collection like that? What we need is a true look back. We must never forget the special moments these threads have given us. Some of them are good, some are disgusting, others could only be described as bad, but it is this unique badness that predominantly deals with existing states of affairs, and insofar as it is possible to be amoral in its descriptions, it seeks a positive analysis of social affairs – e.g., constitutional issues, voting behavior, the balance of power, the effect of judicial review, etc. Political philosophy generates visions of the good social life: of what ought to be the ruling set of values and institutions that combine men and women together. The subject matter is broad and connects readily with various branches and sub-disciplines of philosophy including the philosophies of law and of economics. This introduction skims the most relevant theories that the student of political philosophy is likely to encounter. I get really uncomfortable when there are two anchorwomen on the news. It's weird. Only when there are two anchormen or one of each can I watch the news at ease. Orange Lazarus. In conclusion, please look forward to this major event! Enjoy!

Every scene with the kid was just creepy and weird. Not even because it's an adult/kid friendship, but it's just bad. Actually, the kid's acting contributes to that. The sceene with the prostiture was unusual because it was funny, though.

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla Comments That Don't Warrant A Thread

Kaz Hayashi will be at All Star Weekend 5 in April, wrestling Alex Shelley, then PAC. -

Here's hoping for Melt-Banana.

PWG Presents "Album of the Year" on March 10, 2007!
Star Ocean 3 replied to PsychoDriver's topic in General Wrestling
Joey should have had a tuxedo match while he was still champion. PWG is really stepping it up with the announcements. I guess having a solid venue they like means we don't have to wait until the week of the show for the card anymore. -
Impact Spoilers going into Destination X
Star Ocean 3 replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in TNA Wrestling
You should have highlighted Alex Shelley having his own segment. And So Cal Val gets to do something, even if it is be a random Black Hole Slam victim. Things are looking better. -
Shaun Livingston took a sick fall, his leg is really screwed up...that was like a Sid-level bad fall.

You better watch. Have you been watching the Ducks-Sharks games this season? I know I haven't. But tonight is different. Tonight they play live all across the 500 households that carry Versus, formerly The Outdoor Life Network. Tonight, the only two California hockey teams will show everyone how we do things downtown. On the westside. The west coast. West. You will get to see two teams, tired from playing recent back-to-back games, exhausted from a season that never seems to end, spent from building losing records so far in this month, and I don't want to get a thesaurus, but I'm sure there are more synonyms for "tired" I could use. Oh, fatigued. They're fatigued, too. The Ducks have tended to score a lot of goals in the games they've defeated the Sharks. San Jose only outscored them by a total of two in their two victories. I don't know if that's significant, but it's a stat, and stats are always very impressive. This game starts at ten if you live on the east coast. Pull a Kornheiser and put this game on, even if you're too tired to watch it. What better lullaby to put you to sleep than a game like this? I mean, it won't be boring, that's not what will put you to sleep. I just mean you'll probably be tired, that's all. So you'll naturally fall asleep, not because of the game. The game will be good. Sleep is also good. Someone asked me today how much sleep I get each night. I said about 8 hours, which is really the minimum amount that you should get. I'm a growing boy, and I need my rest. But I also need this California hockey. Enjoy, and sleep well.

I'm stirring "stuff" up in the hockey thread lately. Get rid of those points! Only wins should count! Yeah!
-
You deep dished scallywag, you know that I mean only wins should benefit a team, no silly points. Bring back ties only if the fans in attendance get a full refund plus interest for having their time wasted.
-
Uh, hello, wins are more meaningful than ties and shootouts, hockey people
-
Just get rid of points altogether. You win, you advance in the standings. That's it. The third column wouldn't even be necessary for anything but statistics.
