If I have a lot of small, separate files, what program can I use to burn them all to a DVD? And can I do more complex stuff like put these files into chapters?

When I was little and I was riding with my mom or something, I'd look out the window and imagine running along with the car outside, jumping over all the buildings and signs. I thought this was just something weird I did, but I've come to know of other people who did the exact same thing. Did anyone here do this?
