I've never been more stoked for a fight that has an extremely high suck potential. Rashad, for all his talent is a slow starter and we all know he's not going to chase Lyoto down like Thiago did. Lyoto, as we know is for the most part a counter fighter but if Rashad isn't bringing it to him he'll be more then content to sit back and wait for his chance. Also factor in that this is Rashad's first defense and Lyoto's first shot so this could very well be 5 rounds of guys fighting to not lose instead of going out there in search of a win.

I pay $460 a month for rent, utilities included. Cable/internet usually runs me about $60 a month on top of rent. I share a 3 bedroom apartment in North Toronto with two roommates. Our area is nice but a big strange because if I walk out to the major street and go west I'm walking into the Little Jamaica area of Toronto which, for all its awesome food spots is quite scuzzy. If I walk east I head into a heavily Jewish neighborhood, very wealthy. If I walk north from my building I hit the public housing complex affectionately known as "The Jungle". I'm in a weird spot but I like it because I'm super-close to the subway and it's a 10 minute train ride for me to hit the pub district.

It was a healthy mix of both, I'd say.

I really enjoyed the scene with Sylar's dad, probably for the same reasons why YNA and others didn't. The acting was very good but never overdramatic, the explanations made as much sense as they could and the ending closed things off nicely.

UFC 98 Rashad Evans vs Lyoto Machida As days go by this seems to be the way things are leaning. Sherdog has a story on its main page about Rashad and in it he says he expects that Rampage won't be ready to go in time. I've also read some stories at various sites that say even though he wasn't medically suspended that Rampage's hand is hurt and, if you saw Dana's blog for the show, his jaw needs some time to heal too. Couple that with UFC removing the banner from their main page advertising Evans vs Jackson for the May show and it looks like Lyoto might finally get his shot.

That's going to be a hard pill to swallow for some if Belcher wins because at that point he'd be a Top Ten fighter. And he lost. To Jason Day. Badly.

I had Jackson winning the second and third, the knockdown just cemented it. Maybe Greg Jackson paid the judge off to say that and make Jardine think he was winning when he wasn't? Greg's a sweet guy, sounds like something he'd do.

This is a complete guess but I think DeMarques Johnson sounds like a safe bet to be a dark fella.

Previews for next week looked....umm....scandalous? Firecrotch member in booty shorts. Very nice. This game is wide open now that Amanda and Kris are out, IMO. Easily one of the stronger teams and probably would have made a top five showing.

It's not like this is an Al Hassan/Cantwell situation where Hammill was all "I couldn't wait to kick his head off!" in the post-fight. Also Jardine using the Moby theme from the Bourne Trilogy was ace. Awesome song and really thematic for entrance music.

I don't think it was a question of Rampage not being able to keep Jardine down so much as he was going for the takedowns purely for points with the judges.
