So I guess Danzig has been telling people that the Guida rumor isn't panning out. Not sure if that means Guida is fighting on the card just not against Mac or if the fight is taking place at another time.

I hear that. I think it's going to be a good fight but seeing as how we're coming off of Hendo/Silva, Serra/GSP and BJ/Sherk this one doesn't seem nearly as big as any of those.

They have a working relationship but they have seperate champions though they more or less share rosters.

Shamrock/Le was March 29th. A rematch has been talked about but they'd likely give Le and title defense and Shamrock another fight before putting it together.

I can't see them pulling Faber/Pulver ratings if they brought Kid in simply because past buyrates/ratings show that if the North American audience doesn't know the fighter there's less of a chance they'd tune in and Kid has never had any kind of exposure outside of Japan and Europe.

Kid isn't going anywhere. Dana was asked about him before the weigh-ins at 83 and said that the price tag that he gets overseas is huge and they likely wouldn't pay it.

I think you'd be out of your mind to say that Kimbo has been more impressive at this point. Rogers is awesome if only for the fact that he sounds EXACTLY like Darryl from NBC's The Office. Like, dead-on. Also, unless I'm wrong he coined the term "Wobble wobble" when he KO'd Thompson and they showed the replay on the big screen.

Awesome fighter. Easily the best 145'er out there and a legit Top Ten in terms of Pound for Pound. It's not like he's completely invinceble but at this point I don't see any one area of his game any fighter in that weight class could expose. Especially after the Pulver fight I think people have gained a newfound respect for his stand-up game.

I can see Tibeau/Stevenson being horribly uninteresting. Tibeau has never impressed me and moreover has been relatively boring in most fights save the Griffin one and Joe might be playing it safe coming off his tooling. I hate Cote/Almedia simply because, barring a spectacular KO Cote is likely getting taken down and tapped.

Add Alan Belcher vs Ed Herman to the September UFN card.
