Pulver's last 8 fights were also against mostly upper-level competition at a weight class above the one he'd naturally be fighting at. Did you see the Cub Swanson fight? Because if so I can't see how or why you'd make a comment that Jens hasn't shown you anything lately as Swanson was being touted as one of the better prospects at 145 before Pulver demolished him.

So, now Diaz is off the card as the CSAC says that he didn't turn in his medical papers in time. Fickett is now facing Jae Suk Lim on the main card. Wow. Fuck this show. This went from "Can't miss" to "Meh" in the span of a fucking week.

Depending on the equity you can take off/pay down right off the bat most banks have mortgages and lines of credit that are secured against the home and will give you a much better interest rate.
