It's a tad skewed that pbone gets to skate on posting child porn TWICE which is a legit felony but because EHME wasn't behaving within the definition of rules set forth by a wrestling forum he gets tossed. Seriously, how does this work?

This episode did nothing for me. I can't stand Michael when he's talking in front of large groups and breaks down and as much as Pam tried to be cute reading his lines it felt weak. Some of the Jim/Dwight stuff was funny but I can't help but think the writers were in serious "running on empty" mode if they were forced to devote a two-episode arch for Kelly's birthday, supported by Angela and her cats.

The stories that have broke on MMAJunkie and Sherdog in the last day seem to indicate pretty clearly that the athletic commission isn't budging on the rules so I'd say it's a pretty safe bet this show is in serious jeopardy, barring Ratner or Dana/Lorenzo pulling something out of their hat at the last minute. No way UFC would allow the show to go on with a smaller cage, no elbows/knees and the rule that if a fighter gets knocked down the ref will stop the action to check if they're okay.

Saying that a fighter mentioned greasing to you in passing is one thing but when you make a claim that you know can EASILY be refuted it's not only petty but insanely stupid.

He should sharpen it as much as he can. Kenny isn't on GSP's level of wrestling or strength so he very much needs to be ready for the possibility of BJ stuffing his takedowns and keeping it standing.

Kenny Florian knew that trash talk would be par for the course gearing up towards a fight with UFC lightweight champion B.J. Penn. However, he didn’t quite expect the kick-off he got on Tuesday. Penn, who’s been nursing his wounds since his four-round loss to welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre at UFC 94 on Jan. 31, expressed surprise that Florian planned to train with the French Canadian fighter, claiming that Florian had previously contacted Penn to warn him of St. Pierre’s proclivity to “grease up” before fights. Penn dropped the bombshell statement during his first sit-down video interview since UFC 94 on BJPenn.com. “That is kind of surprising to me because Kenny is actually the guy who tipped us off that GSP was going to be greasing,” said Penn. “He actually e-mailed me and tipped me off.” Florian, who once trained with the popular Hawaiian fighter in his homeland, seemed flabbergasted by Penn’s assertion. “I’ve never emailed a fighter about anything like that. I don’t even have B.J. Penn’s email,” a puzzled Florian told Sherdog.com on Tuesday. “I’d love to see that email. I would say print that email and show it to everybody. Where’s this mystery email?” Florian, 32, also dispelled any possibility that the two had exchanged the alleged information by other means. “I haven’t spoken to B.J. -- besides ‘hello’ -- since January of 2007,” he said. “I’ve never trained with [st. Pierre] in the past. I have no motive in saying that. Even if I knew, would I say that? I know of other fighters who have [greased] and I don’t say anything to anybody.” Florian doesn't want to wait for his shot at Penn. Florian, who busted through Joe Stevenson in four minutes at UFC 91 last November, has gone 6-0 in the Octagon since his unanimous decision loss to then-champion Sean Sherk at UFC 64 in October 2006. The Boston native is widely considered the No. 1 contender to Penn’s lightweight throne, though the controversy surrounding greasing allegations by St. Pierre’s corner and subsequent aspirations for a rematch have threatened to derail a Penn-Florian showdown. Florian (11-3) interpreted Penn’s latest revelation as a step back in his direction at least. “I was a little worried [about a St. Pierre-Penn rematch coming first],” said Florian. “From what I heard, it did really well with the pay-per-view and a lot of people turned up for it. The UFC certainly could have made a lot of money doing the third one, but I think the overwhelming response was –- I didn’t realize how big of a fight it would be between me and B.J. until I saw the polls and people talking on the Interweb. People want to see me fight B.J. and it feels good to know that.” Florian suggested that Penn “feels threatened” by the fighter’s intentions to train with St. Pierre, and described the Hawaiian’s comments as “a mind game.” Florian hopes to join the multi-talented 170-pound king in Montreal sometime in March. Penn’s assessment of Florian the fighter was far less controversial. “He’s very good,” said Penn during the hour-long interview. “He’s very well rounded. He’s a black belt in jiu-jitsu. He’s obviously improved his wrestling and he’s a southpaw muay Thai fighter with great kicks. He can box, he can elbow, he can knee. He’s a mixed martial artist. He is. I give Kenny that: He’s a mixed martial artist, and I’ve got my work cut out for me.” The UFC has not officially offered Florian a title shot against Penn (13-5-1) yet, though the part-time ESPN correspondent anticipates a return to the Octagon in June or July. Penn confirmed that his reps are currently negotiating the bout with the UFC. Known as a cerebral competitor, Florian’s reasons for training with St. Pierre are two-fold. “He’s trained everyone to fight against me. He trained both [sam] Stout and [Roger] Huerta to fight me,” said Florian. “and obviously, he got a first-hand account of fighting B.J. –- twice. He’s gone seven rounds with B.J., so that’s some good information to get. Hopefully Georges will forget about the email I sent B.J. Penn and share it with me.”

Yeah, Ben's end game is kinda baffling at this point. If it was to return to the island with the O6 and usurp Locke for Island King then why would he bring Locke back with him? If it's to off Penny that what do the O6 have to do with it?

I always find it weird that in one episode, Bernard, Rose, and Vincent are around a lot, then something big happens and we don't see them again for quite a few episodes. I'm also wondering why Walt or Desmond doesn't have to go back to the Island with the rest of 6? Who said they don't? The group that's with Ben is the best that could be done on short notice but I don't remember him or Ms. Hawking seeming totally satisfied that they don't have a full count.

This was Lost on meth. It kinda blows Charlotte died without more exposition to her character but at the least we got confirmation that she'd been on the island before and the fact that she doesn't know her father gives credibility to the theory that she's Ben's daughter. I loved the rest of the shit with Jin/Sawyer reunion, arm getting torn off, the temple, Ben freaking out in the van. This was fun.

Yeah, I think Karo vs Koscheck would be pretty brutal to watch.

While I loved the worst poster tournament last year, one of the problems I had was the fact that Marvin wanted to win. He seemed to relish in the fact that most of the posters here can't stand him, and amped his persona up to unspeakably annoying levels. He knew (and still knows) how to annoy people, and posters (particularly in the CE folder) fall for it. I used to fall for it, but then I quit frequenting that folder regualarly, because I realized that it was pointless to insult or argue with the guy. Nothing ever gets through to him, and again, he knows what he's doing. When the guy everyone thinks should win worst poster wants to win, and knows how to win, it takes away a lot of the fun. ^ This. I'm not the biggest EHME fan in the world but Marvin has been just as bad and has skated as far as MOD intervention goes.

You'll have fun. UFC 83 wasn't a great show in terms of star power but the crowd was nuclear. Even though GSP isn't on this show you've still got Silva, Chuck and Shogun to make up for it and there's always the possibility of GSP coming into the octagon after Silva slaughters Leites to build up the potential bout.
