Where can I download The Shield season 4?

He appears again. Without ruining the entire plot of Season 3, that's all you need to know. JasonX- That makes sense but I always got the sneaking suspicion that it was Claudette who did it in light of the Armadillo stabbing.

The problem is, aside from Coture/Liddell there's not a single match that could be considered a selling point for the show. At least @ 52 they had Hughes/Trigg for the WW Title as well.

Where can I download The Shield season 4?

Hey, I was watching some Season Two tonight and it got me wondering..... Who the fuck leaked Lanie's notes to the press early?

Your "Poor Shelton" of the day is brought to you by Kraft Foods Inc. On a show where all of the faces went over (I don't count the womens match) there was no reason for young Shelton to lose. But he did. Poor Shelton. Mmmmmm

Thoughts on the Following Fighters II: No Way Out

Forrest- Love him. Probably, next to Rich Franklin, the coolest guy in the UFC. Looks very humble and approachable and I enjoy his unique brand of self-deprecating humour. Tough as fuck and will always go until he's got nothing left. I, like many, are going to be fans of his for a long time because of the Bonnar fight and I will be rooting for him come April when he take on Tito. Has shown to be solid on his feet and not incompetent on the ground which he'll need if he's got Tito on top. This is a big step for him because he's going from facing two relative unknowns to one of the biggest LHW fighters of all time. Bonnar- Same as Forrest cept I enjoy Bonnars fights more because he's shown me more. Anybody that goes for a spinning roundhouse earns my love. I remember seeing Bonnar talk about how he looked like a guy that people thought they could beat up and how it resulted in him having to take anger management classes and it made me realize in a weird way that MMA can be important for this reason. This was a guy who wasn't finding a healthy outlet for his agression and now he is. I'm stoked on him vs Irvin. Swick- SWIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK. Can't say too much but what I can say is that he's hilarious and there needs to be some kind of sitcom involving him and Dana White premiering on the WB soon. Oh, and he's got quick hands. Chris Leben- I'm still waiting to be impressed, personally. An Iron Chin rep will only take you so far but I'm glad he's shown that he can get it done on the ground. Would enjoy him not hugging people when they get in close on him ala Cote and Koscheck. A lot of people say he's matured greatly since TUF I and if that's true I respect him for it because I damn sure laughed my ass off when Southworth dropped the FB bomb on him and felt he deserved it 100%. Nate Quarry- His punches are thrown like he's a Rock 'em Sock 'em robot. I had really no issues with him until he referred to Canada as "America's pissing ground", then I was more then happy to see Franklin knock him the fuck out. Still, solid hands and (pissing comments aside) he comes off as a pretty likeable guy. Watch the crowds reaction to his victory over Shonie Carter @ UFC 53, this is a guy people clearly wanted to see win and were happy for him when he did. Josh Kocheck- Loads of potential. Very strong, fast and a great wrestler. Good future so long as he doesn't make rookie mistakes like shooting in for the umpteenth time in a fight. I'm afraid that if he loses again he'll be all but done but there's always the possibility of a Leben rematch and he holds a victory over Luke Cummo so there's that too. Diego- Rudo forgot to put him on the list, not sure why. Personally I've already stated that he gets on my nerves but I really like watching him fight. He was my MW pick to take it all the minute I saw him absolutely dominate Karalexis in TUF I and his bout with Koscheck is probably in the Top Five TUF Fights they've had so far. Good wrestler, great submissions, always looking to finish. He'll need to get by a WW Gatekeeper before he really gets thrown into the mix but I'm confident he can get the job done. Ken-Flo aka The Lazy Samurai- I need more before I can truly state him love but I do like what I've seen so far. Kenny/Cope was kind of a letdown, despite the wicked-awesome finish to the first round because it was two Muay-Thai practicioners who really didn't thrown any kicks of knees. Still, if the LW Division gets a second chance I think he could shine.

    Observer observations

Like I said, depends on who you ask. All of the ladies love him which causes a lot of guys in turn to dislike him. I personally think he's a solid fighter with a bright future ahead of him but personally he tends to annoy the shit out of me.

    Observer observations

Depends on who you ask, really. There was some mumblings about Diego getting a free pass on his two illegal knees to Diaz in their fight and the fact that most refs would've stopped the fight to check the cut he had. I'd say a rematch between the two is warranted, if not for the fact that they'll most likely put on another kick-ass fight.

Seriously, I have got to know

I don't know how somebody could actually purposely plan out watching shit like this. If I'm ever watching WWE it's probably because I found the channel and there's nothing else on.

Songs for the End of the world

Even though the band has been mentioned, "The Dead Flag Blues" by Godspeed You Black Emporer is flat-out creepy in the way it makes me think that the world will end. "The car is on fire. And there is no driver at the wheel. And the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides. And a dark wind blows. The Government is corrupt and we're all on so many drugs with the radio on and the curtains drawn. We are trapped in the belly of this horrible machine and the machine is bleeding to death. The sun has fallen down, and the billboards are all leering and the flags are all dead at the top of their poles. It went like this: The buildings tumbled in on themselves. Mothers clutching babies picked through the rubble and pulled out their hair. The skyline was beautiful on fire, all twisted metal stretching upwards, everything washed in a thin orange haze. I said 'Kiss me here beautiful, be these are truly the last days'. You grabbed my hand and we fell into it, like a daydream or a fever."

    Shelton Benjamin

    Chave?
  17. Lord of The Curry

    Observer observations

Guess you didn't notice that the booing for him has only increased, huh? He's basically going to become the Jeff Hardy of the UFC soon enough. I was watching Diego/Gassaway the other day and it's abundantly clear that 90% of the people cheering for Diego during his entrance possesed a vagina. He could probably help himself out by shaving and cutting his hair. And to add on to what Lei Tong said, I hosted a TUF II Finale gathering at my house and a friend of mine with almost no exposure to MMA commented after seeing Diego talk "There's something about him that I can't quite put my finger on that makes me want to fucking kill him".

Benjamin has taken over the "Chris Benoit- Village Idiot" gimmick that Benoit initially got saddled with during his second jump to RAW.

    MMA FAQ

Diego has a tough chin but I don't think he would've been able to take too many shots from Leben so I'd imagine he'd want it on the ground where Leben was thought to have zero skills until he pulled off a solid armbar tapout on Edwin Dewees at Ultimate Fight Night II. Still, in both his fights with Koscheck and Cote we've seen that Leben is a fan of hugging and the lay n' pray technique so I could easily see Diego fucking him up something fierce with some poundage. Diego was probably the best fighter on the show with maybe Leben taking second. Seeing as how Leben is the subject at the moment I'd like to take this oppurtunity to point out how moronic the UFC is for not booking Swick vs Leben yet. I'm aware that Swick is supposed to be injured at this point but they've had a few PPVs and 2 Ultimate Fight Nights since the original TUF and the story between those two is one of the better unearthed rivalries going on.
