I also got a huge kick out of Frank telling the Ajira crash members "Don't worry, once they see that we're not where we're supposed to be they'll come looking for us." Almost a line-by-line copy of what Jack said in season one.
-
I can definitely see Sayid kicking it this season, maybe Sawyer too because he's been built up so much the last few episodes.
-
Well, if you want to believe that Locke represented the island when he came back to the real world and visited the O6 he extended an invite back to everybody but Sun.
-
Have fun with that, if you can stay up for it. I just set my PVR for the show it's booked at a solid 6 hours in length. I'm really looking forward to this though. Breen's article on how this is a better tourney then DREAM's sold me on it.

Most of the theories I've read surrounding why Sun/Frank/Ben/Locke didn't flash out of the plane is that they weren't supposed to come back so they didn't get caught in the time-loop.

The Agent of Oblivion question of the day
Lord of The Curry replied to Agent of Oblivion's topic in No Holds Barred
Would we be able to ask our own question or just communicate your messages to the board? -
Also, was it established at some point in this season that the island can exist in multiple timelines? Because in the case of Sun and Frank that's gotta be what's happening, no?
-
I'm with Lushus, Megan and Michael are next. Anybody know what next weeks theme is? Or do they not announce that this soon after the vote?
-
So, somebody's going to need to humor me on the timeline shit because I'm getting a tad fucking confused over it. Specifically in the case of Ben. If we're to believe Daniels "What happened, happened" theory then does that infer that when Oceanic 815 crashes and Ben gets captured by Sayid and the like that he knew Jack, Locke, Kate and everybody else who was around in Dharma circa 1977? I'm also having some difficulty grasping how they can "meet themselves" and what that would do to the timeline. Sawyer saw Kate and Claire having Aaron, Locke saw the beam of light from the hatch and if they'd have gone in that direction he would have met himself too. But would they remember meeting themselves were it to happen?

Minor spoiler re: the preview for next week...
-
That t-shirt also appears to have a logo of some kind on it.
-
I don't think it's anything. Why would Claire be barely visible in the background, wearing a t-shirt?

Blast Door Notations from The Swan Don't notice anything in here about the wheel or The Orchid.
-
We don't know that Radzinsky knows about the donkey wheel. I'm just piecing things together timeline-wise because Daniel was still around "working" for Dharma when they discovered it and he's left the island by the time the Ajira place crash takes place.
-
The only positive that might come out of this tragedy is the federal government making wearing helmets on ski slopes a legal requirement. In Ontario we've had two ski-related deaths in the last three weeks and neither of the victims was wearing a helmet.
-
I just realized that I'm confusing The Swan and The Orchid. Either way, the point still stands that Daniel was around at some point and now he's not.
-
Mother Hubbard.
-
None of which are relevant to Richardson dying.
-
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Too fucking soon. Should have been Oil Rig.
-
Well, that's what they said happened anyways. It's Lost, remember. This was a solid episode because nothing really "happened" but it got everything together and fleshed out some minor details. We know that Radizinsky (and maybe Dharma as a whole) have found the frozen wheel but haven't built The Swan yet and they're paranoid that The Hostiles want it. We know because of the season premiere that Daniel is around as a Dharma workman when they find the wheel but he's not around when Jack and Co. arrive so something happens between then that causes Dan to bounce. I have no clue what the fuck is going on with Christian but his more increased presence on the show, coupled with the fact that Matthew Fox is the only cast member who knows how the show is going to to end makes me think that Jack and his pappy are going to play a big role the rest of the way.

UFC 94 - Georges St. Pierre vs. BJ Penn II
Lord of The Curry replied to Mik's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
In Penn's defense (wow, typing that felt weird) in his mind he doesn't think this makes him look pathetic. I truly believe that BJ has become unhealthily obsessed with the situation and, based on what I gathered from the NSAC reports, nothing is going to come out of the meetings that's going to make him healthy. Which is a very dangerous thing because I can't see BJ letting this go....like....ever. -

He'll still be the favorite against Kenny and the only way I see Florian taking Penn out is a UD. If GSP, who's better in pretty much every area then Kenny needs four rounds to finish Penn off Kenny's for sure going to need all 25 minutes.
