Scratch that. The Eagles lost the game with absurdly conservative playcalling.

The Giants are going to lose this game with the absurdly conservative playcalling on both sides. Ridiculous.

I would like for your team to beat the Cowboys and Redskins, and roll over for the Giants again.

I just kept thinking of the Soup Nazi when he would give teams the thumbs down. Watching the people get hit with the paint is some of the greatest stuff I've seen on TAR. I could watch that footage over and over again.

He got suckered into the Shanahan strategy. Why do NFL coaches do retarded things simply because he did it first?

Gus Johnson is awesome. On a totally unrelated note, Big Ben is not.

This Alabama/LSU game is really sloppy. How bad are LSU's other options at QB when this Lee guy has thrown SIX pick 6's this year and is 4/18 today with 2 INTs today?

So now there's a chance Tony Parker could miss 2-4 weeks. The Spurs' season is looking like it may be over before Christmas.

Did Manny already say no to the proposed deal from LA? I briefly heard Mark Francesca and Charles Barkley of all people talking about it this afternoon, but haven't seen anything else on it.

Me too, since Obama would beat her like a drum.

Are you trying to imply that black youths are on par with everyone else from a racial perspective? If so, what part of NY are you living in because that's definitely NOT the way things are anywhere else. If anything, it was all the middle aged white people crying that had me a little bit confused.

You know that, and I know that, but do THEY know that?

I don't think the Republicans think they ran a bad campaign. They just got "unlucky" because of the economy. My guess is they'll go with Obama's "novelty" having worn off in '12 and just continue the same type of slash and burn tactics. I can't imagine the Republicans trying to win on issues.

Fox predicts Kay Hagan wins NC Senate seat.

That's true, but a win over the Eagles hands them their 4th loss, keeps the Giants at least 2 up on the 'Skins in the loss column and gives us no worse than a 3-3 division record with no worse than a split with all three division rivals. If they win on Sunday and take any of their remaining division games we'd have pretty much all of the tiebreaks unless Washington won out.

New York is going to go for Obama, it's just a question of how much, so there's no real drive to get out the vote here. And yet there are 2-4 HOUR long lines at multiple locations throughout the city per NY1 News. I've never seen a line at any polling station in NYC ever, and now there's thousands of people standing out in the streets waiting to vote. It's not something I ever thought I'd see.

Thank you Steelers. If the Giants can win on Sunday they should be in the driver's seat regarding the division title.

The Cowboys are a few minutes away from being in last place in the NFC East. Good times.

Ask and ye shall receive. LMAO.

Brad Johnson is awesome. Stop hatin'.

Why the hell didn't Tech go for 2? A TD and an extra point beat you whether you're up 5 or 6.

Crabtree is a monster.

The Giants and Rangers are fine right now. The Knicks need to basically let every bad contract expire and then start over in a few years. Had they been smart enough to do this 4 or 5 years ago we'd have a good team now, but the Dolans are amongst the most braindead owners in North American professional sports. However, I'll go with the Mets since they're the only team I like that shouldn't suck but does. Minaya NEEEEEEEDS to finally address the bullpen in a big way, and by that I mean we need changes from top to bottom. With Wagner out all of next year they need a closer not named K-Rod, and they need at least one reliever who can get a righty AND a lefty out in the same fucking inning. They also may need to pick up a back end of the rotation starter if possible. The offense seems to choke down the stretch but if the pitching staff was a bit more competent between games 1 & 142 they would be able to slide into the postseason even with the inevitable 6-14 to 8-12 finish.
