alfdogg, don't be a fairy. i called him an idiot. then followed it up with a logical response to an idiotic comment.

knowing that fag, probably not. and he deleted my post in the wwe folder. what a turd.

i scared donnie off. and htq just made the dumbest wrestling observation ever. he said that a wrestling star like hogan, austin, or the rock won't come again for 50 years!!! 50!!!! did 3 not come in the time frame of 20 years? and two of them within 2 years of one another? but forget that, NO ONE will come again for 50 years. sometimes wrestling fans say silly things. well, scrap that, all the time. htq should trade in some of his mint condition 1984 wrestling oberservers for a date with a girl.

i can't believe how lazy you people are. use your brains. the killers may be unoriginal but they aren't the worst band on the planet.

For any reason besides that Pierre steals a lot of bases? His OBP the last two seasons leaves much to be desired as a leadoff hitter. Dodgers' broadcaster Charlie Steiner reported the reason Furcal leads off is that Pierre's smallball tendencies play better in the two spot. That makes sense. Pierre rarely strikes out and grounds into few double plays. his obp is low, but he hits well. i thought furcal would be a great guy to have batting with pierre on base. especially if pierre steals second or leads off with a double, which is what he is known for.

gimme shelter is not hatable, but i don't care for it much at all. its one of those that i've heard too often.

snuffbox is too earnest.

i think the dodgers could win this year. but they are actually loaded for the future. and loaded at nearly every position, too. except second base, maybe? they are in enviable situation right now. better than most. i keep thinking pierre should lead off with furcal batting second. it just makes more sense to me.

i used to be a big stones supporter, and an ever bigger brian jones advocate. his vast instrumentalism and experimental sense on rudy tuesday, paint it black, and under my thumb make those tracks distinctive. but it was mick taylor and keith richards that made them amazing with sticky fingers-exile on main street-goat heads soup. the latter isn't nearly as bad as people proclaim. its only rock n roll kinda sucked, and ron wood helped pull them together for one un-heralded grasp with black & blue. one of the most underated albums by an immensely popular group ever. forget stones disco, get into stones reggae. they never wanted you to dance dance like they did with black & blue.
-
oh, come on. citing them and my chemical romance is both lazy and incorrect. cocentrate your hatred elsewhere. at least they have a soul. hinder & nickelback are souless, passionless tripe. fall out boy wants people to dance dance. the others just want to get paid.

honky tonk woman is any form is my least fvorite stones song. i really do like love in vain, let it bleed, and you can't always get. thats it.
-
let it bleed is boring and pedestrian. its a stale hangover from beggars banquet. move along, little boy. and between the buttons, uk or us version, is delicious. completely destroys whatever the boring fuck they did on aftermath. let it bleed. ya. give me some black & blue. loser.

in all honesty, this whole dance thing is going to blow up again. but i think there's going to be less concentration on fitting it under a certain unbrella. surely lcd & !!! fit under the "dance rock" category, but the underlying issue is that they are just great POP albums. we're seeing a synthesis of mainstream pop music into great pop albums. like i can hear how clipse influences this lcd album. or how the house music in france is influenced equally by rock music as any dance music. it synthesizes into simply great music. we can all honesty thank guys like pharrell, kanye & timbaland who have their ear to the ground & bring great music into our living rooms.

totally. it sounds like everything new order attempted to do over the past 20 years. and failed. this whole album is great. i originally hated the s/t, but i've softened on that stance, too.

i thought i was the only one going with the dodgers to take it all this year. nice surprise.
-
the detroit tigers still don't get any respect. their rotation is 4 deep, the twins is pretty much only 1 deep. arguably the best pitcher in the league, but he can't pitch every night.
-
the twins won't win the central.

wow, klaxons, css, and lcd. i'd sit by that stage. good time to be had.

ha. no. you can have your opinion. this wasn't a stink bag album. it was a bridge between their self title & london calling. just because it dopesn't have a legendary status placed on it, doesn't mean EVERYONE must bow down & proclaim thee to be a slump. i'd say this album has less to do with being bad & more to do with just being overshadowed by the immense juggernaut london calling. i'll never admit this as being outwardly bad, nor detrimental to the legacy of the clash. no slump, says i. and i did argue this. sorry, coffin surfer.
