timely hitting? nearly every run was gift wrapped by the tigers to the cards. how can we say that the cards have looked impressive enough to win? they haven't.

just unbelievable. the cards didn't win this world series. the tigers lost it.

leyland has made some changes in his line-up. he has moved guillen up to the third, casey down to 5th, and polanco back to 7th. still don't know about any of this. probably balances the line-up a bit more, but having pudge-polanco back to back with this streak is like death. polanco will bust out, but pudge looks lost. really lost.

You were saying, Bruiser? dude, its only 2-1. i'd hardly be busting this out. after the time the tigers had with the yanks & a's i seriously thought this would be easy enough. but the layoff has done the tigers in. i haven't seen them look any sloppier & unsure of themselves. leyland did the right thing by letting pretty much all of his bullpen get some work. hopefully things will straighten out.

the tigers looked awful. embarrasing. i'd be more upset if they weren't so pathetic. the score should have been 12-0. we can all buy into the dominance of the cards pitchers, but when three of the top tigers hitters are 0-33 we can start spelling the word C-H-O-K-E.

i think the fact that rogers blatently cheated was beautiful. he's such a surly bad ass he just doesn't care. thats remarkable. although this may taint the championship for detroit. oh well.
