should've explained further. i am preparing to go to school to be a history teacher. need money so... right now i work as a teacher assistant in grade 5. its an eye opener to the politics in working in a school system. it pays well enough to pay for school next year and it allows me to get a position in the system when i'm finished. i've decided that i am willing to pass on working in secondary school for elementary. it has really grown on me.

how do you assholes remember these inconsequential threads from the past? isn't there anything a little more valuable to concentrate on? you people know more about what others have posted than they do.

i don't care who ginger is or if leena has another identity around here. i'm just glad we don't to deal with her physchotic & incessent whining about how a proper message board should be run. so the gimmick she's using as a disguise is actually quite inviting.

i bought my dvd at wal-mart and i didn't get the special ed. 4th disk.

i bet if there was no wild card, they tigers still would have made the playoffs. they took the last week off because they knew they has clinched.

university gave me essential life skills that i'll always cherish. it allowed gave me time to get my wild years out of the way. it was one of the bets times of my life and i wouldn't trade it for anything. but i'd never consider myself smarter than a non-university graduate. thats the problem with most people. they hang their life on how well they do at college. who cares? the fact that felonies has allowed his failures at school from age of 10 to now bother him so greatly scares me. thats some heavy (useless) weight that he has placed on himself. i see these anxiety-ridden kids who are nearly in tears because they can't do long division. some people can do that stuff, some can't. no one is better than anyone. sometimes schools worry more about whether or not superjerk teachers like superjerk are trying to bone one another than the reason kids are there. we are there to nurture & facilitate learning. if someone struggles academically, you find something they are good at & celebrate it. without that, you get this.

macha was fired out of nowhere? dude was fired last off-season. why are we surprised? sounds like kenny wasn't a player's manager & roasted their beans on a lot of issues, like the legitimacy of their injuries & such. good riddance. ron washington will get the job. surprised they didn't announce it already, honestly. joe girardi would kinda be nice to see. but really, either him or washington would be swell. the only way billy beane is responsible for macha's firing is that he called for it. the play on the field & the team fielded was perfectly acceptable.

why do people care about school so much? i graduated from college & i'm a fucking loser. do what you want to do. english professors may know a lot about john donne but most couldn't carry a logical, thoughtful, or insighful conversation with most people. all they do is bitch, moan, and pretend that they are better than those rich fat cat c.e.o.'s who have poor grammar in their e-mails.

depressed by that in grade 4? whoa, man. whoa. most kids that age would hate it but not get depressed & pin their failures on it. maybe in like grade 10 or 11. maybe.

i can't even argue with you as i have never nor will ever check out any tribute albums. too much original music out there to be found. not that garbage.
