It's situational irony, you see. -

So, awesome. I call opening promo, then. -
I disagree. Dump the Cruiserweight Title before the International, because the nature of the International Title throughout it's run has been the Cruiserweight Title with heavier competitors. Of course, I'd lose the Hardcore before I lost either of those two, but that'll have people out for my head, so you didn't read that.

I call post-opening promo promo, since Landon will no doubt want the real opener. -
Done and sent at a hopefully excellent 10,325. I'm never writing that much in one day, ever again. Ever.
-
Bad sign. 8k.
-
This now stands at 7k. For those of you keeping track, barring my ten minute shower, that's about 1k in twenty minutes. I'm haulin' some fuckin' ass, kids.
-
6169. I expect to finish around 9-10k, depends on if I can get an extension or not.
-
No. I may have to tack on a 10-count roll-up, but no.
-
1.7k. Will this take an exponential rise? Will I give up and Landon have an aneurysm because he could have written "Landon enters and JJ lays down and Landon pins him for 10 counts yay for Maddix" instead of 20,000 words? Only time will tell. But it's not the second one.
-
Sweet zombie Christ. Technically 800, but I dumped about 3.5k on the floor and started over.
-
Like hell I did.
-
You should've used "Ghetto Goggles".

Match of the Night: Probably Landon and I, but I could see Spike-Zyon stealing the show very easily. Runner-up Match of the Night: Air Raid Match. Let's see something good, gentlemen. SWF World Heavyweight Championship Match JJ Johnson vs. Landon "La Cucaracha" Maddix ~I hear that Maddix guy's pretty decent. STREET FIGHT "Hollywood" Spike Jenkins vs. Zyon ~I could see either taking it, but for angle sense-making purposes - at least from my perspective - I'll say Spike. SWF International Championship Match Wildchild © vs. Jimmy the Doom ~Dub-Cee is hard to bet against. GRUDGE MATCH Bruce Blank vs. Insane Luchadore ~I like IL in this, but shit, it'll be close; it's Blank's signature brutality level. SWF CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - AIR RAID MATCH "The Divine Wind" Akira Kaibatsu © vs. Grendel vs. Stryke vs. Austin Sly ~Grendel for the upset, but damn if this won't be amazing either way. Amy Stephens © vs. Megan Skye ~Stephens Jay Hawke vs. Manson © ~Why, I must obviously select Manson in this venture, via Exploder (chop). Let's Get Everyone Booked, parts 1 and 2! ~Cross x 2.

I'm sad to see people failed to notice a vote for Comet is a vote for cactus sodomy.
-
Well, Windy, you'd have to get a girlfriend first, now wouldn't you?

Says the writer of Ward/Akira.

Jay, if you want to go REALLY old-school with feud-enders, you can't beat the Texas Deathmatch. That's as old-school as it gets.
-
I like the thought of FCA w/ disqualifications. Not my belt or my call, though.
-
Alright, so I stand corrected. That gives the International Title even more old-school cred.
-
Ahem. Once again, I must request that your inane bickering stop. Bruce, you're far too defensive; while your plan is good, tournaments do cause grumbling, and determining new contenders when we already have two contenders just makes the title scene more complicated than it already is. If we had more time before Battleground, I might agree with you, but I don't, and some people aren't going to either. Drea, you're far too willing to incite things with Blank, which is frankly not amusing. Yes, ha, we all like to rile people up sometimes, but once you've got Blank going - and Bruce, don't take this personally - he's hard to stop. Spike, you suck...Zyon. Ha, innuendo, LOL2006, etc. So, in short, hey, Lockdown. Comment.

I think it adds a bit of old-school flavour to the International Title. Back in the day, Falls Count Anywhere was the big death stip, and since the INT has been defended almost exclusively in wrestling-based matches, barring Russell Crowe's Favorite Match and the cage match, this helps enhance the mystique of the belt, per se. Or maybe Coyote just wants to go hardcore.

Akira, aber er hat Plane bereits, ich glaube.
