I scored in brackett 8 which means I got 90-93% correct. I firmly believe that by this time next year I'll be a cop since I scored extremely well on the brains part and working with the Marines (work which I have kept up on my own) should make it a bit easier to pass the physical test.

at least this will end up funnier than the recent film Let's Go To Prison

Just keep taking veteran managers away from the St. Louis Cardinals.

technically Randy Johnson is getting closer to another World Series ring being back with the D-Backs then he would have been with the Yanks.
-
he doesn't have the power that he once had but he is still with the organisation. I think he's a special advisor to Jacobs now or something.

Don't forget about Sinden.

I bet if the Mets had somebody like Kaz Matsui playing second for them down the stretch then they wouldn't have just floundered offensively. If only they could get players like that...

that's a beautiful thing. Gotta wonder how Goodell would feel about seeing the Pats with a top 10 pick in the draft after stripping their own away from them.

I'm VERY happy that the Indians won. And decisively. I want them to sweep so bad. I like you now although I'm kinda hoping that series goes 4 games with Cleveland winning. That way if the Sox sweep the pitching match-ups at first will slightly be in their favor. I'm from Ohio so they're one of the few teams I can really get passionate about. And I hate the Yankees, so it'd be really satisfying if Cleveland swept. I'd have loved for it to be Cleveland / Cubs in the Series (cause Chicago is the other team I can be passionate about) but that's not going to be happening. I just hope the Indians can pull it off, I don't want to see the Yankees go any further and I will be disgusted if they lose to the Saux too. Those two are probably the teams that I hate the most. I'm going to stop caring about this postseason altogether if it's Saux / NY again, unless somehow the Cubs pull off a miracle comeback. and thus ends our new found friendship Of course I want to see the Red Sox in it but if they don't make it then as a baseball fan I'd want it to be Cleveland. In preffered order I'd like to see one of these choices come to fruition Sox/Cubs Sox/ Rockies Indians/Cubs Indians/Rockies

I'm hoping for a Red Sox/Rockies World Series (sorry Czech)

don't be a bitch. You enjoyed every minute of it and that's not a bad thing. Your team got them this time and when the Mets pass over the Phils the next time they'll give you shit back. That's how this shit goes.

Kevin Milwood pitching Game 2 and Smoltz not seeing the ball until Game 4 will forever remain a mystery to me.

Let the man smoke weed. If you do then the only dog he'll be killing is Devil Dogs.

he's got an INT return for a TD as well so far
-
Today puts Moss at over 400 yards receiving with 5 touchdowns which means he's on pace for about 2000 yards receiving and around 25 touchdowns. Brady's numbers are fucking ridiculous too. He's up to almost 900 yards passing and has a TD-INT of 10-1 right now.

Bonds will be a prick and sign with the Dodgers. They need the offense and he needs to piss more people off so its a match made in Heaven.
-
I'd say Stephen Jackson should shoulder some blame on that too.

I don't see a terrible bench...I mean at this juncture you gotta have Ellsbury on the playoff roster and perhaps even starting in CF. That turns Crisp into your 2007 Dave Roberts. Kielty gives the team about what Kapler did too. If Gagne is healthy then he's going to be fine in the end.
-
you stole my thing! back to the McNabb thing; the Quarerbacks in the league I would put ahead of him are Brady, Peyton, and Carson Palmer...that's probably it (when McNabb is healthy).

I went through this a couple months ago...still shocks me just how close you can get to these animals. I wouldn't say it was like losing a family member but it hurt about as much as when one of my friends died in a car accident.

Ice-T was in a Leprechaun movie and a movie with Denzel Washington. I don't think anybody else can claim that.

I see Mark Wahlberg as an actor that use to rap, not a rapper that acts on the side and that's what this convo is really about. Rappers that do a damn good job of acting on the side.

Have you seen his numbers from last season when he had a junkyard recieving corp to work with? The guy is arguably the second coming of Joe Montana, and I don't just say that as a Pats fan but an NFL fan.
