The Royal Tenenbaums doesn't get the respect as a top flight movie that it rightfully deserves. -
Telfair can't stay out of trouble and can't play defense. While he's not going to Pacman Jones or Stephen Jackson levels it seems he's always in the wrong place at the wrong time getting himself into situations that can be avoided. I also didn't like how the article pointed out how he's supporting 17 family members or whatever. As if its out their to gain sympothy for him and say "See? He really is a good guy! Just ignore the multiple incidents with guns and stupid shit!". Telfair can't blame anybody but himself and if he really wanted to be resposable for those family members then he would have acted smarter.

Southwest? As much as you may be praying for it I don't see him signing with Arizona and I'm not seeing many other teams that can be considered in the Southwest. Arizona isn't likely. I doubt they'd be willing to pay for him, plus we have a decent SS/3B already with Drew and Tracy. Anaheim is likely. I'd go to games just to see him. I just don't consider So-Cal the Southwest. To me all of Cali is just the West Coast to me. There are no different sections. Couple things from tonight's Red Sox game; First and formost I never again want to hear a "Wily Mo Pena as the regular CFer" uproar again. I had the guy pegged as a very good power hitting righty off the bench that could mash lefties. Only problem with that is many of your lefties have a nasty off-speed pitch and this guy is the real life version of Pedro Cerrano. "Fastball I hit very much. Curveball bat has hole". They should trade him while he has any value left...maybe to a team like Oakland which is losing OFers left and right. I figure that after Lester replaces Freddy Krueger as the 5th man in the rotation all this team will really need is a decent righty to come off the bench (Xavier Nady of the Pirates would be my choice) and somebody they can bring in as a pinch runner that can swipe a bag.

TNA Impact Spoilers (First Hour Spoilers now up)
Failed Bridge replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in TNA Wrestling
If that's truly going to be a stable then they need a better name than "Team Cage". I also don't understand the need for both Tomko and Steiner in it. They're essentially the same wrestler now in what they can do in-ring. Not to mention if you have Steiner running in repeatedly in the future to kill X-Division wrestlers then that will lead to a Steiner/Nash feud which we all know is 10 years too late from being any good. I wouldn't mind that stable ending up to be Christian, Tomko, Styles, and Daniels. They could easily make that happen as well with the Daniels/Sting feud on the horizon. -
this movie needs to be around 3 1/2hrs long to do the book any kind of justice at all.

Peter King and others are saying that the Pats are going Griffin with #24 and David Harris with #28 if both are available.

And apparently I think the same as the Oakland Raiders front office which means I'll never ever in a million years have a job in an executive position with the NFL. Taken from rotoworld.com

I think its safe to say that JD Drew has shut up every nay-sayer that spoke against his signing here. He looks as productive as he was during his season in Atlanta. Alot of people that I work with are down on Daisuke already too. I still feel he's getting use to a different structure in rotation and routine, but once that's settled he'll be fine. He actually had A-Rod looking flatout confused up there last night. First time all year I've seen him with that many ugly swings in a game.

I had a great idea for a movie about a fry cook who tries out for the Celtics but then he does blow and dies. It's called Len Fry-as. Emeril Lagasse isn't walking through those doors. Gordon Ramsay isn't walking through those doors. Yutaka Ishinabe isn't walking through those doors!

You certainly wouldn't have to worry about him eating your last pop-tart when your back is turned.

I've been wondering when a sequel to Batman Begins was going to be made. Looking at the cast I'm surprised they aren't bringing back Katie Holmes or she didn't want to sign on. I thought it was good for both parties there. Ledger as The Joker? I stick by my previous thoughts that when this movie was going to be produced they should have turned right to Sam Rockwell to take that role. He already looks the part in the crazy department and he's 10 times the actor Ledger is.

People are ready to put Tiki into the HoF but not Corey Dillon? Dillon may not have been the reciever Tiki was but he rushed for about 1,000 more yards in his career and had about 20 more TDs than Tiki did as well. At best I think both are borderline and probably won't make it in, but if you want to put Tiki in the Hall then you have to be ready to put Dillon in as well.

Definately Oden. Let Oden take over as the starter and put Kendrik Perkins on the bench. A starting rotation of G - Rondo G - Pierce F - Wally F - Big Al C - Oden will at least get you to the playoffs. The bench would be pretty damn good too since they'd have Green, West, Perk, Powe, Scal, and one more guard on there. I don't believe that one other guard to be Telfair as he did shit this year and now he's in trouble with the law. They need to find a way to somehow trade him to the Cinci Bengals.

I was thinking to myself that it would be a funny and ironic situation if A-Rod kept up a pretty good pace all season, even breaking Bonds' single season homer record just to watch the team not even make the playoffs due to their pitching. Then he has one of the greatest regular seasons stat-wise and can't even get the chance to prove himself in the post season. Bob Cousy was there and we all know The Cous wouldn't allow any cheebah smokin' Funny story about Bob Cousy. As some of you know Bob Cousy makes and has always made his home in Worcester, where I'm from. When my father was a little kid his father used to deliver flowers for a living. Bob Cousy ended up being one to recieve a delivery. Evidently he didn't tip well and he was a real jerk to boot, and to this day my grandmother complains about the incident whenever he's mentioned (even though my grandparents have been divorced long before I was even born).

After watching the Cavs lose to the Paul Pierceless Celtics without Lebron in the line-up he automatically becomes Most Valuable in my opinion. The Cavs are literally nothing without him.

there will be alot of lamb to eat most likely. If cooking at that hotel taught me anything its that Jews and Muslims eat alot of lamb at major get togethers.

Best ESPN commercial in quite awhile

I got a few good laughs out of it.

I just found the turnover to be very surprising. Had I gone in 99 and stopped watching then looked back in 2002 or so I'd have probably recognised most of the roster still.

Who are you talking about that you don't know? I'll run down every one I don't know as I scan the WWE homepage. Keep in mind I stopped watching regularly about 3-4 years ago Bobby Lashley Elijah Burke Kevin Thorn Matt Striker Mike Knox Armando Estrada Chris Masters JTG Kenny Dykstra Robbie McAllister Rory McAllister Santino Marella Shad The Great Khali Trevor Murdoch Boogeyman Daivari Dave Taylor Deuce Domino Hornswoggle (Looking at the photo did they copy the lame-ass WCW version of a rabid Irish midget? Good god!) Montel Vontavious Porter The Miz All of the Women that aren't Lilian Garcia, Torrie Wilson, Victoria, and Trinity. I also know Eddie Guerrero's widow by name alone and I'm curious as to what she is doing on TV. Umaga would have made my list if I didn't recognise him as a previous member of 3 Minute Warning.

I've never had my warn level thing affected surprisingly enough.

it was more entertaining back in the day when they centered around CWM, Banky, and myself.
