Perhaps they know something about Padilla that we(the fans) don't. He has started to have arm problems as of late and continuously pitches all year round (although I don't know if he's skipping Winter Ball this year).

Nah, just funning the fact that combined the two states have made two very interesting stories here. Kansas with the whole 13 yr old marriage fiasco and now Missouri with this. And the common link, Kansas City. I got bored. Don't forget our gung-ho spirit regarding intelligent design! And the BTK Killer being found there. I learned years ago that jumping onto moving vehicles isn't smart. I had a friend driving her car out of a store parking lot and to be an ass I jumped on the back part and hung to the roof rack. She did a sharp turn and I went flying into some shrubbary.

I'm surprised Senator McCain didn't get any recognition for basically helping back the MLB Player's Union into a corner on the Steroid Testing policy.

oh come on now. I'm sure you at least enjoy Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.

White Sox give AJ Pierzynski a 3 year $15mill contract extension. Kenny Lofton is headed to the Dodgers Tony Graffanino is apparently going to accept the Red Sox arbitration offer. I'm surprised the Cardinals didn't show interest in him as he would have fit their team very well.

While they're basically the same thing, Diahrea is worse than Shit yet I still wouldn't want any Shit because its better than the Diahrea.

I'd be too tempted to repeatedly drop John Leguizamo into pit after pit.

They can run all the PPVs they want, but I would think people would want to see wrestling (and a good Barbed Wire Match is a part of that) then a skit that served no point and was pretty tasteless too (considering many, many people do actually commit suicide around the holidays) for $30+ dollars. There are also kids that watch the PPVs too and while we know the whole thing was a skit and was fake the little kids watching it at home or in the building don't, which brings up another "What the hell were they thinking?" point. Its now at the point where its basically a version of the day time soap opera "Passions" except with very muscular men.

Well then let me help you break that cycle. I don't know what Time Zone you live in but this is what else is on during Raw in EST 9pm - Packers vs Ravens on ABC Radio Music Awards on NBC Home Alone 2: Lost in New York on ABC Family (starting time is 8pm and runs right through Raw) American Chopper on The Discovery Channel Teen Thrill Killers on A&E Then at 10pm you can switch over to Spike and watch UFC. there are plenty of other better options if you're going to sit back infront of the boob-tube. Personally I'll probably check out the Teen Thrill Killers program and during commercials I'll flip it over to Monday Night Football.

How often do you see their good workers actually utilised and wrestling all out? I wouldn't think often enough to justify sitting through garbage night-in and night-out.
-
I did that for awhile too back around 2003. I broke the routine though as I figure "If they aren't going to actually wrestle anymore and instead are going to do garbage angle after garbage angle then I'm not even going to bother.". Its like wasting four hours of your life each and every week if you watch both of their shows.

YOU TAKE THAT BACK!

At 7-7 they would need the Chargers team plane to crash into Arrowhead during a KC work-out and then hope that the Steelers all got pushed down a huge flight of stairs to have any hope.

I don't want to read about porn. If you feel like throwing a video up on the front page of you taking it up the ass then I'll check it out, but I'm not reading any columns.

He has a ton of talent and potential but he needs a disciplinarian(Czech will tell me if I spelled that wrong) type Head Coach. For a late first day or early second day draft pick the Chargers really couldn't go wrong here.

I don't think Cinci could beat NE right now. Their defense is extremely young and I wouldn't be surprised to see some of them start to get gassed. With the way NE is defending the run that would put it all on Palmer's shoulders and I don't believe he's quite ready yet. He lit up the Colts' defense but I still believe the Patriot's defense is much better than the Colts'. Rosevelt Colvin appears to finally be back to his pre-injury form along with the returns of Tedy Bruschi and Richard Seymour and the emergence of Ellis Hobbs...well this defense is playing better every game. Rookie safety James Sanders is starting to shine as well, and he's pretty fresh having missed a portion of the earlier part of the season. Although possible, I think it would be a HUGE upset if the Bengals were to beat the Patriots in the playoffs. I don't believe they'll end up facing them though as I have the Bengals losing to Pitt in the first round.

I'd do a Mock Draft and Sleeper Picks thing if people here wanted that. That would be something down the road though. Still, the offer is there.

Darrell Russell was into cocaine and all sorts of shit. I'd say Rogers is more like Ricky Williams, minus the weird philisophical approach to life. I think he needs to get out of Detroit to have any success though. With the injuries and suspension from drugs it just seems like he needs a fresh start. If I was San Diego I'd take a flier on him. Keenan McCardell is not at an age where he's going to get better and Erik Parker is more a 3rd WR. They're going to have a good deal of picks in the up-coming draft (considerably more when they trade Philip Rivers) so they could afford to give up a 3rd or 4th round pick on him.
-
anybody else pick this up? I'm not done with my newly aquirred Seinfeld season 5 set (haven't started season 6) but I still picked it up since it was on sale for a little over $30. Marge Be Not Proud and Scenes from the Class Struggle in Springfield are the only two episodes I don't like from this season. Unfortunately this season is also the one where Guest Stars become the norm and play themselves (as is the case with Homerpalooza) oh, I also got the regular box and there were no Marge Head style sets to be seen in the store I got it from.

If the Pats win their final 2 games then you can't call them the Padres of football. I mean, the Padres barely got in while the Pats would have gone 6-0 in their own conference. If they lose both games then ya, they're the Patriadres.
-
Jacksonville has a cupcake schedule though. They would have to lose to either Houston next week or Tenn the following week(or both) for SD to have a shot. That's why I didn't bother put them up there.
-
I just put that all up so everybody else knew how things completely had to work.
-
Not quite. They would have a two game lead with two games left. If they beat Minnesota next week or whenever they play again, then they would clinch. Their remaining games are Green Bay and Minnesota, both on the road. Minnesota has Baltimore and Chicago. I think a win against Green Bay clinches it regardless because then even if they lose to Minnesota, they have the better division record. I think. Here's all the scenerios... If the Bears lose tonight and lose next week while the Vikings win next week then the winner of Chi/Minn is the winner of the NFC North If the Bears lose tonight and lose next week while the Vikings lose next week then the winner of Chi/Minn is the winner of the NFC North If the Bears win tonight and win next week then they win the NFC North regardless of what Minn does If the Bears win tonight and lose next week while the Vikings lose next week then The Bears win the NFC North If the Bears win tonight and lose next week while the Vikings win next week then the winner of Chi/Minn is the winner of the NFC North I won't even get into tie scenerios

Right now they're battling both Pitt and KC for the final Wild Card spot. Here's how that looks... San Diego: 9-5 Week 16 @ KC Week 17 vs Denver KC: 8-6 Week 16 vs San Diego Week 17 vs Cinci Pitt: 9-5 Week 16 @ Cleveland Week 17 vs Detroit In order for San Diego to clinch the second Wild Card spot they have to win out and hope Pitt loses one game. In order for KC to clinch the second Wild Card spot they have to win out and hope Pitt loses both games. In order for Pitt to clinch the second Wild Card spot they really just have to win the next two games. KC is eliminated with a loss to San Diego and a Pitt win @ Cleveland next week

I'm going to actually stick up for The Colts and remind people that they were missing The Stay Puft Marshmellow DL; Corey Simon along with their leader in Sacks; Robert Mathis.
