If he doesn't appear, I'd expect them to insert Burke and Cor Von into the match as a three-way. In that case, I'm not sure who I'd put the title on but it wouldn't be Punk. Burke and Cor Von each have a good reason to get the title and an equally bad reason not to get a title reign. Perhaps they just do a non-finish and keep the title vacant.

How does dressing up equal a DVD? It means he was probably there to talk about a deal for a dvd and possibly shot interviews for said DVD. Also, if Rhodes needs a heel to go against, I'd nominate Striker as the heel gm of ECW.

If that's true, that is really f*cked up. Though the reason seems a bit strange. How would they know Paul London was the one to leak it, and even if that is true, why the hell are they going to reduce them to jobbers for that? Randy Orton trashes a hotel room and is main eventing Vengeance. Because Paul London himself went on record telling people about Ashley. If a talent is openly telling people about internal stuff, they're likely to shut them up somehow.

I'll try to better my 5-7 record. Although I transfered to Dayton, I'll continue to use Miami as my team.

That's hardly the only questionable and downright stupid move Narron has done this season. For such a "baseball the right way" guy, he's a dolt at doing the right baseball things. However, since his firing wouldn't help matters a damn bit, he isn't going anywhere this season and knowing the lack of direction in the company, he'll probably still "manage" the team next year.

ROH: 6/22 (Dayton) and 6/23 (Chicago-PPV Taping)

They won't include the entire show. Expect the Morishima matches, the opening tag, and Sydal/Claudio. The Morishima matches combined don't exceed 15 minutes. That's 6 matches for the two hour show. Some might complain about Morishima squashing three guys in one night but I won't. -

That's not so bad afterall. Using Jackass for what will probably be a simple comedy match is better then making them the focus of the show. -
"I'm here for a real wrestling show"-Aries at ROH tonight. Has TNA finally let him go or are they just letting him do angles at ROH? I seriously doubt TNA wasn't aware of this. Aries isn't that stupid, is he?

Just a fantastic show. The Aries-Strong confrontation was intense. Fuji/Shima-Danielson/Nigel was tremendous with incredible heat. Rocky-KENTA was probably the best match of the night. Main event was a let-down, especially following the previouis tag match but likely will hold up better on tape. Steenerico-IA was a decent comedy opener, the gauntlet was a bit of a chore to get through although Delirious went Ultimate Warrior on Rave and pinned him in seconds. The NO DQ match was passable but we've seen better brawls between these two. No Remorse-Stevens/Cross was solid with a hot finish and the aforementioned Aries segment was quite exciting. I was within earshot of Aries and he had said while walking to his seat after the opener "I'm here for a real wrestling show" and openly criticized TNA to fans nearby. The SHIMMER match did it's purpose and got the crowd rolling after intermission. The finish to the international tag match was just off the wall. -

Isn't the PPV in Houston? Just drive there and see it live. I assume tickets are still to be had. -

If Flair wasn't intending to leave at WM, I'm sure HHH would push for being the last match but I would assume HHH plans to main event WM. -

They already have Danielson-Nigel from 6/9 on the PPV for that edition, so that covers it. It's a move to get people to buy both PPV's and each DVD instead of just one. Gabe confirmed it was a schedule snafu and it'll be corrected in the future. -

Flair isn't a rub anymore, so it's not impressive beating Flair in his "retirement" match. The best idea is simply to let Flair have a fun match where he can hit his spots, pop the crowd and cheats to win. Just put him against someone who won't get hurt with a lost. While Flair is from the school of thought to put someone over on his way out, I expect HHH and others to want him to walk out a winner. Just don't waste a top player on this match. If SD has something better for a main event (and it should with Edge/Taker or Edge/Kennedy)...Batista would be just fine against his "mentor". I'm not all that concerned, I don't believe it for a second. -

He'll be back for a tag match at WMXXVI. -
I only support the team rep rule for the host team. Otherwise, if a team doesn't have a single player worth a spot in the game, that's too bad.

I wonder how many of the stockholders actually watch the product. They just care if it's making money. They waived any right to complain about morality when they brought the stock. I'm also getting sick of wrestlers crying about having to do these angles. They are hired actors. They agreed to be actors when they signed with WWE. Just do your job or leave. -
The new AFI Top 100, coming June 20th on CBS

It's a list. People always get pissed about lists. Wasn't a big deal made about the lack of recent movies (something that didn't change)? You can't please a large group of people with a list. It's impossible. Someone might honestly believe Citizen Kane is the greatest movie ever and someone else might think it's over rated glorified garbage. Personally, I felt Shawshank should be ranked much higher and I honestly believe that if another list is produced in 2017, it'll be even higher. -
Which was quite a sad circumstance. I enjoyed the many great stories about him here.

The African Queen dropped further from #17 to #65. Ben-Hur went from #72 to #100. -

I'm shocked no one mentioned that they apparently lumped all the LOTR's together. -

Kane and Godfather are the top two. Strangelove was #39. In the end, they didn't add many movies from that list in the past decade. -

Rikishi was the driver. HHH was the master-mind. Rikishi wasn't actually on the roster when the run-over happened. That's how Foley figured it out when S2H said he was hanging with Rikishi that night even though Rikishi wasn't on the roster at the time. Foley put the pieces together. -
